Reviews

. Couldn’t imagine each one so unique. Travelers tip on local attractions We just enoyed seeing the new casino’s and some of the beautiful decorations and designs. We enjoyed our stay. Very good layout for all the activities and eateries.Improved Seemed more calming this time.

. all while staying in Vegas! Also, the Panazzi restaurant and Oyster Bar are fantastic.... I had the best three nights sleep I’ve had in months there. The room was wonderful - super clean, very comfortable. I was glad I did it. At checkin, I was able to get a newly remodeled room for a very slight fee increase. Before this trip I was worried about the condition of the rooms.Continues to please I’ve been staying at Harrah’s for nearly 20 years.

. Also, I upgraded to a deluxe room that was supposed to have a view of the strip but it was a very limited partial view room. All of the nice rooms were reserved for high rollers who may be coming in later that night. If I did switch rooms they would have to downgrade me to a regular room and I wouldn’t get any discount. I asked to switch rooms and was told that they couldn’t switch me that night (the night before my meeting). I was in a room on a lower level floor that was directly above an outdoor bar where they played live music till 3:00 AM.The Madri Gras Tower is very noisey.

Do it!. Admittedly we did stay on the Monday and Tuesday night so can’t vouch for what it is like in the weekends or other days. The lifts were superfast. It was a central location, with easy access to the monorail which made getting around to other casinos very easy. Was only for 2 nights but we throughly enjoyed the stay at Harrahs and would definitely stay there again... Nice big room, friendly service, clean, quiet.Perfect Harrahs was perfect.

. Everything else I was satisfied with. The pool area really isn’t that big either. They do have a sun deck but it is kind of sketchy up there and you have to climb up two-three flights of stairs. You only got a certain amount of sunlight b/c the buildings block a lot of the sun at different times of the day. The only bad thing really was the pool. not a parking lot, but obviously that costs so we dealt with it.. Our room was clean and kept clean, we would have liked a view of the strip. We had no problem and no wait checking in (but it was on a week day).It was okay for the price The great thing about Harrah’s is that it is in the middle of the strip.

Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recomend it!. The only thing even close to a complaint was there was not enough bureau space in our room so mostly left our clothes in our suitcases. Pleased with how quick the check in and check out was and how friendly everyone was to us.Can’t wait to go back Our stay at Harrah’s was excellent.

Travelers tip on local attractions Great location and Carnival Court. Front desk was VERY VERY rude. 2 of the rooms didnt get cleaned our entire 3 day stay. Housekeeping left a room open. 4 of the mini bars in the 7 rooms didn’t work. We checked in at 11pm. 3 of the rooms were still dirty at check-in. Had a group of 13, 7 rooms. VERY rude staff. Not impressed Will not go back.

. you can buy discount coupons for the buffet and restaurants inside harrah’s - a definite bargain, especially the lunch buffet. but it IS vegas, so who spends that much time in their room anyway? Travelers tip on saving a few bucks next door at casino royale they have one of those ’tickets for less’ type places. also, there was almost no light in the bathroom. it was akward shaped and thus a bit hard/tight to move around in. the only thing i can say didnt exceed my expectations was the room. it is in an excellent location on the strip.Excellent casino and nightlife overall i was very happy and would stay there again.

. Travelers tip on local attractions If you are the type of person who like to see natures beauty take a few days to travel outside of Vegas and travel around to the many national parks. Other than that one negative about the room it is a nice place to stay. My husband and I woke up in the middle of the night every night when we were there because the room was hot and we had to keep waving our arm in front of the sensor to turn it back on. The a/c unit is turned on with a motion sensor so when you are sleeping it turns off and the room temp goes up and makes for some uncomfortable sleeping. My only negative about the hotel with my most recent visit was the a/c. There are many positives with this hotel like the location the atmospher and what is avalable in the hotel.Might go back I have stayed in this hotel many time and have been very satisfied in the past.

