Great stay the room was better than i expected, the couch was comfortable the bed was even more comfortable, swivel flat screen so i culd watch tv from the bed or couch indoor pool was great and the hotel was coviently close to woodfield mall and the staff was great and very helpful Travelers tip on shopping very close to the mall you could actually walk.

I would stay again for a long shopping weekend without a second thought!. Breakfast was good with the basics, and great coffee! Snacks available late at night were helpful since we arrived back at the hotel late. The location to food and shopping couldn’t be any better. I really enjoyed the modern decor, expecially the spacious rooms.Can’t wait to go back! We only stayed for one night but had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

. Next time I will grab snacks to bring. But, everything else was worth it and the price was good. There are no vending machines. The only thing I didn’t like was the price and selection of the food down stairs. There were even preschool kids shows to rent on the giant TV. The pool was actually warm, which was great because my kids love to swim. The staff was very friendly.Will stay here again The hotel was very clean, the beds were excellent and the towels were soft and thick.

. I will say you wont be disappointed but you wont be impressed either. One great feature was the 24hr deli/bar. One sure drawback was that it has no Laundry room (needed when taking a family trip). I also believe it was a bit over priced. The only thing was that I set out for a family trip and this hotel had a very business like atmosphere, it just did not give us a comfy family feel.Clean Hotel I dont want to take anything away from this hotel, it was pretty and clean.

Other than that we had a great time!. The door to the stairwell slammed closed at all hours and our TV would turn itself on in the middle of the night. We could hear every room on the floor close their door. Also I believe we had the loudest room in the hotel. The tile floor needs replaced and the door looked like it was original and someone had tried to claw thier way out at some point. . Hopefully they will add more to the center. It only took about 2 1/2 hours. It was fun and all enjoyed it, but I felt it was too expensive for how long we spent there. The pool was also nice, but the hot tub was not hot enough. The room was very nice including a large flat screen tv that the whole family loved. I repect this more than a slow delivery service. She apologized when I got to the desk, but was clearly busy at that time. I appreciated this rather waiting. I requested an extra blanket at a busy time at the front desk and the hotel host promptly asked if I could come to get it. The hotel is visually impressive, easy to find, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.It felt like we were in a higher-priced hotel.

. It is the biggest mall I have ever been in and there is about anystore you could every possibly want. Staff very accommodating--they offered a shuttle ride to grocery store when we realized we left bathroom need at home. Child enjoyed swimming in the pool; it was a little cold but she told me the water was warmer on the second day she went swimming. Bathroom a little small but doable. Comfortable beds, large flat screen TV. Room very nice. Upon arrival, was checked in immediately, given a tour of the lobby area.
