. Not free. We ended up parking with the valet. Only downfall is the very confusing and impossible to find a spot "free" weekend parking garage below the hotel. Fabulous location to Bellevue shopping.
Very nice hotel with very friendly staff.Had a very nice time.
. The room was clean, nicely decorated and very big.Cant wait to go back
My husband and I had a very nice and comfortable stay at the Hyatt.
.
We were very happy with the Hotel. Free parking on weekends! Spa and workout room was very clean.Great Hotel in a great location.
. Amenities and service excellent.Excellent
Good central location.
. It is probably the best hotel on the Eastside of Lake Washington but for the money there are better hotels in the Seattle area. Overall this is an average hotel with average service. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was nothing special. The architecture and scenery was pleasing and the rooms were clean as they should be being as it was a new hotel. There amenities were lacking for this higher priced hotel and the major selling point for this particular Hyatt was the easy access to the nearby shopping mall and theater. On my wedding day, this is not a feasible option. Two calls later I was told that I should call back every half an hour. When I called to inquire about early check-in, the front desk rep was disinterested to the point of being irritated that I even inquired. It was my wedding night and although the website has options for early check-in and honeymoon, neither seemed to effect the outcome of my stay. Hyatt Regency Bellevue failed the first part. The second part is correcting problems efficiently and to the guests satisfaction when they do arise. The first part is preparing to ensure that your guests stay is pleasant and without problems.Average Hyatt
When it comes to customer service, there are two parts.

Use the sky bridges to access the shopping malls from this hotel.
Superb service from every member of the hotel staff, very friendly and very courteous staff, the very best service in the bar and the restaurant serving superb food, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it made our holiday one to remember in Seattle. We must visit this hotel again, very soon.
. We were delighted. And to top it off, the price was very reasonable. The service was outstanding, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very helpful. Had no idea what to expect.First time at this hotel, incredible
Had never stayed at this hotel before.
The location was great and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful! Carol, the concierge, is the best in the business!!!. The were all so warm and friendly from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out.Great place to stay
This hotel was wonderful but more important that the hotel itself was the staff.

Travelers tip on local attractions
The Hyatt Bellevue is in the middle of a district with much shopping - both upscale and regularly priced stores, many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. I would highly recommend the hotel to visitors coming to the Bellevue area. The health club was excellent - well set up with lots of equipment. The room was very clean and comfortable - nice flat screen TV.Hyatt Bellevue
The hotel is centrally located in Bellevues business district, the hotel service is top-notch, there are many restaurants both within the hotel as well as within easy walking distance.
. @Expedia: "Window opens" should be a property you can select when searching for a suitable hotel. As with most modern hotels in the US, you cannot open a window in your room. The hotel has two towers and the view is great. The service at the reception desk was exceptional.5* luxury hotel near Seattle
We spent 2 nights at this hotel and everything was perfect.
. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and in the hotel lobby there is an espresso bar if you want a great hotel stay here. Room was clean and comfortable. Good access to interstate.Great location
Great hotel to stay at right across the street from bellevue square.
Will stay there whenever we go back to seattle area
no complaints, awsome hotel and close to mall and bowling for kids.
. Otherwise, skip this one. If how your treated doesnt matter, stay here if you get the promotional rate. So, its up to you. The rooms smallish for 4 stars. How could they not be? They just buy them. The beds, of course, are wonderful. Ive gotten better front desk service from a Red Roof Inn. Sorry Hyatt, this one does not live up to your standards. That means he stares blankly at you and then ignores what you said. When you try to remark about the direction-finding problems and check-in attitude at check out, they will send you to some one who has the title of "front desk manager" but the attitude himself of being a "customer placation director". They will have a bubbly but thought-vacant attitude as they give you those directions. Dont take the wrong elevator! The directions the front desk will give you when you check in (if they dane to recognize that youre standing there waiting) will be incorrect. It has three towers that do not connect except at the lobby. That explains the promotional rate. Folks, this is a VERY BIG overbuilt empty hotel.More like a 2* and only 1* for service
Ive stayed in a great many 4* hotels.
. Hotel was in the middle of construction in their grand lobby, but otherwise, great hotel stay and location!

Travelers tip on dining
Daniels Broiler is the best steakhouse restaurant I have ever eaten at - better than Ruth Chris and Mortens! Dont miss it. Cant wait to go back. They truly made us feel special. Most of all, though, we were treated so nicely by the staff - everyone from the doorman to the conciere to the desk clerks. We were so impressed with the hotel. This was our first experience at staying with Hyatt.Wonderful experience!
My daughter and I do a vacation together every spring.
.Will recommand others to visit this hotel