Travelers tip on nightlife See Terry Fater show. Las Vegas is very expensive. I never stayed anywhere where you didn’t get a cup of coffee. Not going back Hotel could for the price they charge could give a cup of morning coffee, you ordered room service or starbucks down the stairs.

. the food at both places were excellent. lotus of siam (thai) and rosemary’s (french). Travelers tip on dining during this visit, a friend of mine recommended two restaurants that we tried. i would probably stay here again if i attend another interbike show granted if it is held in the sands expo again. the sales people for shows were very aggressive in the hotel. i personally did not find anything of interest in the hotel itself as far as activities outside of gambling. i only stayed here because it was a convenient location to the interbike show in the sands expo.Convenient for interbike show my hotel stay at harrah’s was decent.

. Also, Denny’s is only a block away for a cheap meal and good coffee. They have discounted day trips as well as shows. Also, just north of the hotel is the half price ticket booth. My husband enjoyed that. Travelers tip on local attractions Imperial Palace, which is next to Harrah’s, has a car museum on the 5th floor for a nominal fee. We had a nice view of the volcano show every night at the Mirage. The room was clean and when I had asked to change the first room that we were given, (I wanted to face the strip), we were upgraded to the 14th floor at no charge.Great central location This was our first stay at Harrah,s, and we were mainly pleased with the location of the hotel at the center of the strip.

. But, the room was fantastic! I would definitely stay at Harrah’s again and would recommend the hotel to anyone. The price was so reasonable that I wasn’t sure what to expect.Excited About the Trip I was really excited about my trip to Las Vegas and was a little nervous about staying at Harrah’s.

. However, the bed sheets, the pillows, and the bed were VERY uncomfortable.Expect an uncomfortable bed The hotel room was very spacious and clean.

. I would recommend this hotel to others. It was showing its age, but was clean and comfortable. The room was not renovated and what I would consider an average hotel room. I stayed in the Carnaval Tower. The location of the hotel was good and the price of the room was good.Good value This trip was my first to Vegas.

. It was conveniently located right in the middle of everything and we had a beautiful view of the Mirage Volcano. You get what you pay for I guess but I would recommend this hotel. No complaints with our room except there was no refridgerator only the one full of things to buy. Unfortunately Harrahs was not one of the jaw dropping casino/hotels on the strip but the price was also not jaw dropping.OK for the price Las Vegas is a city full of amazing sights.

...Great place to stay Love it our room was great view of the strip.

=.A+.great hotel staff.A very accesable to strip atraccions with walking distance to major hotel.great service.highly recomended when traveling w/teens!!!! Travelers tip on local attractions grate location safe when traveling w/teens,very close to strip main attractions within walking distance. great location middle of the strip, very good staf, easy access to main events very friendly staf.management, custumer service A+++++.special for teens access to strip safe.I recomend harrah’s.

. Will stay at Mirage or MGM next time. 2 of the elevators in the Carnival tower were not working so long waits. Problems with waiters/servers at bars. Sink was plugged, room safe inoperable. Room was not what we booked. Not impressed at all Return trip to Harrah’s Vegas.

Harrah’s 2009 Rooms were clean & comfortable Travelers tip on recreational activities Slot Machines were tight!.

.Love the location Location is great - staff and total hotel experience was excellent.

. It’s a bit cheesy on the outside, but the inside is clean and nice. I appreciated the Starbucks at the base of the guest room elevators (there was no coffee maker in the room). There are convenient restaurants and snack areas.Great location I didn’t see much of Harrah’s my first night there (late arrival, early start), but I went back and realized it’s in a great location.

. WOULD GO BACK TO HARRAH’S. EMPLOYEES WERE ALWAYS HELPFUL WHEN YOU SEEMED TO NEED HELP.GREAT HOTEL HARRAH’S WAS GREAT.

. I found myself lost many times for their directions and being ignored while waiting in line while finishing their conversation with co worker.Disappointed Employee’s not knowledgeable about the hotel and I found that the customer service for most employee’s needs traning.

. The area of Starbucks could and should be made larger and have more seating available.. Would consider return visit. The room was extremely confortable and clean.
