. The folks at the desk really want to make your stay enjoyable and their sincere effort shows through.Very helpful staff you cannot beat this place for price/performance in the Buffalo area.

. I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom also had a horrible stench and the hotel’s solution was to supply us with some air freshener. When we complained about the fleas all the staff did was vacuum the room.Disgusting We arrived to find a bug infested room.



. Extra charge for wireless internet service. No minimum provisions (soap or shampoo) are provided. Sheets are not clean.Not up to the mark Rooms are cleaned once a week and extra charge for daily cleaning.



. But the staff there was good, they were kind although we checked-in late at night. It takes about 20min drve from Niagara Falls, so next time I will rather take the hotels more nearer to the attractions.but I felt that the bathroom and the dishes were not so clean...Short and sleep only stay is okay It was not too bad for a short stay, just to sleep.



. I will say that the man at the front desk was quick to switch our rooms and both of the new rooms were ok. The 2nd room smelled like a curry fest had just taken place. The first room’s bathroom smelled like someone had been in there 5 minutes before smoking a cigarette (not sure if someone really was in there or if it came through the vents).Stay Away We had 2 rooms between 3 people.

I’ll be staying here again I was overall extremely pleased with my stay the staff was friendly and the room was cleanly! I enjoyed it greatly!.
