Breakfast is good and nicely arranged. Pool area is ok, the location of the hotel fantastic, only two minutes to 95.Would go back anytime The hotel is clean and the staff is really helpful and nice.

If I were to go back to West Palm Beach on vacation I would stay at a place that is closer to the ocean and more of a resort because this Best Western is located on the airport strip which is not known for it’s scenic views. I would suggest this to people doing the same, but I would also advise that the rooms are on the outside of the hotel which is not always the safest. I wanted to be at a cheaper place close to the airport. . If you are looking for something convenient to the airport it is perfect. The pool was clean and the grounds were clean We did not use the pool but it looked nice. I would stay here again. Continental breakfast was hot and there was plenty of food.Convenient to airport and I-95 Inexpensive motel, room was clean, staff was very polite and talkative.

....HATED IT....MY ROOM....CLUB HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO BE AT THE SPOT AFTER THE CLUB THEN THIS HOTEL WOULD WORK FOR YOU, ALL NIGHT I HAD DRUNK CLUBER TRYING TO GET IN WRONG ROOM.

Friendly! Friendly staff!!. The lobby was a brightly colored oasis to enjoy time online, breakfast and catching up on news. The rest of the my six-day stay on my own was very pleasant.made me feel right at home! Although my room turned out not to be a non-smoking one, I never mentioned it to the staff....Lovely staff.

. Pleasant to deal with, hotel a bit shabby. Got a smoking room, was then moved to a room with one bed, then finally got what we requested.Room mix-up Mixup on rooms-reserved a non-smoking with double beds.

But, the rate was great for a penny pincher like me! Travelers tip on dining Must go to Testas in West Palm Beach for the crab cakes, the best in the world!. Could do with a facelift on linens and comfy beds. The staff was wonderful and overall the hotel a nice experience. It is located very close to the rental car return at West Palm airport and makes the morning easy for getting on a flight.Does well in a pinch This hotel does well in a pinch if you are flying out early morning and not familiar with the area.

. We did not bring any so this made it difficult. There was no soap though and there was none at the front desk.Had no soap Room and hotel was OK.

. There is no free parking in the area. but bring cash for the parking garage and/or meters. Travelers tip on nightlife City Place provides a great one-stop for shopping, dining, nightlife, etc. I had to ask the front desk each day to get clean towels, coffee, etc. They cleaned the room each day, but failed to provide more clean towels, coffee, etc. My only complaint was with housekeeping. The rooms provide basic amenities, nothing fancy, but fair for the price. The hotel is convenient to the airport, and just a short drive to City Place and Downtown area.Basic But Good I stayed in the hotel three nights during a recent trip to the West Palm area for pleasure.
