It will definitely be our first choice when we return!. The price was amazing when we stayed, of course it may vary. My husband loved it the minute he saw the 42 inch HD flat screen TV! The room was stylish and comfortable, great linens, down pillows, nice carpet and clean too. We tried the Hyatt Place in Dallas after being referred by a friend.We found a new Favorite Hotel to stay at.

. I will stay here again as well as others in the hotel chain. They even granted us a little extra sleep time when they extended our checkout time. Our arrival at the hotel was early in the morning of our suppose to be check out date and the hotel staff was great to get us checked in and off to bed. The day of the trip there was a delay in our leaving and we were unable to checkin before our event.Very recommeneded We booked this the day before our arrival and the price was great.

. Travelers tip on dining Del Frisco’s right in front of the hotel was nice and the steaks were good but not worth what they charge. I’m sure maybe a different floor may be better just no where near the pool or kitchen area. All I heard all night and early morning were slamming doors. We stayed on the 1st floor near the pool and I guess it was near the kitchen as well.Nice room but no peace The hotel was beautiful and my hubby loved the 42-in flat screen in the room (go figure) but I did not have a peaceful night.

. It was repaired by my second night. One of the other guests mentioned it had been out for several days. The only reason I did not rate it 5 across the board was due to one of the two elevators being out of order for most of the time I was there.Nearly Perfect I enjoyed this hotel.

. Healthy breakfast options and workout facility all part of price. Comfortable room. Very easy and helpful. Staff shuttled me to nearby meeting place so I didn’t need to wait for a taxi. Selected for proximity to my meeting on a quick in and out trip.Excellent value First time in a hyatt place.

I would most certainly recommend this hotel to everyone.they were delivered within minutes.... When asking for extra towels. . The restaurant in front of the hotel was amazing but definitely pricey and more of an adult restaurant. Travelers tip on dining I took clients out to eat and Texas is all about steak and let me tell you, it didn’t matter where we ate, steaks were fab. Just an fyi, it was my first time to Texas, lots of tolls so make sure to bring lots of change and dollar bills with you. Employees were very eager to help with anything. The breakfast was just right with fresh fruit, bagels coffee and juice. I loved the large flat screen that could be turned towards the bed or the living room. The room was very clean and the room layout was very nice.ENJOYED THE HYATT PLACE DALLAS The employees were super friendly and helpful.

. Thank you. I’ve found my hotel. They turned what could have been a frustrating situation into an opportunity for outstanding customer service. I paid online and forgot to bring my card and they still went over and above to help me. I’ve stayed several places in the area and this is by far the best by cost and comfort.Way above expectations I like to go to Dallas several times a year to shop and Addison is very central with great restaurant choices.

Heating and air the hotel was great everything except for the heating and air because of a wall dividin the rooms it would be cold on one side but hot on the other other than that it was good.

. The only bad thing I have to say about this hotel was that the air conditioner had a weird smell, and the rooms were a little too warm without it for comfort, despite it being cold outside. The rooms were great from the stylish living area to the comfy bed and humangous flatscreen tv. The staff we did talk to were friendly; the lobby definitely had a good feel to it.Trendy and comfortable The automated check-in was a great service compared with waiting in long lines at another hotel.

. Travelers tip on shopping We were only a few blocks away from one of the best malls we’ve ever seen. The staff was very helpful providing essentials when they found out Continental airlines lost our luggage. We would not hesitate to stay here again.Awesome stay!!!! . Hyatt’s Grand bed is wonderful, too. The room was in perfect shape, with the large-screen HDTV on wall-mounted swivel and viewable from every angle. The staff was friendly and courteous and the hotel amenities were terrific.Outstanding Value I’m a high-mileage traveler and this was one of the most pleasant hotel surprises I can remember.

New AV port design on TV allows you to connect DVD player or notebook computer to it (but no wide-aspect VGA resolutions). $40-45 incl/tip taxi to DFW. Travelers tip for business travelers This is in a "dry" county so no packaged alcohol sales within walking distance -you can get bottled beer at the snack counter until 11pm or anything at nearby restaurants. Cut it fresh at least every other day.No amount of Fruit Fresh can make this work... Please, hotel industry . The same batch of honeydew and cantelope is cycled in and out of the cooler all week. Only problem I had is one I have encountered at a zillion other hotel breakfast bars: the dreaded practice of melon-cyling. I stayed at another the next week in San Antonio and the design was exactly the same. 42" LG plasma TV is nice. Smallish shower. Mini fridge but no microwave. Remodeled, clean, modern semi-suite room design. This is Hyatt’s new venture into this market with a new concept of the lobby experience: Automated check in, snacks and sandwiches right in the lobby ("gallery") 24/7. Expect something similar to the other major brands’ business-oriented economy hotels.Solid Business-Economy Hotel Perfectly comfortable but don’t expect the luxe atmosphere of the flagship brands.
