Reviews

For a business travel, don’t stay there!!!.Poor WiFi (GuestWiFi) service ruins a good hotel It’s a good hotel, but the wireless network managed by GuestWiFi is horrible.

. If you continue eastboaund on the highway you get to a sizable mall with several eating establishments. Travelers tip on local attractions For a good burger and a beer go up the road to the "chain" burger restauraunt. Like many hotels there was "extra" furniture that was unnecessary and just took up space but still was basically unusable. The wireless internett barely worked, the shower was a strange setup for tall people (because of the hot tub it was in) and the common areas need updating.Okay for a short stay fior business I would not stay in this hotel for pleasure or for a long time, but it suited my purpose.

. Damp and sunken feeling.Low Maintnance Could be a good hotel, with some renovation and proactive maintenance.

. Lounge was undergoing renovations, too. On the downside, no restaurant except for breakfast (typical buffet) and banquets. Nice flat panel TV. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Room was large, well-kept. Housekeepers smiled and said good morning. Desk staff very pleasant and accomodating. Lobby area was large and clean and had two large flat panel TVs. The hotel has been undergoing some renovation.Best Western Regency House Stayed there while in the area for a funeral.

.Great hotel I would tell all the people i know to go to the hotel , if they have to be in the area and have to stay over , go to this place.

. We would happily stay here again. We did not make use of the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The three rooms I saw (several friends and I each had rooms) all had whirlpool tubs, and everything appeared to be spotless. The hotel looks like it has recently undergone extensive renovations. It more than exceeded our expectations.Great experience We were attending an event at William Paterson University, and chose to stay at the Best Western Regency House Hotel & Suites based on some reviews.

.WIFI I appreciated the wifi in the room at NO addtional charge, unlike the hotels we stayed at in the DC and VA.

. Just watch out for the toilets, they got some power. Great price, very fair for what we received. Gorgeous hotel, perfectly located (15 minutes to the Manhattan side of the Lincoln Tunnel), great breakfast with excellent staff, and the rooms were more than we could have asked for.Best Hotel in this Area After having visited the area several times and stayed in different hotels, this will be the hotel we choose from now on.

. Would reccomend! Much more relaxing than driving into the city. Travelers tip on local attractions Our family took the local train into New York City. I would definately stay here again if I was in the area. We weren’t able to use the pool because of the early closing time. Wished the pool could have been open past 8:oo pm. Beds were very comfortable and excellent breakfast.Great Stay When we first arrived the bathroom was slightly dirty but the staff recleaned perfectly at our request.

. They don’t have to fuss at all because I am in town, just drive over to the Hotel. I can see many with no driving to there homes. I am from out of state and most friends and family are near the Hotel, so I invite them to visit me and it works out well. The rooms are large enough to have company visit as I did. There is privacy if you want it and there are things going on if you don’t. I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel very much.Friendly, personal, roomy, location.

Great continental breakfast! Nice pool!! Wonderful staff!. We checked in aroun 10pm after a long day at a family reunion so we were spent. We were too tired to switch rooms or deal with a staff member having to spray chemicals so we just dealt with it.Perfect for what we needed Only complaint is that there were ants in our room.

Fine for a business stay - breakfast great Goodd Travelers tip for business travelers Great for business stay.

. Staff was always helpful and responsive.General Older motel but with great access to highways and not far from turnarounds (A NJ thing).

. Travelers tip on dining Roccos Macaroni Grill (italian food) just two minutes from hotel was delicious and very reasonably priced. I would definetly stay again. About a thirty minute commute to NYC. Hotel was undergoing some renovation work but it was not an inconvience in any way. Breakfast was great. Staff was both courteous and helpful. Room had a flat panel TV, frige, microwave, and a whirlpool tub.Nice Hotel Hotel was very nice and clean.

. The room had a large screen TV. On the positive side, the staff was courteous and the breakfast buffet was very tasty. The TV remote and the phones did not work. The curtains would not completely close. There was already mold and mildew behind the tub pillow rest. The shower head was directly above the drain and on the same side as the pillow rest. The spa tub’s step was dangerous to step down. Our toilet was not properly attached to the floor and the water ran all night.Poor quality renovation This motel was still in the process of renovation.
