At check-in we asked for the best keep room available and we were textually informed " all rooms are the same, this is an old place", so we left, lost our payment and stay one block away to our full satisfaction At Ihop kids eat free from 4:00 pm to 10:00pm. Before check-in we had chance to look into a room from the parking lot and overall apparience was very bad and specially filthy. Were no interest in solve our request for a rollaway additional bed.No service, No attention Attention at front desk was absolutely negligent and unkind.

. The tourism guide was a valuable tool to find nice places to visit there. I was expecting the same in Miami, but the condition and maintenance of this hotel was not the best.Not immpressed I had the opportunity to be hosted in a Days In in Fargo ND, and it was a nice experience.

. Good thing we were only staying there for one night. We didn’t have a remote control for the TV. The plaster was coming off the wall.Not happy at all The hotel room had a musty smell.

The room is clean and confortable .without the air con on ,it is hard to get asleep and rest ..I would recommand to invest in phonic isolation.Good but need to improve phonic isolation This hotel is very convenient for catching an early flight from MIA airport at a very reasonnable price.

I wish we had!.even if it’s just to sleep a few hours... The bathroom was disgusting! Spend more money and go somewhere else. We checked out the bed to make sure there were no bed bugs, plus we would not take off our shoes when walking around. We got in at midnight and figured we just needed a place to lay our head. We did not feel safe leaving our things in the room to go out to get breakfast. This place is the filthiest place I have ever stayed.Yuck! I NEVER give a bad review to a hotel because I think many people are too picky.

. Other than that, it was decent for the price. However, the shuttle stops at several other hotels so we were packed in the van like sardines.Alright for one night Hotel offers shuttle service to port for any cruise you might have.

Travelers tip on saving a few bucks Free 24 hour airport shuttle and low rates. It was inexpensive and convenient since we were arrived late and left early. We ended up having to ask a security guard how to get to it. The room was in a different building than the registration office and the directions we received to get to our room were vague. The shuttle seemed to take a long time to come get us.OK for quick stay The Hotel was very close to the airport.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and unlike the airport there was at least a clean bed and shower. I didn’t try to change rooms (I couldn’t be bothered, I just wanted to get what sleep I could). It was so bad that even though I spent about 6 hours (max) in the hotel, any clothes I had removed from my suitcase smelled like damp cigarettes. The bed linens and bathroom were clean, but I was nervous about the carpet. But my (non-smoking) room still stank like an old, damp ashtray. So I wasn’t expecting much.Smells like an ashtray I booked this hotel for an 8 hour (1am - 9am) layover at Miami airport, and I purposely booked one of the cheapest options that included a free shuttle to and from MIA.

. It was no bargain. The room smelled heavily of chemicals. Each telephone call was charged, even to toll-free numbers.Never again! Important services cost extra! Internet access cost $5 minimum and then 45 cents/minute.

. The transfer from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to the port was hassle free and minimized the worry. But they forgot the cribe we requested, though thankfully they still had one.Nice Upgrade They upgraded our room without asking, from a double to a king which was great.

. I do have to encourage you to go to the lounge, "Hot Rod Bobby" was a blast, me and my husband had a fun cheap evening down there! He made our stay very fun. . Free airport shuttle every hour. Basic, affordable housing, nothing fancy, convenient to airport and meeting site. Room was clean and in good repair. Our arrival was delayed 14 hours, our room was stil available, and the shuttle picked us up within minutes after arrival.Clean & affordable Staff were very nice and accommodating.

They have great service to and from the airport as well as to the port.Great for overnight We stayed here as a quick stay from the Airport to the Cruise Port.
