. Especially if you are planning on an long stay. As I said on a budget you cant go wrong. Every like five days they will do a cleaning service. What you do get is a bed, a shower, and a stove. But this also means you do not receive all the flair of normal Hotels/Motels. Its an extended stay, so it runs on the cheaper side of things.Good on a budget
Possibly one of the best budget hotels you can get.
. Dont expect free daily maid service.
This is an extended stay hotel. The location, which was convenient for us, seemed rather downscale but the neighborhood turned out to not be nearly as bad as it had seemed at first glance with the exclusive Cherry Creek neighborhood just a few blocks away. On the other hand, the room was downright cheap which made up for a lot. The advertised two queen-size beds looked like twin beds to me. When I mentioned this, the manager indicated he knew about it. The bathroom wall featured a large hole where someone had apparently opened the door way too hard thus pushing in the doorstop and a sizable hunk of wallboard.Very Inexpensive
Our "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarette smoke and contained ashtrays along with the no smoking sign.
Travelers tip on local attractions
short drive to many attractions, especially of interest to kids. Weve stayed in better, but for the price, wed come back here again. The hotel is in a good location with very quick access to the zoo, museums, shopping, and dining. The kitchenette was helpful to save money. Dont expect any extras (WiFi, daily cleaning, etc) without a charge.Good for the price
This was an older hotel, but was clean and very reasonably priced.
. Lovely Parks & Mall.
Travelers tip on recreational activities
Get the Cherry Creek Map & hike, skate, and bike to your hearts content. I would stay here again, and pay more than I did to do so. Clean comfortable rooms with kitchenette, affordably priced. For a "Basic" Hotel, all the bases were covered.Well located and affordable
Great Staff and eager to please the Guests.
. They will not clean your room for you unless you pay extra. No real room services included in price
You have to ASK for a blow dryer, shampoo, towel exchange, etc.
Great shopping and good eats along the strip!.
Travelers tip on shopping
Go to the 16th street mall in Denver. The neighborhood is a little iffy too. But the walls are paper thin and we didnt sleep till 2 am because of all the noise. It was clean and if you are staying in town for a few days, the mini kitchen can save you a couple bucks.Keep looking!
Its not the worst hotel you can stay in.
. Bring them with you. And I didnt find any place within walking distance to get these essentials. No shampoo, no coffee or filters, no washcloth, no hairdryer (the front desk did supply one on request). Only problem is -- which they dont mention before you get there -- they dont provide anything in the room. Their staff is very helpful.Dont Forget Your Shampoo and Hairdryer, Pack the Coffee Too
This motel is cost-effective, conveniently located and having a kitchen is terrific.
. I at least expected a box of tissues, if not shampoo, and expected dish soap in the kitchenette. The staff was friendly, but the hallways and elevator were filthy, the room smelled bad, and there were few amenities.Low budget
This hotel is okay for bare bones, but I wouldnt stay there again.
Would go back
for business it inexpensive and accomadating.
.
Travelers tip for business travelers
Bus 83 will take you downtown. It is affordable. The kitchen was remarkably clean.Perfect to go to after business meeting
I was able to carry some food that I could heat up in the morning.
. Glad I stayed there.Good value
Cost was less than half the rate of the hotel my work was in and I was a 40 minute walk from that hotel, which was a good way to get my daily exercise in, and I was able to eat healthy by fixing my food in the kitchenette, and also cut costs of eating out for a week.
.Was just ok
I can see the value in a long term stay.
Was impressed
Visit was very impressive - so much so I booked additional nights.
. Attentive staff, clean room and good central Denver location.Met my needs
Nothing fancy, but just what was needed.
. For people with limited funds I would recommend. No turn down service, coffee for pots in room and towels were very thin.Minimal accomidations
Everything was mostly fine.
Not impressed
Although the hotel was in a good location, the quality and care of the property makes paying a little more for a different hotel well worth it!.
. Didnt realize it was an "extended stay" so the Kitchenette was a pleasant surprise!
Travelers tip on local attractions
Minutes away from the Nature and Science Museum, Botanical Garden, Zoo, and plenty of eateries are close by. Quick drive everywhere.Simple and cheap!
Great price, great location.
. I can only assume that the rest of the room was less than stellar on the cleanliness front. By the number of examples I saw, it appears that the hotel must not have a problem with that (there isnt any way that they could have missed these). It appeared to me to be nasal fluid. However, there were a lot of marks and "substances" on the walls of the room.
I wasnt expecting too much since the hotel is more reasonably priced than others.Staff were nice; Room was dirty.
