. But price was pretty cheap! Settings were more like an "Inn".Noisy but cheap The room where we were assigned was literally next to the highway and you hear people passing by and talking loud at night time.

. Would definitely not stay here again. Dirty room; uncomfortable and lumpy bed; broken tub faucet; dim lighting in the bathroom; squeaky toilet lid; two flat pillows; hotel staff was not rude, but not friendly or helpful either. Continental breakfast was disappointing with few selections and food that ran out and was not replaced. My husband and I left the door open during his visit. He was irritated that I asked for ID. He had no ID and no uniform. A maintenance man barged into our room to check the phone. Our keys had to be reprogrammed several times.Very disappointing hotel Our stay was very unsatisfactory.

Not impressed passing.

. It’s a good thing all the activities we did during the day in San Francisco were fun, or the hotel run-around may have ruined my whole getaway. I was very disappointed.Disappointed I paid for a 2-bed room because I was visiting San Francisco with a friend but when I checked in they gave me a room with one king bed instead and said they had a double bed room available for only the second night of my stay so rather than change rooms 3 times, I agreed to stay in the single room and needless to say, had three very awkward nights with my friend and I sleeping in the same bed.

. Travelers tip for business travelers Very close to SFO airport. I would not stay here again unless I was broke and had no where else to stay. Expect for the hot water to go on and off during your showers. The beds were very uncomfortable. Every time we left our room and came back we needed to wait for the maintenance man to come open our door because they told us the key system is very old. I must say that I was very disappointed because the door key we were given didn’t work. We were on a business trip so we had to keep expenses down.Warning: very low budget We decided to go with CitiGarden because the description stated that it was newly renovated and the pictures looked decent.

.Nice, clean and affordable I would stay in this hotel again Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay Bring your iron and they charge for internet- The brakfast is just enough to hold you until you can get a real one.

. City called Moonstar & ToDai that is waaay better if you don’t mind the drive. Travelers tip Although the buffet is next door, there is a better buffet in Daly City/So. Not the best and certainly not the worst. A lot of people commented on the noise and cleanliness, but for the price, it was okay. True you hear the planes and freeway, but what do you expect when you want to stay near the airport. Not bad for the price I stayed at this hotel with my g/f to be near the 49er game the following day and for the price, it wasn’t bad.

I will stay there again Travelers tip on saving a few bucks plenty of easy parking.enjoyed free breakfast spread.Good deal, close to every thing-freeway&public transportation spotless room, very nice staff.

. And the coffee was on at 4:00 AM. It had the shuttle to the airport which was a necessity for us. The staff was extremely helpful. We were very happy with the hotel.Good place to stay.

. The wedding was a blast but no thanks to our accommodations at this place. We had a chair that was so badly stained that no one felt comfortable sitting on it without a towel to covering the stain! Our bed was Queen size but looked more like a Full. Overall the CitiGarden has recently been remolded but very poorly. He finally saw another guest with an iron and got it from them. He went down to the front desk and they didnt have any behind the desk but they were going to send one right over. He called about a few time and was every time told it was on the way. We had a similar experience next day when my partner called down for an iron. We repeatedly called the front desk, who did little more than placate us, Ill check on that and it will be over soon were popular. There was hammering and machine noise until we left for dinner around 7:30pm. Around 5:30pm I called down to the desk asking when construction would be finished, I was told 5pm, when I said but its 5:30, the desk said it would be over soon. Since it was around 3pm we didnt mind. We checked in on a Friday afternoon and noticed some construction going on, on the floor above us. We are poor college students visiting South San Francisco for our good friends wedding.Very Inexpensive a Plus, Horrible Service a Minus The CitiGardens was very economical choice for my partner and I.

. Pool area was nice, but the cooler weather and the fact that it is not heated made swimming not a option - unless you are a polar bear. Extra Folding Cot was really more like a double bed - but we were able to make it fit in the room. Rooms were clean and nice size.Reasonably Priced Airport Hotel Hotel lobby and main building have been recently renovated.

.Next time, I’m not staying there...Dissapointed This hotel is nothing as it look on the pictures they show on the web, the carpet was dirty, the toilet was clogged, the beds were very unconfortable.

. Hopefully, in the future, it can be a hotel which we can use for more than just Park N Fly. Seems like it is in the middle of rooms renovation. It is convenient and it is reasonably priced.Good for Park N Fly We used this hotel for Park N Fly for long trips.

. Travelers tip on saving a few bucks If you want to find a budget Hotel but you still want to stay in a clean and comfortable place, this is it. The airport shuttle is a great bonus. The restaurant offers a great buffet with a huge selection of seafood items. Most airport hotels are right next to the HWY. The fact that the hotel does not sit right next to the freeway is a big plus. The garden looks nice too and is well maintained.Would definitely stay there again The Hotel has a beautiful reception area which looks more like 4 stars than 2 stars.

