Reviews

. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the free breakfast was also a plus.Great Hotel Very friendly atmosphere.

Would stay there again.Very nice hotel, staff was great Very nice, clean and friendly hotel.

. The whole staff was great, very cheerful and very helpful. The kids were tickled to find our hand towels folded into a heart shape one day. The whole place was immaculately clean. The hotel is convenient to lots of shopping and dining, and freeway exits are close. There’s a nice business center with two computers and a printer and faxes and copies are free, within limits. The rooms were quiet and the beds comfortable. There was also a good selection of juices and fresh fruit, with a fruit salad also offered one day. The free breakfast was better than the usual fare, with scrambled eggs and sausage added to the usual waffles, donuts and danish. I was thrilled to find a large, comfortable room with a fridge and microwave. This hotel was just down the road, so very convenient.Great find! The family took a long weekend visit to the Chicago area, with Medieval Times being high on the priority list.

. Would stay there again. Full breakfast in very comfortable lounge. Excellant staff who allowed us to use the hotel computer when their guest internet was temporarily down.Excellant Stay Hotel conveniently located to Woodfield Mall.

. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved the environment, including the free breakfast in the morning and pool/hot tub.Great Hotel When I walked into the hotel, I felt as though I was in a bed and breakfast, but on a larger scale.

If we ever attempt to return to the Chicago area, we will definatley stay at this hotel again!. We booked online and did not know what to expect but it was very clean, the beds were unbelievably comfortable and the free breakfast was great! The hotel was close to shopping and resteraunts and the Metra.Very Impressed We were extremely pleased with our hotel.

. will definitely go back. it was very clean and well managed. not this one.Very nice travel to chicago on business all the time and a lot of hotels add horrible cover up chemicals to get rid of the smokers evidence.

. The best thing about it for me was that despite the numerous families - the rooms were very quiet - a great place to get work done. I was pleasantly surprised by the place - it was roomy, clean, competent staff, strong hi-speed signal and more than the typical breakfast.Fine place to get work done I booked this as a last minute business trip and wasn’t expecting much.

. If that is not possible, there is a FedEX Kinko’s nearby. Travelers tip for business travelers Takeout Taxi works will several restaurants (ex Sbarro) Print out any important documents before you come here. The only cons are that they do not offer room service (so that you have to go out for lunch and dinner) and the business center is a joke (the computer is outdated and the internet connection did not work). However, there is a delivery taxi service that comes to the hotel. They have complimentary breakfast and snacks during dinner hours. The room includes a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.Nice hotel in Schaumburg This hotel is near Woodfield Mall and other shops.

. It was nice to come back from work to a glass of wine and snacks every evening. The sitting room offered a place to sit and do work. The room was updated with flat screen tv and the bed was very comfortable. The room was beautiful.Very Impressed! Was very nice place to stay.

Easy access to Ikea and Woodfield Mall make this a perfect destination for shoppers!. The hotel is clean, well managed and staffed, and the breakfast was very nice.Great for leisure or business This hotel is an exceptional value and while my stay was purely fun, I would find the setting equally satisfactory for business-related travel (close proximity to Schaumburg business park area).

. Travelers tip for business travelers This would be a good place to stay if you were visiting the Motorola Schaumburg campus area. I would stay there again. I didnt use it but the pool area looked nice and I liked that the bathroom had a heat lamp. The location is convenient to most things within the NW suburbs and was worth the price. The bed was comfy and I slept like a log. The WiFi internet was easy to setup and was pretty quick. The hotel was clean and the woman who checked me in was very courteous.Nice place to stay overall I stayed here over the weekend because I was standing up in a wedding and didn’t want to have to drive back to Naperville.

. Overall, the hotel was very nice - clean, easy to get to/from, and offered a lovely breakfast. minor hiccups: there was a cap on the volume of the TV, so we couldn’t hear the TV/movie we rented, the pool was smaller than it appeared to be in the photos, we thought our room included a sofa bed and we requested that or a rollaway, but were told that would be extra... Very pleased....Would stay again.

