Gilbert from Curacao Caribbean Travelers tip xxx. We liked the Breakfast and especially the friendliness of the employees is an good exception in Miami. I stayed with my son and in the evening hours we could watch baseball and football games seperately, if we could not agree on the same station.Nice and friendly home in Miami The hotelroom was designed for our stay in the hotel.

.Good value for stop over near the airport I was satisified witht the facilities at the hotel, the welcome reception was appreciated.

My expectations were exceeded!!.Can’t wait to go back The hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our experience there wonderful! the food on the breakfst buffet was some of the best food we have had at any restaurant.

.Nice and very comfortable - I will go back anytime Professional employees, nice service, nice breakfast and the rooms are very comfortable.

.95 per day to connect to the internet in your room and also be prepared to pay $15 per day to park in the hotel parking lot. Travelers tip for business travelers Be prepared to pay $12. There are too many hotels with free parking and free internet with comparable rooms and amenities. I loved the hotel itself, but because of the "extras" I don’t think I will stay there again. Although they had a business center that I could connect to, it was not convenient for me to use it because I prefer the comfort of my room. This was the first hotel that I have encoutered in all my travels that charge for the internet.95 per day charge to connect to the internet. I thought that was outrageous!! Then, the last thing that was a big negative was the $12. The other problem was the $15 per day parking charge.it was not plugged in and the outlet was not accessible! I ended up removing the microwave and placing it on the countertop in order to reheat a leftover restaurant meal... The microwave was inside the butler’s pantry but there was one little problem. We did have some negatives. The complimentary breakfast was better than average and had quite a selection. Our room was very nice and clean and overall our stay was great.Good hotel but beware of extras The hotel was very beautiful.

. I would never stay in a place like that again. The sheets, rugs, and couch was damp to the touch. Not impressed The hotel room was musty and damp.

. Travelers tip on recreational activities Definitely take advantage of their daily complementary happy hour. We’d stay there again under the same circumstances. They had one line for all hot items, even if you just wanted sausage and hotcakes (which was already premade). It would have been better if they had a buffet style breakfast and the line was only for the omelettes. Our only complaint was they had a long line to get to the hot breakfast. The fact they offered both is very unusual. They offer free breakfast and a free 2hr happy hour, this was our deciding factor. The hotel stay was pleasant and service was great.Great We stayed just one night after our Bahama cruise, before going back home.

.Great Miami Hotel by the Airport! This is a great hotel for the money! They have free shuttles to the airport, so if you’re flying out early (like we were) it’s a great place to stay.

.first impression goes a long way for me... I will always stay here when I visit Miami.Fantastic I even forgot my phone in the room and we came back 5 days after our cruise and the phone was waiting at security for me.

. When I am offered free breakfast, which was good food, I don’t expect to stand in line for 16 minutes with all of the screaming, pushing and butting into line.It is better than other hotels I have stayed in Miami I expect the rooms in humid climates to be damp, but this one smelled stale to almost sour.

They made you feel like they were truly interested in your concerns!.The staff were helpful. Most enjoyable The rooms and the entire surrounding were spotless.

. nothing much in the area but nice and secluded to get rest. room was cold even with the air off.Great hotel hotel was nice.

Very Friendly and Helpful I wanted to know what to do in the area and they got our group of 6 a taxi that fit our needs plus saved us money! Thank you much Travelers tip on local attractions Close to South Beach.

.Keep up the good work and THANKS to all. I love the entrance, the staff was very helpful,so we did have a great time there. We had a Good stay .

.Great stay! loved the family atmosphere i reserved through expedia and wasn’t aware of the $$ a night parking, but the breaskfast and cocktails more than made up for the fee.

Good location easy access from airport & then to cruise!!.

Travelers tip for business travelers DON’T CHOOSE THIS LOCATION!!!. Pool difficult to arrive, no guard- Lots of confusion. Service bearly acceptable if you don’t speak Spanish.Old tropical feel, All Latin staff, very little English spoken; Free Evening drinks Fine for families; 6 per room; Breakfast free (long lines from 9-10:30); free Happy HOur drinks for adults.

Htel needs updating.OK in Miami Glad I only had to spend one night.

All in all the worst hotel experience I have had in the US Travelers tip Stay away. Returned from dinner to find the room locked, checking out the consierge was too busy to organise the shuttle despite my calling down an hour before departure.CHAOTIC AND NOISY Arrived a 19:00 room not ready, couldn’t find the Manager to release a room, finally got into the room at 20:00 place full of adolescents riding the elevators putting them out of use for everyone else, hotel staff stood by and watched.

Can’t wait to go back!!!!! Our stay was amazing.

. The only addition they could make is a complimentary shuttle to the port. All of this as well as a 2 room suite and a shuttle to the Airport makes any price differential a moot point. Complimentary Happy Hour and Breakfast were great.Best Airport Hotel EVER The management was very attentive.

Business oriented The rooms has proble with the a/c.

. From the lobby to the great restaurant and bar to the service and the spacious comfy room, we loved it. We’ve stayed at Embassy Suites before but never in one as beautiful as this.A most beautiful and comfortable hotel! We stayed here before and after a trip out of the country.

To pay such an expensive price and to get that kind of service certainly turned me off from ever wanting to try the Embassy Suites again!. So here’s him down at the bottom with the trolly and some bags and me trying to take up some bags and off load them with one finger on the ’keep the door open button’!! By the time I got to my room I was absolutely furious. The kids and Gran went up to the rooms but we then discovered that the luggage trolly and all our luggage could not fit in the elevator. We were a group of 7 (3 children and 1 Senior) so we had over 14 suitcases! It was after midnight and after waiting another 20 minutes and still no sign of any help coming, my husband and I decided to try it ourselves. When we got there the girl at the front desk was very apologetic and offered us help with our bags. Finally a driver from the Hilton Garden Inn who had passed 3 times and felt sorry for us, stopped and picked us up and took us to the Embassy Suites Hotel. I called the hotel 3 times to say that we were waiting and the girl at the front desk kept saying that someone would be there soon. We had to wait in the airport in Miami for over an hour. There is suppose to be free shuttle service.Terribly Awful Service!!! The service at the hotel was really bad.

.One of the best choices This hotel has a good service quality, clean and extremely comfortable rooms and it’s near of the main turist and business places in Miami (MIA, Shopping Malls, Downtown, Port, etc).
