. I regretted the decision to "save" $25 by staying in this dump. My window faced a Hampton Inn and Suites accross the parking lot. I’m glad I was only there for one night. My room smelled of dirty cleaning rags. The front desk clerk doubled as the airport shuttle driver, leaving the desk unattended for periods that a run to the airport was being made.Not Worth the Saving This hotel is obviously older than those around it, and is poorly staffed.

Only snag was being locked out of our room the 2nd day. We felt secure as you must pass the front desk to access your room (large & clean). . Fortunately I woke up in time to take shuttle, but was just luck. I sent a report to manager but got no reply. This is inexcusable for an airport hotel. The night man, who also drove the 4:30 am shuttle, was expecting me, but when I complained about no wake-up call, he looked blank, searched for the sheet at the desk, then started making calls--saying nobody got a wake-up call that morning.Generally Great, But One Big Warning I was very satisfied until I didn’t get the requested wake-up call.

. They really go out of their way to help. When i joined them the manager was actually serving my kids homemade waffles. My wife had went to the breakfast area with our 1 and 2 year old girls while I took care of some things. Great deal!. Continental breakfast in the morning was so-so, but all I needed was a bagel and juice, so all was good. Although they originally put me in an uncleaned room, they corrected it right away and everything else was fine.Great for the price I only needed a room for one night where I could study for a class I was taking in the morning so this was the best deal for me.

. Travelers tip If you don’t mind the stench of cigarettes, the hotel is extremely close to both airport (PVD) and freeway (I-95). Although the room was non-smoking it reeked of cigarette-smoking smell. The bed is not comfortable.Non-smokers be ware!! The establishment is obviously old.