Travelers tip on recreational activities Small pool. Overall very nice experience. Weak WI-FI.One of our better stays Great breakfast.

. Well priced. Breakfast was good. Fridge and microwave in room. New flat screen TV. Very clean room.Should have stayed longer My wife says this is the best hotel we have stayed at in months.

. Travelers tip on dining rainforest cafe, and medevil times are great places to visit within a few miles. great breakfast.Best place to stay for the money one of the cleanest and nicest hotels i have stayed in for the price.

. Employees are very cordial. Breakfast had many selections.Great Location Everything was great.

. Travelers tip on shopping Great for families. Free breakfast is actually very good with a great variety of items to choose from and the woman helping was very attentive to making sure tables were wiped up and the area was kept clean and orderly (Make sure to leave a decent tip in the tip jar). Staff is very friendly and helpful in giving directions, etc. I’ve stayed several times on shopping trips to Chicago as it is very close and accessible to everything in Schaumburg and not too long a drive to downtown Chicago.Good Value Hotel room is clean, comfortable and a good value for the price.

. The bottom line is that I would highly recommend this if you’re in the area.even rice and Japanese seasonings for Asian travelers! This is only a partial list of the many outstanding features at this Country Inn in Schaumburg..... etc. Great amenities: cordless phone in the room; clock/radio w/CD player, with CDs available for free loan; comfortable, firm beds with down pillows; makeup mirror in the bathroom; heat lamp; snacks (cookies or some type of cake/bread) and milk in the dining area in the evenings; a housekeeping staff that is very attentive to detail; a real, wall thermostat; "real" vinyl windows with screens (they look like what you have at home - not a typical hotel window); warm, inviting decor throughout the building - tables in the hallways, laminate wood floor in the elevator - even down to little details like an antique-looking call bell on the front desk; bookcases with books you can borrow; nightly turndown service that left chocolate mints and a paperback novel(!) on our pillow; a mini-mart with snacks and miscellaneous items for sale; the dining area is set up with dark woods, a fireplace, and comfortable sitting chairs to lend a very inviting atmosphere; two outside porch areas with wicker furniture for relaxing outdoors And finally, an incredible breakfast spread that has something for everyone - eggs, sausages, mini fresh cooked waffles, cereals, pastries, yogurt, etc.Best 3-star I’ve ever stayed at This is by far the best 3-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

. Chicago (downtown) is 45 minutes away (sometimes, you are going to find a lot of traffic jam between Chicago and Schaumburg). It’s up to you. Maybe you are going to find good hotel prices, but you have to add the extra gas and driving time. Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay Schaumburg is not the best place to stay If your plan is to visit Chicago. We really love their evening reception ( free snacks, beers and wine).Good hotel This is a great hotel to stay if you are going to Sears Centre for a concert - sport event (like us).

. Beware of that. Love, love, loved it! If it’s a holiday weekend the metra runs on a different schedule. A definite plus! It’s slightly away from the highway, which was great for noise factors, and it was close to the mall. The food was great and we were able to utilize the fridge in the room. Yes, the pool is small, but we still had a great time using it. We enjoyed everything they offered. Not only was this one cheaper than most, it even got better reviews.Totally Satisfied I researched for days on the different hotels and prices in the area.

. Travelers tip on dining If you don’t feel like leaving the hotel, they have an extensive booklet of restaurants that do take-out through a special taxi service for a small charge. Thanks for a nice stay. The breakfast was a nice surprise - a step up from the typical fruit and muffin at other hotels.A great little get-away! Location made it easy to get around Schaumburg.

. There is no question that I would choose this hotel if staying in the area again. Extremely clean, offered amenities of an excellent breakfast, turn down service, and very helpful staff.Outstanding Hotel This hotel was an outstanding hotel.

.Great Getaway Charming room, accomadating staff and many nice perks make this a great getaway from every day life.

. THe food was very good.Excellent THis hotel has a very good service and was very clean.
