A little farther from downtown San Francisco than we would have preferred, but the hotel even provided a free shuttle to the public transportation (BART). The hotel was clean and comfortable.I’d go back! The front desk staff was fantastic! They were extrememly helpful and always willing to answer our questions.

I have already booked this hotel for my next trip!. Its very close to the airport but we were never bothered by the sound of airplanes or other noises while we slept.Great hotel and value Check in was quick and easy! The hotel room was very nice and well kept.

. We enjoyed baseball at the ATT Park. All tours were sold out. Travelers tip on local attractions Plan ahead before you book if you want to visit Alcatraz. We would stay again but insist on a nonsmoking room or ask for a refund and stay on a smoke free property. YUK!!!!! It was nice to have a breakfast bar since there was no resturant. The hallway on the floor of our room reeked of smoke. Good thing we spent very little time in the room. We had to stay in a smoking room our entire stay.Typical Holiday Inn We asked for a nonsmoking room and were told that they would see what they could do.

. There’s also a McDonalds right next door. The next day it was sausage and scrambled eggs. One morning there was bacon and omlettes. The menu changes slightly so you don’t have the same thing each morning. Travelers tip on saving a few bucks You could save a lot of money by eating breakfast each day at the hotel. I would stay here again for sure. They also have a nice business center which you can use for internet access and even printing. There were some hot foods (sausage, eggs, biscuts, gravy) as well as other choices including hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and oatmeal. It wasn’t just cereal, rolls, and coffee. Breakfast is included with your stay and I must say it exceeded my expectations. My only complaint is the parking which was crowded that weekend. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff very friendly, and the room very comfortable.Great hotel for a great price I stayed here over the weekend and found it to be one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in the SFO area.

. The cinnamon rolls that were advertised so strongly were only available once and was really not that good. Breakfast was good except it was the same thing for the 4 days we were there. We just rather stay in then have it cleaned. But did not get cleaned on our last day because we got back early in the afternoon when the maid came to clean. It was ok for most days when we were out. Room was cleaned late in the afternoon. Had to call Helpdesk 3 times to log on, no problem afterwards. Wireless internet was a little troublesome at first. The room is clean and spacious.) but they did not tell us to wait etc.m. (checkin time is 2 p.m.Comfortable We arrived before 1 p.
