comfortable, loved the roomsI was upset that there was no room service, and the breakfast room wasnt very cozy...but aside from those two small complaints, I loved it. The rooms were awesome! They had great TVs, and the bed was VERY comfortable. I was also very impressed with the kitchenette. There was a refrigerator and a microwave, and even a dishwasher! They also had a really nice pool area. Comment from the hotels management Posted: 22-Oct-09 Dear Valued Guest, Im sorry you were upset with the no room service and found the breakfast room not to be very cozy. I am glad that you enjoyed your room and the other parts of the hotel. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Thank you for your comments, Tami Barocio, General ManagerRating:5

Pleasant Stay at Hotel Sierra BellevueI enjoyed a pleasant 3 day stay at the Hotel Sierra Bellevue which was uneventful - just as I like it. No fuss, no problems. Everything was as it should be. I particularly liked the big screen TV on a swivel stand so it could be viewed from anywhere in the room. And the complimentary breakfasts with omelettes made to order were very good. The only negative - a minor one - is that the hotel is a bit hard to find from the freeway. If youre going, be sure to get directions first. Otherwise, a very nice place indeed. Comment from the hotels management Posted: 13-Oct-09 Dear Valued Guest, Im pleased to hear you had a pleasant stay at Hotel Sierra Bellevue! Its always great to hear everything was "as it should be". We truly value the opinion of our guests and thank you for sharing your comments. We hope to see you again soon! In hospitality, Tami Barocio, General ManagerRating:5
Great place Great staff Great breakfast! We discovered this hotel thru Expedia. We were looking for a reasonably priced/clean place to stay in Seattle for a Seahawk game. (not an easy thing to do). We were pleasantly surprised. The weekend price included a hot buffet breakfast with a great room and a nice comfortable bed, and the Park and Ride was right across the street. The only negative is the "restaurant/lounge" is only open a short time and there is nothing close by to go do. We will continue to stay here until they wise up and raise the price :) Comment from the hotels management Posted: 13-Oct-09 Dear Valued Guest, We are delighted to hear Hotel Sierra was above your expectations. Its always nice to discover something new, and we thank you for choosing to stay with us! We look forward to seeing you again soon for the next Seahawk game! Yours in hospitality, Tami Barocio, General ManagerRating:5
Great hotelThis is the only hotel we stay in when we go to Seattle to watch the Sounders. Its right off the freeway. Always clean, quite, and friendly staff. The free breakfast is the greatest Comment from the hotels management Posted: 7-Oct-09 Dear Valued Guest, Im happy to hear this is the only hotel you stay in. We are so happy that you love staying at Hotel Sierra! We hope to see you again soon! In hospitality, Tami Barocio, General ManagerRating:5
Good hotel to stayThis is the second time for me to stay at this hotel. Last time was in standard room and this time is in Studio suite. I enjoyed both stays but I really love the suite. This hotel is really clean and located at good location. I sleep late so I couldnt check the breakfast. I hope that they serve the food a bit longer on weekend (although breakfast ends at 10:00 is most common for all hotes). I really like this hote and probably will be back sometimes. One request for standard room is refrigerator. It is nice to have. Comment from the hotels management Posted: 7-Oct-09 Dear Valued Guest, Ive read your review and are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay at Hotel Sierra. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Even better than expectedStayed at Hotel Sierra for my birthday after a seeing a show in Seattle. Checked in at almost midnight yet they had no problem giving us a 2pm checkout. We enjoyed the king suite with full-size appliances and granite countertops, hot breakfast with made-to-order omlettes, plus pool and jacuzzi. While the pool was a little on the small side, there was a grill for use outside the pool area. We will definitely go back when were in the Seattle area. Convenient to the freeway (although a little noise if in a room facing it) and far less expensive than any Seattle hotel. Small touches like blackout curtains, robes, kitchen utensils, and many modern amenities knocked our socks off. You wont be disappointed. Comment from the hotels management Posted: 7-Oct-09 Dear Valued Guest, Im thrilled your stay at Hotel Sierra was beyond what you expected! It is great to hear your compliments and welcome you back during your next stay! In hospitality, Tami Barocio, General ManagerRating:4
Affordable weekend alternative to downtown hotelsThis was a very affordable weekend alternative to staying in expensive downtown hotels. Rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. People should realize it is near a busy highway, but the white noise heater/ac was fine in covering road noise. Generous breakfast is included; room it is served in can get pretty crowded on busy morning. Not a bad drive to get into downtown or other city locations. Comment from the hotels management Posted: 7-Oct-09 Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for staying at Hotel Sierra during your stay in Bellevue. We are happy to hear you enjoyed our hotel, the location, and amenities. We hope to see you again soon in the near future! In hospitality, Tami Barocio, General ManagerRating:5
Long stay...My girlfriend and I stayed for 9 days at this hotel. It was a long period, but the stay was very comfortable. Everything seemed to be sufficient and complete... EXCEPT for a refrigerator! We really wanted one to store some fruits, salads and drinks, but apparently they didnt give us one, so that was kinda disappointing. The pool was clean and whirlpool was awesome. When we went to the pool, no one was there, so it was quite romantic. We also had some leftovers from dinners so we asked the front desk to use their microwave, and they were really nice about it. Comment from the hotels management Posted: 24-Sep-09 Dear Valued Guest, Its oftentimes hard to find that comfortable place for extended periods of time and we are thrilled to know your nine day stay was comfortable! We thank you for posting your comments and hope to see you again soon next time you travel to the area! Sincerely, Tami Barocio, General ManagerRating:5
Great new-tech HotelWe loved staying here. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Plasma TV and Ipod dock w/radio/alarm and white noise. Wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. They even remembered how I liked my omelet the next day!
