Great LocationGood area to stay if the Inner Harbour is your place to be.
Travelers tip for business travelersGood place to leave your wife while working.Rating:5
Best Bed Ever! Our room was very spacious and the bed was amazing. I have a bad back and I did not have a sore back after waking up in this bed. The bathroom was spotless and I loved all the updates.
Travelers tip on nightlifeFor my friends birthday we went to PowerPlant and had a great time. It was a 5-10 minute walk from the Hotel and we had plenty of bars and lounges to choose from.Rating:4
Hyatt Regency BaltimoreGood conditionRating:5
Great place on the harbor! The hotel is convenient to everything in the harbor area. We parked our car on Fri, and didnt move it until we left ! The lobby was being renovated so that was a bit disappointing but the staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds in the Hyatt are the most comfortable anywhere. The harbor view is beautiful. We plan on returning!
Travelers tip on local attractionsPre-book your aquarium tickets on line. It will save a lot of waiting!Rating:1
Construction NoiseThis would have been a very nice hotel if not for the construction that was going on right outside my window. At 8 a.m. on the dot, the power saws and hammers started -- so there was no sleeping in for me on my vacation. If I had known this place was under construction, I would have stayed elsewhere. I think Expedia and the hotel should have alerted me.Rating:5
HyattVery nice hotel and hotel staff.
Travelers tipHotel is great...parking and room service are expensive however. $27 a night for parking and $16 for a room service hamburger! Uno and Papa Johns both deliver to the hotel pretty fast!Rating:5
Wonderful tripWe have stayed in every hotel in the inner harbor. This is one my top two. Everyone was very friendly at the Hyatt especially Myron the bell hop. It was also very quiet. We went for the fourth of July weekend. Everything was great. We were able to see the fireworks from our room - it was beautiful. The only thing that could be improved was the outdoor pool was freezing cold. We will definitely stay at the Hyatt again.
Travelers tip on diningDont miss breakfast at Ms. Shirleys on Pratt Street. Also, less traveled but interesting: the railroad museum and the flag museum.Rating:5
Great luxury hotel!Hotel is great, this is the first time out of four other times that the top blanket was dirty on the under side and the bedspread was spotted too. Also had a problem with a big amount charged to my credit card that I did not authorize....still not resolved. Thought the valet parking was way to high and my car was clean when I got there and very dirty after 3 days in the garage...?????
Travelers tip on diningBe prepared for high prices, and to pay separately for things that may be included in your meal at home resturants.Rating:5
Great Locationperfect location right on the inner harbor, skybridge was perfect and could be accessible from the garage, had a great stay!Rating:5
had a wonderful time, will go back. People friendly and helpful.see reviewRating:5
Definately want to go backThe room was outstanding. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Location is right next to the Harbour. We definately can not wait to go back.Rating:5
Great Hotel in Heart of BaltimoreWe were in town to see the Detroit Tigers play the Orioles. The hotel was right down the street from Camden Yards and walking distance to several other attractions. The rate was great for the quality of the hotel and we got upgraded without even asking for one. Will stay here again if ever in Baltimore.
Travelers tip on local attractionsBe sure to visit the American Visionary Art Museum and take Water Taxi to Fells Point.Rating:5
Nice hotel - Good Value for the moneyConvenient location near Inner Harbor. Walked to everything (restaurants, Duck Tours, Camden Yard, Babe Ruth Museum, etc).
Travelers tip on local attractionsTake the tour of Orioles Park at Camden Yards. A must for baseball fans.Rating:4
maid servicethe housekeeper did not refill us with soap, and toothpaste. Was there supposed to be a floor mat or towel in the bathroom when one step out of the shower?? overall, services has been good otherwise. within walking distances to inner harbor and dont have to worry about having to drive the car around finding parking.Rating:4
Inner Harbor Hotellike the inner harbor, beginning to show its ageRating:5
Great price, great location - Ill be going backMy wife and I stayed there while visiting Camden Yards - the location was conveneint, the room was comfortable - and the rate was fair. A lot of the hotels seem to jack up their prices when the Yankees are in town, the Hyatt rate was better than their competitors.Rating:4
Great Location - quite niceVery friendly staff. Great location near the inner harbor. Very clean but overall impression is only "good.
Travelers tip on local attractionsBe sure to check out the visionary art museum and the national aquarium (both within walking distance)Rating:2
not what i expectedwrong room, overwhelmed staff, unconcerned staff.Rating:3
A little thin in the wallsVery good hotel/room(view of pier)location ! The room was a corner, front type. Everytime a adjacent room used the restroom, i heard about it ! Can be rough if not on a pleasure trip ,needing quiet sleep and you are surrounded by late nighters.Rating:5
Fabulous Harbor viewI stayed in this hotel while on a business trip, I arrived very early in the morning and they were able to put me in a room right away, I forgot to put the do not disturb on the door so the housekeeper woke me, but that was my fault. The room was clean and very comfortable. The Hotel is is in a great location and I had a fabulous view of the Harbor from my window. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it highly.Rating:4
Triangle room and Steel platesEverything about this hotel was what I would expect of a Hyatt - great service, modern decor, clean rooms - and so I expected my stay to be very comfortable. And, in most respects, it was. However, my room was situated in the far back corner of the hotel and, due to the placement, was the shape of a triangle. This made me feel very unusual (You never noticed how important 4 walls are to you, have you?) and very cramped. The worst part was the outside noise. My room overlooks a main highway where steel plates have been placed. All night long, it sounded like someone was knocking on my door as each car and truck passed over the plates. My suggestion? Dont get settled in your room too quickly. Ask for a quiet room, then check it out before you commit. The staff is incredibly helpful and would certainly accommodate!

Inner Harbor HyatGreat location, and the room was extremely nice and comfortable. Went to brunch and wish I had not. It was expensive, and some of the food (sushi, oysters) was dry and clearly old. The shrimps were great however.
Travelers tip on diningDo some research on restaurants before going to the inner harbor. Everything in sight is a chain, and the food not of high quality, but high expense.Rating:5
Highly ReccomendThe room was spotless. The entire hotel was very nice. Staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered. Location is right in the middle of the Inner Harbor. Will definitely return.
Travelers tip on local attractionsIf youre traveling with small children, Port Discovery is just a few blocks away. Kids can run & climb & wear themselves out.Rating:3
Very Nice Hotel, Service undependableI booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Inner Harbor and its four-star rating on Expedia. It is very impressive upon arrival, and the front desk staff was remarkably helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, my room was not made up when I entered (this was after 5:00 p.m.) and had to have another room assignment (read: up & down escalator with luggage again). Again, front desk staff was extremely kind, upgraded the room, apologized profusely. BUT, there was no toilet paper in the room. Housekeeping was quite nasty on the phone & told us to look in the closet, as if that were the most logical thing to do. Next day housekeeping came after 4:00 p.m., third day they were there at 9:00 a.m, coming in as I was yelling at them not to. Housekeeping aside, the hotel was quite comfortable. Need another hook &/or bar in bathroom for drying towels to be serious about not washing towels every day. Jacuzzi for entire hotel is a 4 person hot tub that you might buy from Sears for home installation. Easy access to Inner Harbor by way of bridge over road.
Travelers tip on local attractionsWe loved the Baltimore Segway tour with "Segs in the City"!Rating:4
Will return againI was very pleased with this hotels accammodations and its close proximity to all the attractions in Baltimore.
