They offered to cook omelettes, eggs, french toast, whatever you wanted for the price.00 per person and was actually good, including the service. The breakfast was a flat $8. No free breakfast. Someone must have previously reported it. I really wonder how the hotel could not have known about the broken A/C in the first room? The thermostat was not working. The new room, otherwise was ok. It might have been a non-smoking room, but apparently guests go into the hallways to smoke. The new room was cool so we stayed, despite a light odor of cigarettes, which I noticed in the hallway before entering. I was asked to come down to the desk and pick up keys for a room down the hall, which I did." At that point I demanded another room. When no one came after 15 min, I was told that "the houseman has gone home, but I’ll come up and see what I can do." After 20 minutes, I called again and was told that they would send someone up to check the A/C. I was told that the rooms have a sensor that senses when a new guest enters and "after 15 minutes your A/C should come on. The room was very hot (probably 85 degrees) and I called the desk. We arrived at 1100 pm for a late check-in and were given a room.Got off to a bad start, but improved somewhat.

. Maybe the air conditioning was drowning that out though. It was quiet, we never heard other doors slamming.Good value for the money I am a clean freak and I felt comfortable with the cleanliness of our room, the bed was very comfortable too.

....close to alot of services....that were delicious!!!! Travelers tip great location.. otherwise the coffe/tea was great and they had huge bagels and breaksfast burritoes. the room’s bathroom lock was broken and had to be fixed after we arrived.because the air conditioning did not work...but otherwise recommend the hotel is located close to shopping/wal-mart and mall shopping i was unable to upgrade to jr suite...Quality control an issue.

. We wished we could have stayed longer! Our only complaint is the tub did not drain efficiently while your taking a shower, we didn’t complain to staff though.Loved it!! It was a lovely hotel, the bed and pillows are the most comfortable I’ve slept in.
