. We would definitely stay there again. The bus/shuttle service is excellent. Beautiful facilities and the employees were very friendly and helpful.Very impressed We just recently stayed at Gaylord Opryland and it was one of the nicest places we have stayed.

. the grounds were wonderful, the staff was great, the room (standard) was very nice, the food in all the restaurants ( we eat in six of them) was great, would not stay anywhere else.Great hotel My wife and i loved this hotel.

. Travelers tip on local attractions Don’t waste your time and money on the General Jackson steamboat dinner show. Quite an experience. Hotel food options are extensive but pricey, of course. Loved the exquisitely manicured atrium gardens. Instead, it’s beautiful and beautifully run. Booked the Gaylord Opryland expecting a heavy dose of Heehaw kitsch.Don’t miss it! I was a native Californian touring the South for the first time.

Travelers tip on dining Eat somewhere else-food is way too expensive to tase so bad!.An Amazing Setting Hotel is quite incredible with the atrium and decor.

. Real personable Folks there. One even took our photo. We are excited about a future trip to Gaylord Opryland Travelers tip on nightlife We visited the Jack Daniels Saloon and was greeted by several employees who served and talked with us. The Resturants are well staffed with knowledgeable employees. the pathways are neat and clean. Everything is fresh and well displayed.Looking forward to a future trip There is a new and exciting view at every turn while strolling through the Garden Areas.

Great place great place for families and A good place to have fun Opryland especially.

Better than some Las Vegas hotels This place was phenomenal.

. Overall, hotel is something to see, but we will never stay there again. Bed was hard and couldn’t sleep in it, so was exhausted by end of trip. Had to pay $20 for self-park along with a $15 "Resort Fee" (plus tax), which I thought was too expensive since the resort fee got us bottled water. Had to call service the next night to get room cleaned since they didn’t clean it, although we were out of the room for over 6 hours. After getting the expensive tab, couldn’t find the waitress again so signed it and left. Waited over 45 minutes to get a burger at 9:30 at night from the sports bar. But extremely expensive with little service. very nice. Lots of plants, waterfalls, etc. The hotel is HUGE. Was given a map to find the room. That took a few minutes to correct. They gave us a room with twin beds although Expedia specifically stated King. Got in late after a 4 hour flight delay, then had to wait 25 minutes to check in.Not going back I expected much more from this hotel than they delivered.

.. Travelers tip on local attractions Everything was at you finger tips, if you forgot anything there wasn’t a problem, you could get whatever you needed near by. will certainly be back.... So much to do and see..Could not have been better, celebrated my 40th birthday and it was fabulous Wish I had more time, the Hotel was just the best.

. Always something to do or see. Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay It may cost more to stay at the Gaylord Hotel but it is worth the price through the staff, rooms, food and view. The staff were so nice and courteous that they make you feel at home. The rooms were very clean and comfortable even though we did not stay in it that much. My sister and her husband are now going for the holiday just because of our experience and pictures. Can’t wait to go back I was so impressed with the hotel and their staff that I can’t wait to go back.

. Walk to the Grand Ole Opry and see a great show ! Travelers tip on shopping Walking distance to a great mall with additional quality restaurants and shops. The hotel is an attraction in and of itself !! Walking distance to a great mall with additional quality restaurants and shops. I was very imopressed with this hotel! Wonderful surroundings - gardens, water falls, pools, restaurants, food, club.Very impressive.

. Great ’on campus’ spa, lounges and restaurants. Don’t get me wrong, it was very nice and I do recommend anyone experiences it at least once. That should be a no cost item to a guest of a hotel. I was also insulted that as a guest of the hotel, I had to pay nearly $20 to park. You are left to find your way - wasting valuable time. It is an immense hotel and there is not a staff member around to assist with locating things. At what we spent for an overnight visit, I would have expected more staff available for assistance. Although lovely, it was very costly. Just be sure it is at a "wealthier point". Something every person should see at some point in their lives.Beautiful Hotel at an Unbeautiful Price The hotel was quite spectacular.

