Travelers tip on saving a few bucks NONE.K. C. The best hotel for price! I would do it again. The staff was nice and helpful. The interior of the hotel is a bit depressing including the room. The hotel looks better from the outside.The price was right.

. The lobby of the hotel had an unusual odor and the hotel just did not feel like it was worth even the great rate that I got on Expedia.Not impressed The sink in my room leaked and the carpet was wet or sticky, I was too afraid to examine it closely.

.We will never stay there again.We were afraid to take of our shoes and walk even in our slippers.The carpet was very dirty. My husband and myself did not sleep at all.The bed was not even a full size it was a double. Beds were to small for two people.Never again!!!!!!!! Not happy with the room.

. If we’d known we would have brought a cooler to be able to take things home with us. I’d heard a lot about this store and we took a walk through it. Also, we found a Trader Joe’s store nearby. They even have an option to order thier fabulous burgers onlilne. It was fantastic, and I would recommend this restaurant. Travelers tip on local attractions We found ’Hackney’s On Harms’ on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. I would stay there again. Can’t beat the complementary breakfast and free wifi.Great for the Price For the great deal we got, it was a very nice visit.

...Clean and affordable The Baymont Glenview is a clean and affordable place to spend the night in the Chicago area.

. :-( Would have preferred Continental Breakfast to close at 10 as stated in the room vs 9:00. Then left the vac cleaner & broom waiting outside our door 1 hour before check out. Knocked on the door 2-1/2 hours before check out time and asked when we were going to leave. Housekeeping was a definite minus. Lobby staff was pleasant, however allowed some routy teens to party in the parking lot for the night. The room as nice, clean & quiet - bathroom needed maintenance and lacked in cleanliness. Older hotel, yet most areas have been remodeled.Decent Hotel for the money Nice place with reasonable rates.

Great little pancake house right across the street for breakfast!. Far enough out of downtown but close enough to get into town for the day. Location is just off 294 and easy to get to. It’s not a top notch five star place but for an older hotel it was as clean as it could be and comfortable. We had limited interaction w/ the staff but they were very friendly and professional.Pretty good place to use as a homebase For the price the hotel was fine.

Travelers tip on dining Very conveniently located to Restraunt Row of every type of food to fit your desires. We will continue to use this hotel for our Chicagoland stays. The manager was a prince making sure that we were welltaken care of. The receiptionist was very kind and helpfull especially when we arrived very last after several flight delays.Friendly and efficient Everyone from the Manager down to the maid staff were friendly, efficient and very helpfull.

. Chicago is amazing at night and about 20 mins from Glenview. Baymont inn is near Milwaukee Avenue and its a straight shot to downtown Chicago. Travelers tip on nightlife The nightlife in glenview is very pleasent. I enjoyed the stay for the price paid but would look elsewhere for the next hotel. The hotel needs to have a more upbeat friendliness to it and it would be a good hotel to choose. It had good housekeeping services and a good breakfast. The room was clean and kept straight. The service wasnt so friendly and warming.So SoIt I stayed at the baymont inn of glenview with my girlfriend over valentines day weekend.

I was very happy with the condition of my room and the hotel itself, especially considering the low price I paid! :).Very satisfied The staff at this hotel was very accommodating and helpful with any questions/requests I might have had.

. Again though, it was clean. The staff was cordial, but not overly helpful or kind. It was fairly easy to get to. Breakfast was adequate. It was very limited compared to most, having mostly ESPN and local channels. Another annoyance was the lack of TV channels. There is no ethernet option in the room I had, so the lobby was my only choice for access. The tech support staff for the internet said they’d get it working again, but were unable to do so in the three days I was there. Also, the wireless internet was down in my area of the hotel for the entire stay. It was a long walk to my room also, since the side doors wouldn’t open with my room key. It was clean, but dated.Would recommend for the price - but not my idea of comfort For the price, this hotel was a good place to sleep.
