This place was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, including expensive resorts!. The morning breakfast was wonderful as well. Everything could not have been better.Great Place To Stay! I could not believe how helpful and kind the people working at this hotel were.

. In the evening we got right on a bus and were to the hotel in about 15 minutes. It is a great service, however, and in the morning ran every 30 minutes giving us ample time to make our flight.Convienient location clean and comfortable, nice staff Travelers tip Ask where shuttle bus stop to the hotel is when arriving at airport as it is a bit out of the way.

. The room was just perfect. The hotel is extremely clean. Riding the Marta was the best thing that we could have done. We were in town for a Braves game, and they helped us getting downtown on the Marta instead of driving. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. It was just awesome.An awesome hotel to stay!! We will stay at this hotel every time we visit Atlanta.

. We used the shuttle several times and operators were helpful in every way. Elevator was always right there or quickly arrived. A/C was difficult to adjust. Our room was just right, except bathroom light over mirror was out and the other one had one bulb working and one out. Hot breakfast was great, the food hostess friendly and helpful.Enjoyed our stay Staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay a success.

Wish we could have stayed longer!. We noticed that the hotel even had an outdoor pool. The rooms were very clean and well appointed with a small fridge and microwave, as well as a coffee machine. There was a free shuttle service to and from the airport and a complementary breakfast (hot and cold items). This hotel was perfect.Perfect for an overnite stopover in Atlanta We had an overnight layover in Atlanta on our way to Costa Rica.

. I would stay here again. The hotel was nicely kept and the shuttle drivers were very helpful and attentive. Once he got to us he stayed right with us solving problems before we were even aware of them. Tne night clerk worked everyone through very quickly saving us for last because we had a problem.Bent over backwards to help We arrived late along with several other tired travelers.

. I would go to this hotel again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to my friends and family too. EVERYONE, from the driver who picked us up (in two minutes) to the front desk check in, to the maintenance people fixing the ice machine and the ladies helping with the yummy breakfast, went out of their way to be kind and considerate. but felt compelled in this case because I was stunned at the service we received at the Hampton Inn Atlanta Airport.Would definitely go back I don’t normally respond to requests for reviews of hotels, etc.

. There is also takeout/delivery available from a variety of places. Limited in restaurants but Ruby Tuesday is good right across the street. It is only minutes from the airport terminal and convenient. Otherwise, I was quite pleased with the room and the service. It has an airport shuttle which gets you to the airport, doesn’t hit on much getting you from the airport.OK - Clean, Comfortable The hotel was fine.

. The Inn allowed us to go to a Georgia Tech basketball game that ended late and get up early for a flight-thus avoiding about 3 hours of driving during the night.A good choice We needed a place to stay before an early morning flight at ATL.

. I was glad that the hotel provided "happy hour" although the sloppy joes that were served were just bearly palatable, but I had no choice without a car. There was nothing in walking distance. I was disappointed to found that the surrounding amenities were sparse. The staff was attentive and the room was clean and comfortable. I found the hotel very comfortable.A nice place to stay.

. Had left something in the room and it took 5 calls to be able to speak to someone about my item. The customer service rep at the counter in the evening was very friendly and knowledgeable.Complaint The hotels cable service was broken all evening and morning and no one made any attempt to apologize.

. I will be going back to Atlanta next spring and hopefully stay at the Hampton. I would recommend this hotel to all. I held my first training session in their meeting room and all went well. The hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding.My Stay I traveled both business and leisure.

. Helped me find a local movie theatre and the quickest way to the airport. Gave good directions around the area. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast selections! Lots of variety. Neighbors were a little noisy, but that can happen anywhere.Great Bed! Nice Breakfast! The King w/ sofabed was very nice.

. The thermostat was not accurate and we were hot all night. Otherwise, the hotel was fine except our room A/C. Other hotels on the internet advertised their hotel/parking package. That’s not a problem but it would have been nice to know that in advance so I could comparison shopped for the best hotel/parking package. The Hampton advertised ’free airport shuttle’ but they failed to mention that there’s a charge for leaving your car parked at the hotel. I searched all the airport hotels on the internet....Free Airport Shuttle Advertisement is a little misleading.

. But please let me make it very clear that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was locked at 5:00 in the afternoon and we had to get a key. and when it didn’t, you would have to beat on it as the maintainace guy had to show us... The electronic door key would work sometimes.sometimes.... We found out you have to turn on the entry light switch to make the TV work. Also, it seemed like everytime we would try to use something, it wouldn’t work. On the other hand, they had a lot of remodeling going on. The staff was very polite and helpful.Under Construction or need repair First Let me get out the good qualities of the Hotel.

. Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant was within walking distance - very convenient! I would have no rejections to staying there again in the future. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful with "easy" directions to the airport for an early flight.Clean Hotel with a SHORT DRIVE to Airport Parking My new wife and I found the hotel to be very clean.

. I had to change my room because of the weird sound in the heater.Not impressed The hotel is a bit old and the rooms were not very clean.

(We stayed here on our way to and from Florida). Also they had a motom and desk in each room we stayed in. This was neat. Travelers tip for business travelers They offer internet access thru the TV, no computer needed. The fruits were good though. Pre-pakaged bagle sandwiches that you microwave yourself. It was kinda gross. They also offer cribs for the babies but breakfast left a bit to be desired. Update these things and it would have a great feel all the way around. The looked clean but a little dingy compared to the rest of the room. Some things that seemed to date the place was the doors and hardware (like the knobs). The condition of the room was very nice. Quick and efficeiant in getting us checked in and very friendly.A wonderful place I have to say, when we arrived in at 12:30 am the clerk at the front office was nice and cheerful.
