    Had a very nice time.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Fabulous location to Bellevue shopping. Only downfall is the very confusing and impossible to find a spot "free" weekend parking garage below the hotel. We ended up parking with the valet. Not free.

    Can’t wait to go back

My husband and I had a very nice and comfortable stay at the Hyatt. The room was clean, nicely decorated and very big.

Great Hotel in a great location. Free parking on weekends! Spa and workout room was very clean.

We were very happy with the Hotel.

Good central location. Amenities and service excellent.

    Average Hyatt

When it comes to customer service, there are two parts. The first part is preparing to ensure that your guests stay is pleasant and without problems. The second part is correcting problems efficiently and to the guests satisfaction when they do arise. Hyatt Regency Bellevue failed the first part. It was my wedding night and although the website has options for early check-in and honeymoon, neither seemed to effect the outcome of my stay. When I called to inquire about early check-in, the front desk rep was disinterested to the point of being irritated that I even inquired. Two calls later I was told that I should call back every half an hour. On my wedding day, this is not a feasible option. There amenities were lacking for this higher priced hotel and the major selling point for this particular Hyatt was the easy access to the nearby shopping mall and theater. The architecture and scenery was pleasing and the rooms were clean as they should be being as it was a new hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was nothing special. Overall this is an average hotel with average service. It is probably the best hotel on the Eastside of Lake Washington but for the money there are better hotels in the Seattle area.

We must visit this hotel again, very soon.

Superb service from every member of the hotel staff, very friendly and very courteous staff, the very best service in the bar and the restaurant serving superb food, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it made our holiday one to remember in Seattle.

    Travelers tip on shopping

Use the sky bridges to access the shopping malls from this hotel.

First time at this hotel, incredible

Had never stayed at this hotel before. Had no idea what to expect. The service was outstanding, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very helpful. And to top it off, the price was very reasonable. We were delighted.

    Great place to stay

This hotel was wonderful but more important that the hotel itself was the staff. The were all so warm and friendly from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. The location was great and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful! Carol, the concierge, is the best in the business!!!

    Very nice stay

Good rooms, nice location, good service

    Loved our Stay!

Excellent location with shopping, movies and restaurants within a block. Loved our stay and will stay again!

    Great place to stay

The hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful - Location was great - pedestrian friendly - The hotel was clean and comfortable.

1 of the 2 best places to stay in Bellevue

The Bellevue Hyatt has everything you could ask for when staying in the Seattle/Bellevue area. Shopping, great hotel, great restaurants, easy access to all other areas of Seattle. We love it and it’s always our first choice to stay when traveling to the area.

    Hyatt Bellevue

The hotel is centrally located in Bellevue’s business district, the hotel service is top-notch, there are many restaurants both within the hotel as well as within easy walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable - nice flat screen TV. The health club was excellent - well set up with lots of equipment. I would highly recommend the hotel to visitors coming to the Bellevue area.

    Travelers tip on local attractions

The Hyatt Bellevue is in the middle of a district with much shopping - both upscale and regularly priced stores, many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.

    5* luxury hotel near Seattle

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and everything was perfect. The service at the reception desk was exceptional. The hotel has two towers and the view is great. As with most modern hotels in the US, you cannot open a window in your room. @Expedia: "Window opens" should be a property you can select when searching for a suitable hotel.

    Great location

Great hotel to stay at right across the street from bellevue square. Good access to interstate. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and in the hotel lobby there is an espresso bar if you want a great hotel stay here.

will stay there whenever we go back to seattle area

no complaints, awsome hotel and close to mall and bowling for kids

More like a 2* and only 1* for service

I’ve stayed in a great many 4* hotels. Folks, this is a VERY BIG overbuilt empty hotel. That explains the promotional rate. It has three towers that do not connect except at the lobby. Don’t take the wrong elevator! The directions the front desk will give you when you check in (if they dane to recognize that you’re standing there waiting) will be incorrect. They will have a bubbly but thought-vacant attitude as they give you those directions. When you try to remark about the direction-finding problems and check-in attitude at check out, they will send you to some one who has the title of "front desk manager" but the attitude himself of being a "customer placation director". That means he stares blankly at you and then ignores what you said. Sorry Hyatt, this one does not live up to your standards. I’ve gotten better front desk service from a Red Roof Inn. The beds, of course, are wonderful. How could they not be? They just buy them. The rooms smallish for 4 stars. So, it’s up to you. If how your treated doesn’t matter, stay here if you get the promotional rate. Otherwise, skip this one.

    Bellevue Hyatt - recommended

We had a great stay. Hotel was in the middle of construction in their grand lobby, but otherwise, great hotel stay and location!

    Travelers tip on shopping

Across the street from Bellevue Square and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

    Wonderful experience!

My daughter and I do a vacation together every spring. This was our first experience at staying with Hyatt. We were so impressed with the hotel. Most of all, though, we were treated so nicely by the staff - everyone from the doorman to the conciere to the desk clerks. They truly made us feel special. Can’t wait to go back.

    Travelers tip on dining

Daniel’s Broiler is the best steakhouse restaurant I have ever eaten at - better than Ruth Chris and Mortens! Don’t miss it.

will recommand others to visit this hotel

    Good view, great service.

    wonderful hotel

    great service and amenities

Very enjoyable and will definitely consider in future trips to the area

Will definitely consider in future trips to the area. Easy to find, close shopping and dining

    Bellevue’s Best

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel. We will return often and really like the location and staff.

Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay

There are several first class restaurants, shopping Mall, and theater within two blocks of the hotel.

Central location for conducting business on the Eastside of Seattle

Recently remodeled hotel in an excellent location right across the street from Bellevue Square. Many fine restaurants within easy walking distance.

    Travelers tip on dining

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant isn’t very good. Try elsewhere...like the Starbucks right down the street.

    Will Stay There Again

Treated very by every member of the Hyatt Staff...A very professional group...