. It’s about an hour and a half from Nashville but it’s very interesting and well worth the drive. If you would also like to something more unique, then go and visit Jack Daniels distillery in Lynchburg. We would go back in a heartbeat! Travelers tip on recreational activities Definitely make sure to see The Grand Ole Opry. The room was always kept clean and the beds comfortable. Our Garden room had a spectacular view from the balcony terrace, overlooking the indoor atrium, at a wide variety of plants and even some waterfalls. Everyone that worked there was professional and friendly. This place is amazing.First Class Hotel, Highly Recommend The Gaylord Opryland is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

. This hotel is so fabulous you dont need to leave it to go site seeing in the beautiful Nashville area. Great experience!!! Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay Plan an extra day. This hotel caters to all ages in the family. It was worth it though and we would do it again! Our fourteen year old experienced five star living for the first time and it was grand to see it through his eyes. We laugh about the deal because one night we ate at their finest resturaunt and spent over 100$ a piece on dinner. Through expedia we got an outstanding deal and had a wonderful experience.Exceptional experience! This is the finest hotel we have ever stayed in.

. Luxury! Each staff member was friendly and knowledgeable about their area. all of my exploring was within the resort grounds, including dining, recreation, networking sessions, and gym workout... Amazing! The environment set the tone of the stay and I never left the hotel .Gaylord Gala My biz trip seemed more of a holiday between conference sessions due to the lush gardens within the three atria.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Beautiful relaxing atmosphere.

. So, nice looking place, but not to the standards of a Gaylord property. My room overlooked a parking lot and and air conditioner and only had one elevator that serviced that area which often resulted in 5 minute waits. Well, I would hate to see a bad room. When I finally got to the front of the line, I mentioned the hassles so far and they said, "oh so sorry, let me get you a good room to make up for your inconvienince". It took me 10 minutes to get a valet to park my car, it took over 30 minutes that night to get the car back, I had to stand in line for 20 minutes to check in. Further, they need to get their customer service act together. As I was there for business and had to wear a tie and coat, I would break out into a sweat almost immediately. But, as it was July and it was hot and humid outside, all the water features and lush gardens made the inside of the hotel just as humid as outside.Beautiful, but Not Enjoyable I had heard that the Gaylord Opryland was nice, and it certainly was beautiful.

I have nevered pay for parking while staying in a hotel! I was never told that they charged for parking until I arrived!!.00 parking fee a day.Nahville’s Best Hotel Friendly staff, clean , great shower never ran out of hot water!! the only neg part of this hotel was the 18.

Sending friends!! Breathtaking hotel, garden, landscaping!! Great rooms, great food and service!!! Relaxing!!Hotel took care of all our needs from getting us to and from our planned events and tours!! Friendly staff!!! I would revisit in a New York minute!!! Travelers tip on local attractions Close by attractions with provided transportation!!!!.

. we would love to go back sometime but I’m not going to pay That kind of money to sleep on a fold out couch. I could understand if we just showed up and asked for a room, but we made our reservation well in advance. We didn’t have a bed We made our reservation weeks in advance and requested a king or queen bed and we had to take a room with a fold out couch.

. Dining options nearby. It has everything you could want and more! Travelers tip on dining Drinks and meals are on the expensive side.WOW! The Gaylord is a resort within a resort.

. The rooms are very comfortable. My family had a great time. Downtown Nashville is a 20 minute drive. A huge mall is next to door. The Grand Old Opry is a 15 minute walk.Great time! The hotel is a tropical forest under glass.

. Although it was clean, the room was certainly in need of a remodel or at least the repair of such small things as the toilet tissue holder so it would function properly and hold the tissue roll.Very disappointed In our experience, the condition of the room was definitely not worth the price we paid for it.

Asked for a different room and was told they where all booked up???. The only thing that got under my skin was,,there was no hot water and when it was warm you where better off just getting a cold shower. No hot water This is an awesome hotel to stay at lots to see well kept and maintained.
