. They gave us a shuttle to the airport and let us have a late check out which was fabulous and accomadating. They offered us a ride to local restaurant. They let us check in early after our cruise with no problems.Nice hotel Very curtious staff.

. If we hadn’t double-checked early the next morning, we would have been late for getting our flight to Seattle. Also, the information we were given at check-in for the departure times of the airport shuttle were incorrect. Yet we were offered neither assistance nor even a cart for getting these bags onto the elevator and into our room. We had arrived from several months in South America and had large, heavy bags.Great facilities, but mediocre reception service Everything at this hotel was entirely satisfactory except the Reception service.

. The only thing I have bad to say is that the beds are very unconfortable they’re supposed to be some kind of memory foam but they’re very hard. The hotel is very close to a landing lane but surprisingly you can’t hear the airplanes. The staff were also very pleasant and helpfull (very difficult to find in Miami).Quite and Clean!! My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two days and were pleasently surprised to find how clean it was (it’s also brand new).

. The larger Hiltons should take notes from this place. Our room was clean and maid service very dependable and kind. The pool is small but very nice. Location was ok. The front desk was the best as was the entire staff.Newer, clean and great staff.

. Getting to and from the airport/rental car areas was very convenient and easy. We ate there almost every night as there is not too much choice in the area that we could see. Restaurant in lobby is very casual and the food was good. Extremely clean and almost like new rooms. Minutes from North or South Miami, Coral Gables and all interesting sites in area. Very easy to go in any direction from the hotel.Very conveniently located.

. The staff are extremely friendly and very competent! I would definately stay there again, but rarely get to Miami. But we had to laugh when we were outside at the pool--those planes fly pretty darn low. The hotel itself is very sound proof, so sleeping wasn’t a problem. Also, the hotel is directly under one of the final landing approaches to MIA airport. So if you go, check to make sure they have the liquor license. The friendly van driver took us to a nearby restaurant for dinner and cocktails. Even though they had a restaurant, it was barely up and running. The hotel is beautiful and those comfy Hilton beds and bedding are awesome! When we were there late Nov 2008, the hotel was so new that they didn’t have their liquor license yet.Beautiful Brand New Hotel We stayed overnight after a cruise.
