. Even wash your clothes if you wanted as they had stack washer & dryer in the privacy of your own room & provided the soap.

Can make some meals in full kitchen. Priced great. Full kitchen. DVD player in living room. Updated look. Clean.Very nice
Very busy, employees try to make you feel welcomed.
I will most definitely be staying here EVERYTIME I visit Las Vegas!. I never would have guessed that I would be able to stay somewhere inexpensive yet have all the same amenities as any 5 star hotel on the strip.Loved it!
This was by far the most comfortable stay outside of being in my own home.
.Great place
Great place to stay for the money.

Travelers tip on shopping
The hotel is a small distance from the main strip but the hotel does offer has a complimentary shuttle. The suite was furnished with modern & comfortable furniture & several pools & spas were located through out the grounds.A definite Grand Hotel!
The suite was very modern & cozy with a nice big spa tub inside the room.
. My biggest complaint was the noise, the walls are very thin. The swimming pools are fabulous.Great location close to everything, but thin thin walls
Nice accommodations, and fair price.

BERRY G.
. Only complaint was there were no privacy blinds in the bedroom so as soon as the sun came up it came through the window and we were up early, but who wants to sleep in when youre on vacation! Would definately recommend this place to stay
Travelers tip on dining
There are plenty of places to eat in the hotel across the street and plenty of shopping malls down the road. I wanted a quiet place off the strip and this was perfect.Great place to stay, quiet and comfortable
I was happy with the hotel.

Travelers tip on saving a few bucks
Good price for the room and a kitchen so you can buy food at the grocery store and save by not going out evey night. This is not a hotel for new visitors to Las Vegas. Check in was disorganized. There is a garage way in the back of the complex, but the staff did not tell us about it.Average Convenience
Parking is terrible because it fills up very quickly.
. Plenty of comfort and peace dining in the room and enjoying family.
Everything you need for a family stay is provided. Thanks so much. It was such a blessing to stay here. I will be returning. I came back and recommended it to all of my family and friends. The staff were very professional, kind, and polite.Wonderful!!!!!
This was the most beautiful, clean, and spacious place Ive stayed.
. Well definately return. Security was great. We had adjoining suites, each with a private entry. This was perfect for a small family reunion.Have already referred hotel to others
I am recommending Grand View to everyone I know, we had a superb stay.
. One is heated. The check-in staff was friendly, and the pools are nice. There is a casino with restaurants right next door, or you can drive to the Strip. The room was larger and much nicer than rooms in a higher price range, and it had everything we needed. Will stay here again
The Grandview was definitely the best deal in Las Vegas.
. I will absolutely be back. Id have to pay triple the price if I stayed anywhere else.Amazing Value!
Beautiful, clean and comfortable room/suite.
. Took the shuttle to the M hotel, great buffet. The Southpoint next door had a great breakfast.

We used the shuttle bus service to take us back and forth to the strip. Nice to be away from the Strip. Would stay there again. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. Staff checked us in right away and we were in our room within 15 mins.Great time
Arrived way before check-in.
. Simple request, but Draconian policies. They said they had to wait for security, even when I indicated that I did not want to go into the room and gave them the exact location of the glasses they still would not retrieve them for me. It took this much time even though a cleaning crew was near by and I asked them to enter the room to get my glasses and they would not.Draconian policies!
I inadvertently left my glasses in my room after I checked out and it took almost 40 minutes to get back into the room.
. We also watched the Blue Man Group perform and had a fantastic time at the show. Parking at most of the hotels is free and very easy to find.

We always rent a car to travel to the strip casinos and to freemont st. There is a great casino next door with many restaurants, a 64 lane bowling alley, movie theatre, and a rodeo. Each unit has kitchen, living/dining room area and nice size bathroom with a whirlpool tub. It is very spacious and much nicer than staying in a cramped hotel room.Better than staying at a regular hotel and at a great price
We have stayed at the Grandview 3 times.
. Go get in line in the morning and tickets for the evening shows that day are a much better price. Look for Tix4Tonight behind the coke bottle next to the MGM grand.
Travelers tip on nightlife
Blue man group, and The Lion King were both great. Internet cost a few dollars more a day, that was a bit of a let down. They did try to talk us into going on a ownership tour, but we politly declined, and they were great to let it end there. The price was great. Its a 10 minute drive from the strip, but we didnt mind. There isnt daily maid service, but we had plenty of stuff, so we didnt mind that. There was plenty of room, and it was clean and seemed new. Its not a traditional hotel but it was super for us.Great Stay
This place was great.
. it is only 2 miles south of the strip and well worth the drive. when we return to Vegas we will be staying at the Grandview. we spent a total of 4 nights in Vegas, 2 at the Grandview and 2 at the place with the big name and water fountian show. could not believe the price! this resort was very well staffed and really clean although we did have to have the sheets changed upon arrival due to some hairs on the bed sheets. Will not stay at another hotel in Vegas
we booked this hotel on expedia at the last minute.
data entry is my only complaint!!..." I called my bank to find out that they (the hotel) was entering the wrong expiration date!! The first 20 to 30 minutes was a nightmare but after all was fixed, my stay was comfortable and very relaxing, quiet too:)
Travelers tip
Just make sure that they are wearing their reading glasses. I waited outside with my family after a six hour drive because my visa card was "denied. The receptionist, one in particular, needs reading glasses.Impressed
Great place to stay with your family.
. I will always stay there. You can just hop on the freeway and be there in 5 minutes. When I go to Vegas I will always Stay here
Hotel Was Great Very much like home, service was great,It was a little ways from the strip but thats ok.
. I have never experienced a more friendly, helpful staff, thank you to all. The feel of Vegas is there without the noise and congestion of traffic.Grandview was awesome!
The Grandview at Las Vegas is a wonderful place to stay and relax.
Cant wait to go back!!!
It was more than what we expected!.
. Nonetheless I would and have been recommending this place to stay. One thing though is parking may be hard to find. Family friendly and overall a nice place.Las Vegas Best place to stay at off THE STRIP
I was extremely satisfied with the room.
. The room/condo was exceptional spacious, especially for thr price.Grandview was Grand
We really enjoyed our Stay.

Plan on renting a car as this property is about a 10-minute drive from the strip. There was no pressure to do the timeshare tour and the staff was very friendly.Great option away from action
Suites were large and comfortable; pools were very nice as was the desert landscaping.
.Great place to stay
Enjoyed our stay, hotel was located outside the strip, but was only a short distance away, it was nice to be away from all the noise and traffic, and the room was very nice.