Travelers tipIt was close to the freeway, and since we had friends in Renton, Bellevue and Seattle it was quick to get around. Comment from the hotels management Posted: 24-Sep-09 Dear Valued Guest, We are glad you found our hotel and the service to be great! We do hope you decide to stay at Hotel Sierra again in the future! A Great Place To StayWe were quite impressed with this hotel. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, great breakfast, nice laundry facilities. Will absolutely stay here again. The Park And Ride bus station is across the street from the hotels back door, and it worked out great to take the express bus into downtown Seattle. Comment from the hotels management Posted: 24-Sep-09 Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for naming Hotel Sierra "a great place to stay!" We truly appreciate all of your comments and hope to see you back with us again. In hospitality, Tami Barocio, General ManagerRating:5
Nice Rooms and Great Staff!Great full breakfast and the rooms are very clean. The front desk attendant was very helpful and upgraded our room to one with a kitchen since we were travelling with small children. We didnt use the pool but it had a great indoor pool. Outside the lounge area is a nice outdoor seating area with a fire pit.
Travelers tip on shoppingBellevue Square is about a ten minute easy drive and the Nordstrom Rack / good dining on the opposite side of the Interstate. Comment from the hotels management Posted: 9-Sep-09 Dear Valued Guest, We are glad that Hotel Sierra was able to make your stay in the area helpful. Thank you for all of your comments. We hope to see you back soon. Yours in hospitality, Tami Barocio, General ManagerRating:2
Size of a closetI had stayed at this same hotel a month ago and everything was perfect ample space. My party then had 5 separate rooms and everyone seemed please with their lodging. I decided to book again since I needed to stay in the same area. However the hotel put me in a closet sized room. Nothing like I or my family had before. Disapointing. Comment from the hotels management Posted: 7-Oct-09 Dear Valued Guest, Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on your stay. It sounds like you were in suites for your first experience with us and in a standard guest room the second time around. I am more than happy to upgrade you for your next visit to Hotel Sierra Bellevue. I love the suite style too! Yours in hospitality, Tami Barocio, General ManagerRating:5
Clean and Great BreakfastEasy access off of hwy. Clean large rooms. Get a room above 5th floor on the west side and you can see the Seattle skyline on a clear day.Rating:5
An excellent hotel with friendly staffFor the price, this was way beyond what I expected. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff eager to help and knowledgeable about the area, and an excellent free breakfast buffet. I only wish Id had a chance to try the pool.Rating:5
EASTSIDES BESTTHIS IS THE SPOT IF YOU WANT TO RELAX AND HAVE A ROMANTIC WEEKEND. LOVE THE RESTAURANT/BAR ESPECIALLY THE BUTTER GARLIC WINGS!Rating:5
Excellent place to stay in BellevueThis is a newer hotel and it is a rathar quiet location. Not in town bot easy to get to the major highways and other shopping. The rooms were great! We got a 2 room suite with a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. The kids had fun watching TV in their room and we could have some privacy in the master bedroom. The indoor pool was very nice as well as the hot tub. The breakfast every morning was great! I had omelets made for me every morning! And the coffee was very good! I will definitely stay here again! These are much better accomodations that downtown Seattle, for the price. Very easy to get on I-90 to get into Seattle. Not far from reasonable places to eat.Rating:5
Tremendous ValueI would highly recommend the Hotel Sierra in Bellvue. The hotel beds were fantastic, there was plenty of free parking and the full breakfast including made to order omlettes make this hotel a great choice. I would definitely stay here again!Rating:3
Accomadation ProblemHotel was nice but we did not get the room that we prepaid for. When I brought this up at the front desk they didnt really care and did nothing to remedy the situation. When we returned home, I emailed the Hotel Sierra corporate offices through their web site and they never responded back. They have a nice web site but it appears that nobody really wants to acknowledge what happens at their properties.
Travelers tip on diningGood Breakfast available at the hotel. Afternoon session was really crowded with no place to sit and enjoy your beverage.Rating:5
Best Hotel in BellevueEverything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. It is centrally located to the interstate system, shopping, dining, public transportation, and downtown Seattle. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay at this hotel the next time we are in the Seattle area.