Travelers tip book at one of the other 3 hotels next to across the street from this one. This is a place you stay when you break down in the middle of the night and have no other hotel options. My husband apologized repeatedly for booking here. We spent the night upon our return a week later: stood outside in the cold wind for late shuttle; my hubby accidentally booked this room as standard so it was a smoking room and reaked!; carpet filthy; A/C - heating unit appeared to have not been dusted in at least 9 months; walls with brown/black filth; bathroom wall had a cut out in it with no repair; shower head falling away from tile; toilet seat appeared to have old urine splatter on it; tub so filthy we didn’t shower; breakfast juices/milk warm & not on ice; lady rinsed glass after she handled trash without washing her hands.1 took some of my money without giving me anything; bed was hard; appeared most of the rooms were being remodeled; shuttle to airport was convenient... The night before we left: beautiful lobby; carpet in room filthy; old sink attached to wall had no counter space at all and leaked all over the floor when used; cold air blowing in through bottom and side of door because there was no weather stripping so we had to stuff towels to block the air; only 2 vending machines.Very dissapointed We stayed at this hotel for the free parking while we were on vacation out of state.

. I checked in with no problems and checked out with no issues. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and seemed like they had been remodeled. That would get my family and I started on the road and give us time to find a restaurant when we arrived to our destination. In the morning they offer you cereal, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, toast, bagels, jam, butter and peanut butter. It was a great place for me to stay since on my vacation I did not only go to San Francisco but other locations in northern California. I rather do the ten minute drive, get a free parking spot in front of my room and rest. So you pay for parking at the hotel and then have to pay for parking at the locations you are visiting. This is great because the hotels in downtown San Francisco make you pay for parking. It is close to the airport, freeway entrance, shopping centers is only an exit away and San Francisco was only a ten minute drive.GOOD PLACE TO STAY The hotel is very accessible.

. The SamTrans busline stops right in front of the hotel, which is VERY convenient. Travelers tip on saving a few bucks To get from the hotel to downtown San Francisco take the SamTrans busline, don’t take BART from the airport - it’s way too expensive. Especially for the affordable price and great service. I would stay here again. Luckily the SamTrans bus stops right in front of the hotel, which made traveling around much easier. It’s far from downtown San Francisco and you will have to figure out the best way to get there. The ladies who set up the breakfast spread were really nice and you should tip them! The only thing about this hotel that can be bothersome is its location. It was enough to fill up on to start off my day of exploring. There was bread, mini bagels, cereal, milk, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, butter and cream cheese. The best part was the free breakfast in the mornings. My room came with its own heat/AC unit which was very useful during the chilly nights there. It was enough to just come to sleep at night. My room was clean and cozy, towels were replaced everyday. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was great! Nice drivers with the exception of one which drove me to the airport on my last day in San Francisco - but I didn’t really care, I’m originally from New York after all, I’m used to abrasive attitudes. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.A Very Pleasant Stay Despite a lot of negative reviews for this hotel, I must say that they were proven wrong.

It is close to the airport yet very quiet considering, and I would definitely stay here again!. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Our hotel room was spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated.Lovely place This hotel was just gorgeous! Beautifully decorated lobby and breakfast rooms.

. Try to get a room facing the courtyard because it will be more quiet. Travelers tip Get your extra towel at check-in, not the morning after. When would it ever be warm enough to swim there? They should put in a hot tub instead. It is very silly that the place has a pool in South San Francisco. The attached Chinese Buffet is good. The continental breakfast is a joke, but there is an IHOP across the street, or bring your own fruit and nuts if you like light breakfast. They offer a park-n-fly package. This is an inexpensive place to stay with a reliable shuttle to and from the airport. I was also able to get an additional towel at the desk at the time of check-in. The third night, everything was great; Hot water, quiet, parking. I slept well. I called the desk, and they sent security to hush the people. At midnight, there were other guests outside my door talking very very loudly. My second stay 2 weeks later, I could not find a place to park except far away in front of the Chinese Restaurant that is attached to the hotel. It took too long, and my teeneage daughter was finished with her shower long before towel arrived(if you have a teenage daughter, you know how long a shower can take, so the hotel had plenty of time). I sent my son to the desk to fetch another, and they told him they would deliver one to the room. There were 3 of us in a room with only 2 bath towels. The first morning, I got a room where the water would not get hot in the shower. I stayed here 3 times in 2 weeks.99 for 24 hours of wireless internet.Convenient to the airport-Good enough for the price Bummer you have to pay $6.

. Continental breakfast comprised of orange juice/coffee, tiny bagels, toast, and cereal. The hotel lobby was presentable but the rooms were not impressive. The non smoking rooms still had a lingering smell of smoke. Not a good value for the rate Hotel was barely ok and the rate did not justify it.

. The continental breakfast was good and filling.Comfortable and affordable Friendly staff greeted you in a lovely reception area.

. It’s 20 minutes with card to the downtown. We wanted cheap stay out out of the city since we had car. There’s green garden inside the hotel, swimming pool. The room looked renovated, all bathroom was new. They gave us crib with no additional charge. If you don’t mind the distance from the city it’s very good choice We stayed with a 18 month daughter.

Travelers tip on saving a few bucks cheap, kinda pricey cab ride into the city, but the restaurant was handy. but for the price its ok.Not the nicest place but for the price it was ok the room was older style, have been there before when it was run by another chain, it was alot better then.

.and you need to be shuttled....if your looking for a place close to the airport..... it is not that bad.....Glad i only stayed one night.

. the lady answered "nope, 6 dollars per day" and cut the line! she didn’t even let me to order the service.Horrible service i called to the front and asked if wireless internet is free.
