. It’s worth spending the extra money that you think you might save on a nicer hotel. The beds were rather stiff and uncomfortable. The rooms I had were supposed to be Non-Smoking, but the stinch of smoke was strong as soon as I opened the door.Not Very Happy I was not happy with this hotel at all.

The property is in need of some maintenance, and someone needs to introduce them to fabric softener for their towels, but for the price, we were satisfied. We got it. Definitely is not a fancy hotel but meets the minimun requirements of comfort and cleaness the service is excellent, and personnel is very friendly , the breakfast is included and not bad if you like a light one.You get what you pay, not bad this hotel is a good option if you will stay in franklin or cool springs areas.

. We have decided in future if we travel we will go to the Comfort Suites, as we really enjoyed our stays there. The way the room was laid out, the area outside the bathroom was not condusive to privacy.Not Impressed Although the help were very nice,I was disappointed the bathroom was very small, the fixture in the tub was very difficult for me as I have arthritis in my hands, and had trouble turning the fixture.
