Reviews

. From now on I will be sure I am booking only corporate-owned hotels, because of the consistency in standards and decor. It turned out this was a franchisee, not a corporate-owned hotel. But not my style: the lobby was completely decked out in gawdy Halloween decorations, apparently for the Busch Gardens crowd, and there was LOUD pop music playing from speakers outside the front entrance 24/7." There’s nothing WRONG with this hotel, other than that there was no refrigerator in the room (rather surprising nowadays).Average "One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.

Very Impressive Was a very welcoming environment and would stay again when in the area.

. You won’t be disappointed. The continental breakfast in the morning had good selections. The hotel staff was not only courteous but friendly as well. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.Nice No Frills Inn If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive clean place to lay your head at night, this hotel hits the spot.

. Only wished they would have changed the bed sheets daily like the sign on the laundry cart said to do. Would go back again. Clean room, good location to the parks, excellent free breakfast with plenty of seating.Nice hotel for the price.

. I would stay again. Superior price for what you get. Decent breakfast. Slightly above average hotel but great location for anything in Williamsburg on a very quiet road.Good Hotel.

We asked to have them shipped and gave all the info but after not receiving them for a week I called and they still have not been sent! In summary, it was fine for a night but I’m not sure I would stay much longer!. We called and they did locate them. My son accidentally left his shoes. There was a well attended breakfast buffet that included make your own waffles and microwave bacon and sausage along with healthy, usual options. The guest clerk gave me very confusing directions to the restaurant area and we got a little lost! (Bought a Garmin since this trip!) The room was clean, the beds were so-so as far as comfort. The hotel was closest to the park, but farthest from many dining options in the area. The price was right.Just fine for the price Stayed at the hotel for an overnight before Busch Gardens.

Williamsburg is a great trip!. I gained 5 lbs but it was so worth it. We went to Aberden Barn(steak), Whaling Company(seafood), Hog Wild Smokehouse(great bbq) Casa De Mayo(mex) . The food is so great. Travelers tip on dining Eat at local restaurants instead of chains. If your planning on going to water country and busch gardens this is the closest clean comfortable hotel. We would definitely stay again. The room was clean and the bathroom looked newly renovated. Our 3 year old had the time of her life. Busch Gardens and Water Country are very close(within a mile I think) and all the other attractions are pretty close too. It’s a great hotel for a traveling family.Great Hotel, Great Staff My Wife and I have stayed in Williamsburg in the past at other hotels and this was the best we ever stayed in.

. Travelers tip on local attractions Great location for Williamsburg, wide selection of resturants, Bush Garden and Water Country. Well balanced breakfast choices and served fresh. Too many table and chairs in the breakfast area.Good value Parking lot needs some maintenance and added landscaping would be nice.

. This hotel is close to Busch Gardens, Colonial World, restaurants and shopping.Try to get there before 8 AM, after that is when alot of families with children come and then it gets crowded. There are eggs, toast, bagels, cereal, sausage, bacon, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, juices, etc. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and the breakfast great.Would definetly stay here again.

Not please with cleaniness of room we left our room by 9:30am and did not return until 3pm-to our dismay room had NOT been cleaned beds not made or no clean linens.

. It is a little outside of Williamsburg, but it is still close enough to be convenient for restaurants and Colonial Williamsburg. Travelers tip on local attractions This hotel is perfectly situated for a visit to Busch Gardens, which is just a couple miles right down the street. Great location if you are visiting Busch Gardens. The pool was average and there was no Jacuzzi. The breakfast was a little above average for this type of hotel, but of course the menu was the same every day. The lobby was immaculate and the staff was very courteous.Great Location, Good Hotel This was a very nice hotel for a 3 star.

. Better off somewhere else. Food wasn’t too bad. Housekeeping would not even make my bed completely. Not worth the money I was not very happy with the condition of this hotel.

.Nice convenient to parks, very comfortable beds, overall nice hotel Travelers tip on local attractions busch gardens and water country were very close and easy to get to.

. I do recommend South of the Border a mexican restaurant which was affordable and the food was great (0n 2nd street).bad food... Travelers tip on dining I don’t recommend Red Lobster on Richmond Rd. I would definitely stay there again! The laundry service came in handy.they offer continental breakfast which was good..Great Hotel Excelent hotel! it is near to all attractions.

It was OK, but for the price, I thought the beds would be more comfortable than they were. I didn’t like that I was charged extra for two adult children even though the room already included two queen size beds. Would recommend only for the location Hotel location was great.Location was great, beds weren’t very comfortable.

. Continental breakfast was a plus but you have to be early. The hotel location was very convenient to restaurants, Historic Williamsburg and the outlet shopping area.Close to Busch Gardens and Historic Williamsburg Our two day stay was comfortable.

. Everything else was good. However, I wasn’t crazy about having the bacon and sausage in the refrigerator and we had to microwave it if we wanted it. The breakfast was good. We were able to switch rooms and that air system was much better! The staff was friendly. Our first room there was an air conditioning problem as no matter how temp we set it at it was always stuffy and warm. They could do with some new tubs and flooring in the bathrooms. The rooms were a bit dated. Most of the time you’re just there to sleep.Would stay again I would stay at this hotel again because of the price.

. Kids enjoyed the pool. Do have to drive for dinner places, but not too far out of the way.Good Stay Clean and comfortable base to visit Williamsburg, service was good, nice light breakfast.

. in a quiet area which was great after a noisy day at the park. the location was perfect.Nice location this hotel was nice and clean.

. Quiet too. It is close enough to Williamsburg but not in a congested, heavy traffic area. Fruit and yogurt were nice choices too. Loved the waffle maker too. Krispy Kreme donuts are loved by my children. The continental breakfast is very good. The sink outside the bathroom is very handy when you have 3 people staying in the room. The queen size beds are good.Very nice This hotel is very nice.

. Travelers tip on local attractions This hotel is very close to Busch Gardens, only 15 mins away from the outlets. Overall we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. The hotel was great after a long day at Busch Gardens.Nice, quiet, clean, friendly, and very close to Busch Gardens.

. Travelers tip on local attractions very close to Busch Gardens. We would not return because of the smoke and the musty smell. The free breakfast was popular and adequate. Only complaints were that the hallways smelled of old cigarette smoke (even though it was a non-smoking hotel) and the hallways smelled musty. Having 1 1/2 baths was really great considering I was traveling with 2 teen-agers.Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke & air was musty The front desk people were very nice and our room was comfortable.

. Definitely would recommend people to stay here because I was completely satisfied from a 3 star hotel. I was impressed on how housekeeping organized the room everyday and on top of that providing fresh towels. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was very clean, and the continental breakfast was decent.Satisfied I was happy with our stay.

. The beds were sooooo comfortable, I didn’t want to get up! Travelers tip on local attractions The location is really close to Busch Gardens and while the facility offers are great continental breakfast, there are pancake houses w/in walking distance. After cooling down it was fine. The rooms were stuffy upon entering and asked the front desk to make sure that their housekeeping up the temperature in the rooms for customers who are arriving during the summer months.Would return We only stayed 2 days but are loyal country inn and suites customers.

.Everything is excellent Everything is excellent, especially complimentary breakfast is very good, but pool is not opened on my stay.
