The suite did have automatic dishwasher detergent. If you plan to stay for a few days (as we did) and do some cooking, remember to bring detergent to wash the dishes. This did seem like an oversight., but no dish washing detergent. It has a lot of room and a kitchen that has utensils and pots, pans, etc.Great Hotel in Baton Rouge My husband and I have stayed at the Chase Suites once before.

. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was the awkward arrangement of furniture. It was about a 5 minute drive to the LSU campus. It’s also in a very convenient location, with multiple restaurants and stores nearby. The setup was almost like a small one bedroom apartment.Great place to stay This hotel was a very nice place to stay.

definitely recommend a visit for local flair!... Only place to smoke is outside and it rains ALOT in Baton Rouge! Travelers tip on dining Boutin’s on Blue Bonnet has tasty Louisiana flavors and cajun music/dancing some nights. Entire Hotel is non-smoking with a steep penalty if you do smoke in your room. I thought that was a bit strange. Only change bedding and towels every fourth day, unless you request otherwise. Since I was on crutches, they upgraded me to an Executive Suite at no additional cost, which was much appreciated. No elevator access to upper level.Good central location, Comfortable room Rooms on ground level are executive suites.

. Bring easily prepared package soups and some canned goods to cut down on expensive lunch meals and snacks. If the living room section in the suite had a sleeper sofa, this would increase the affordability for families with younger children.Looking forward to staying there on future trips.

. And I loved having a full kitchen available to cook my own dinners. We had a wide choice of foods at breakfast. The room clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed six nights and my only complaint was that they served leftover biscuits one day.Definately would return.
