. We’ll see on the next go-around if anybody’s listening. Problems that diminished a stay, but certainly problems that can SO easily be remedied... Too bright, cant read by them, nothing but bright glaring nasty fluorescent light. Once inside the room, every single light fixture was equipped with those insipid compact fluorescent bulbs, from bathroom to living room to bedroom. Had to move to another room, not normally a big problem, but with desk staff like this, it took over an hour to make the arrangement.. Been in houses occupied by smokers for decades, and nothing rivaled this rooms stench. A reserved nonsmoking room was steeped in cigarette odor. Better staff can be found at Motel-6 on occasion.. In between customers, you’ll find the desk empty, and them smoking on the bench beside the entrance. The desk clerks, were unprofessional, completely ignored the line of people waiting, not so much as an "Welcome" or an "I’ll be right with you sir". Unfortunately, Hilton has not seen fit to procure and train the desk staff, nor have they established a baseline of hiring standards for this position. Breakfast is certainly among the best I’ve seen in the business. The rooms and furnishings are above average. This needs attention badly. Its location is hidden on Center Street which is an unmarked, unlit access alleyway, and there is no road sign to attract you from the main highway. It has a lot of potential.Millions spent on the building, but if the staff is sub par, its all for naught This hotel is an almost new facility and is well kept.

.I would recommend this hotel.The bed was the best bed I have ever slept in while away,the breakfast was good a choice of hot and cold food. The room was clean and comfortable.Very relaxing We enjoyed our stay ,the staff were very nice and polite.

Convenient dining around the corner from hotel.Will definitely come back! The continental breakfast was amazing! The people were extremely nice and friendly! The room was absolutely wonderful! Will definitely be back! Travelers tip on local attractions Mall TN Aquarium and all other typical attaractions in Chattanooga.

. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider Homewood Suites the next time we travel. The continental breakfast was actually good.Very nice hotel! We were very pleased with the size and layout of the room.
