They really go out of their way to treat you, in the Cellars bar they offer cheese and crackers, suggest you which wines one might like, exceptional service from the Dominican Republic bartender!.Incredible hotel for the price!!
Comfortable rooms, pool, gym overall service is incredible.
. Same places you can find at malls and higher end eateries everywhere. About 1 mile away (we walked) is the Miracle Mile with nice shops and good restaraunts, but nothing unique to the area.
Travelers tip on local attractions
The area is not pedestrian friendly at all so prepare to rent a car or cab. The restaraunts great. The spa was wonderful.Excellent Hotel,Area Beautiful but sparse
Wonderful stay, hotel is truly an "oasis" and has real charm! Its history and attention to detail really make this a unique place to stay.
. Food is also pricy so eat out and bring home a 6 pack. Route 95 is 5 minutes away and will take you to South Beach or Fort Lauderdale.
Travelers tip on saving a few bucks
Cabs are expensive so hire a car. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are huge and the pool is out of this world.Character and Charisma
By far the best hotel I have stayed in.
. Speechless. The best restaurants, the biggest swimming pool, qualified personnel, this hotel has all the things that make you really happy and fell like a very rich person.Wonderful Hotel
The most wonderful hotel I`ve been before.
. Parking is free at the Biltmore. You save by renting a car.
Travelers tip on saving a few bucks
South Beach is a huge attraction, but a very expensive cab ride. But for a getaway, it is great. It is not South Beach or downtown MIA, which may bother some. I dont really golf, but the course was beautiful. Rooms are classically modest sized, but slightly larger than older hotel rooms in NYC. I was very impressed by the staff, grounds, an amazing gym, pool and utter beauty of the hotel.Peaceful Oasis in Big City
I lived in Coral Gables for a short period and always wanted the pleasure of staying at the historic Biltmore.
.Great Hotel
great historical hotel- Great pool.
We had a wonderful time and cant wait to go back
food on property can be spendy.Best hotel we have stayed in Miami
The hotel service and grounds are lovely.
. I love to go back to this hotel. The hotel has a historical magic.Elegant and beautiful Hotel

every thing as expected.
Travelers tip on shopping
Excellent shopping malls close by.perfect location...Highly recommended
Excellent cost/quality relation.
. Only one down point was that we wished they had upgraded the television in the room to a larger flatscreen then we would probably have watched a movie or 2 at night. We both had a great experience staying there and my boyfriend said he would stay again when he goes back for work. We stayed for a total of 4 days and we really didnt need to leave to do anything else. The staff was all very nice and helpful and the resort had pretty much all I needed for rest and relaxation.Totally relaxing
My boyfriend went on business for the first 2 days and I went totally for vacation and we both totally enjoyed staying at The Biltmore.
. Overall, we had a nice, comfortable stay at the Biltmore and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. The staff at the Biltmore was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful view of Coral Gables from the window of our room. My primary complaint is that the rooms have older, outdated televisions. The rooms are comfortable although not luxurious. The pool is a spectacle unto itself. The hotel itself is beautiful and incredibly photogenic - they just dont build hotels like this anymore. On the other hand, if you stay at the Biltmore, you will have to spend some time traveling to and from the beach or downtown Miami - something to keep in mind when you are planning your trip to Miami.Classic Hotel
The Biltmore is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to stay away from the fray of South Beach, in a quieter locale (Coral Gables).
. Im impressed. It was one of the best hotels Ive ever booked
Very good service and comfort in a wonderful ambience.
Ive been going to Versailles restaurant for over 30 years and its still the same!.
Travelers tip on dining
Versailles, on 8th Street, a not-to-be missed Miami experience. Also, TV channel reception in the old tube TV was spotty at best. The room I stayed in didnt have a flat panel TV, which I would expect at a hotel of this category. Pool is great, golf course is gorgeous. I called the Front Desk immediately and they immediately moved me to another room without a problem. Arrived to hotel past midnight and the first room they gave me had the noisiest A/C.Lovely hotel
Stayed at Biltmore during Memorial Day weekend.
...Impressive hotel
Gigantic hotel in beautiful surrounding in the middle of miami

Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay
Must try the Sunday brunch! Enjoy the "exotic car show" at valet parking. Service was terrific. The Sunday brunch was amazing.Great escape at this beautiful historic property! Cant wait to return soon!
Beautifully restored historic property.
Is a place to enjoy the hotel.Perfect hotel
Great hotel, the golf could be included.
. that are included in this resort fee it ends up being cheaper this way.Loved the experience--didnt want to leave!!
Travelers tip
Dont panic about the resort fee, when you add up all fees other hotels charge: internet, tipping etc. and very quite. courteous, quick service. Several amazing restaurants in the hotel.Biltmore
Lovely view from the room, gorgeous pool with a wonderful poolside restaurant.
. This is the ideal place for quiet athletic adults or business travellers who dont really want a scene. We certainly would return to The Biltmore again for another restful vacation!
Travelers tip on recreational activities
Take advantage of the tennis courts, golf course and pool. Keep a wad of ones in your wallet to tip the valet if you plan to drive a lot. The hotel staff were all friendly and respectful, the gym and sauna were great. We were impressed with only one Italian restaurant near Miracle Mile, otherwise food in Coral Gables was average to dismal. I was underwhelmed but unoffended by the food & service in the courtyard restaurant. The afternoon poolside service & food were great - although the music, an odd mix of pop and club, was irritating and out of synch with the sophisticated and more mature clientele. We went to sleep to gentle jazz wafting from the courtyard and woke up to birds singing. The Biltmore was truly ideal: our room had a big desk, a comfy bed and couch, a view of the courtyard restaurant and it was QUIET.Peaceful oasis
My husband and I knew we would be spending a lot of time resting or working in our room.
. The restaurants were very good and the hotel itself is a visit to a bygone era.Lovely hotel, great restaurants, beautiful pool!
Beautiful for relaxing around the pool and visiting the spa for a calming treat.
. It is excellent from all aspects. One of the best Ive ever seen
This hotel is simply spectacular! They have done a great job at bringing about all the best in comfort.Absolutely Excellent.
.
The pool is huge, if you have kids they will have a great time. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The Gym is one of the best I have ever seen for any Hotel. Front desk answers on the firt ring. The vallet service is on top of things. The service at every level is superb. People are friendly and attentive.Very nice place !
The Hotel is incredible.
. Totally satisfied. Perfect service.Very Satisfied
Extremely nice pool area, Building is attractive.
. It was a great way to start the day. Skip lunch if you want, but do try it. The quality of the selections was wonderful, and it includes fresh squeezed juice.
Travelers tip on dining
Do try the breakfast buffet. We also had dinner one evening and it was just suberb - the filet mignon was like butter! It was like a second honeymoon - we would love to go back again. We enjoyed room service a couple of times, the turn down service and robes and slippers all helped make our stay so enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The room was nice and the bed so comfortable. It was very romantic. The place is so charming and the architecture so beautiful. All the shopping is just minutes away, but you are away from the hustle and bustle - very relaxing. View from our window was all tree tops with city lights in the distance. We loved Coral Gables - such nice scenery. The Biltmore hotel was just fabulous.Cayman loves Biltmore
My wife and I had to go to Miami for a doctor visit and decided to stay a week and get a mini vacation.
.Above What I expected
The room was large and comfortable, you get a historic hotel without the small rooms associated old hotels.
