.Pleasant stay
Courteous and professional staff; comfortable beds; too many decorative pillows (with nowhere to put them); plenty of counter space to spread out in the bathroom.
. off the ground and we couldnt see out unless we stood on a chair. The windows were 6 ft. The only drawback was the lack of view on the second floor level in back. I liked the open atrium lobby and all the services provided inside the hotel.Nice Hotel
This hotel was very nice and the front desk service was very attentative.
. Not worth the nice lobby. They are roughly the same price (a little cheaper), but you get free internet and breakfast. Hiltons are nice, but do yourself a favor and stay at the marriott or days inn. This is Fort Collins, CO, not Downtown Denver. The have a $14 dollar breakfast buffett and they want $4 for a bottle of water in your room. We stayed 3 days and had to spend $10 per day per person for internet. Not only is is it $10 a day, but that just covers 1 computer. I stunned to find out that even though they claim to have wifi internet that you have to pay for it. The staff was very friendly, but I have never been nickled and dimed like that in my entire life. Not the end of the world though. The lobby was wonderful, but our room was right next to the air conditioner and they wouldnt move us.Nickle and Dime to death
We have never stayed at this Hilton before.
just make sure you ask in advance for a non-smoking room if you arent a smoker
Travelers tip on recreational activities
Rocky Mountain National Park and the citites of Cheyenne and Denver less than an hour away...Great location
Clean, comfortable room in a great location near the university.
. We will be making more trips to Fort Collins and this is where we will be staying. The pool is very large and big, fluffy towels are provided for guests poolside. There was a paper every morning and the hotel buffet was very convenient. The room was large and very comfortable and the mountain side view was also nice. Checking in and out was extremley quick and easy. Will stay there again
Both the curb side appeal and interior of the lobby was beautiful.
Excellent
Excellent.
.Best hotel yet
My family and I will go to the Hilton again when we take another trip that way.

Travelers tip
The train goes by about a block East of the hotel at night - not the end of the world, but if youre a light sleeper, it might be difficult. the pool area is a little small and room service slightly messed up some of our orders, but I really liked it and would stay there again in a heart beat.Nice place
Great Hotel, nicely updated and in good condition.
.Will stay there again when we return
Nice hotel, would recommend it to others.
. The only thing that would have made it better was if the bed was firmer, the mattress was rather soft. My stay was quite enjoyable. Clean, well kept with helpful friendly staff.Well done in Fort Collins
Hilton has a very nice Hotel in Fort Collins Colorado.
. I would not return and will definitely not recommend this hotel. The hotel staff were not friendly or helpful in any situation that was presented. The hotel was in bad repair and the service was awful.Worst Hilton Weve Ever Stayed At
We have stayed at Hiltons across the world and this is by far the worst.
the staff extremely helpful and friendly..I was impressed
everything was wonderful.
. Lots of craft shops and stores for gifts. Austins was good for BBQ ribs and chicken. The Egg & I, plus the Silver Grill, for breakfast.
Travelers tip on local attractions
Some good, economical restaurants along College Road. Holiday Inn used to own this hotel, and I think it ran it better.Very convenient for CSU, and the main road of College Road
Bad things were cleanliness of the room; very noisy room - the train on the nearby railway line hooted and whistled extremely loudly and incessantly when it was about to pass nearby to the hotel; hotel staff not all that friendly - one of the night staff, and one of the ladies at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, but the others seemed to regard the clients as numbers.
.)The service at the front desk, bar, and restaurant were excellent. (The only downside was the printer wasnt working to print out boarding passes. The 24 business center was spacious and allowed both my daughter and I to spread our things out and do homework. Its very close to campus which was great.Definitely Recommend
We were visiting CSU as a prospective college for our daughter.

Close to Colorado State University. The bathrooms were very clean and was the rest of the room.s.v. It was very spacious and had two plasma t.Spacious, well appointed rooms
The room was a deluxe mountain view.
So close to CSU and accommodations were perfect !!
Travelers tip on dining
The grilled tuna salad is out of this world !. Collins
Great location.Best hotel in Ft.
.Great Hotel
Clean, organized, & friendly service.
. If I ever have to stay in Fort Collins again, I will stay there. not even 5 minutes later there was a knock on our door. the thermostat wouldnt go below 68 degrees so we called the front desk to ask for help.Nice people, nice place
we stayed for one night - we were happy with the friendly service and the clean room.
. Easy access to the rest of the city. Easy to find.Enjoyed the city of Fort Collins
Found the hotel centrally located.
.Very nice and quit
Definatly meets the standard of a Hilton.
. The rooms are not very sound-proof, but the lobby is open all the way up to the top, so you can still hear the people below from the echo. Could get dust(?) off it when I went over it with my hand. I also noticed the dressing table by the bathroom hadnt been cleaned off very well. The room was nice, but the window was not sealed very well, and the wind blew through it all night so it whistled.Hotel Alright
My husband and I thought it would be nice to spend a little extra for the quality of a nice hotel room.
. Clean, good service.Very nice, but dissapointed no mini fridge & double instead of queen beds
Very beautiful.
. The staff were friendly, also. Proximity to CSU is GREAT! though, just across the street. This seemed out of place at a hotel. b)The carpet was worn c)We did not receive our requested wake-up call d)On arrival, we noticed a religions-themed card on the bed. granola missing from the yogurt parfait.e. We did order this, but did not receive the stated menu item, i. There were no food vending machines, only room service which, of course, is expensive. Our issues included: a) We arrived late in evening. Not impressed
My husband and I agree it was not worth the price.
Highly recomend this hotel.Christmas Stay
We stayed here on Christmas eve, and It was probably one of the nicest and friendliest staffs I have probably ever seen at a hotel.
. Over all, its a fine place to stay, if you get a deal on the rate. The service was competent but some what indifferent, like they all were too tired.Collage Hotel
Being that is across the street from the CSU campus, the hotel is a little rough around the edges.
