.I was no really impressed with this hotel the price was high but the services and room were not good Not good.

..I love chicago the cost was reasonable and it was close for shopping.

. the only improvement I would like to see is an airport shuttle, or a prix-fix cab arrangement.Great weekend value spacious well appointed rooms.

. The one things was, that someone had ordered room service, finished, and placed the the room service dishes on the floor outside their room and it sat there for nearly our intire stay at the Hyatt. There were a couple of things that were a little unpleasant only one of which were the responsibility of the hotel, rude behavior by other guest do not fall under your responsibilty. The bed was very comfortable. The Hotel was nice, and fairly quiet.Nice place to stay.

Travelers tip on local attractions none. However, it is far from central Chicago, and there is virtually nothing to do within easy range of the hotel.Nice facility, dull location This hotel is perfectly nice if you are attending a conference in Schaumberg.

. The iHome mp3 speaker/clock radio was an excellent touch. Helpful staff. Close to the Mall and other shopping and restaurants. Nice quiet, clean room.Nice place.

. Greta shopping area. Woodfield Mall is right across the street as well as many other outlet stores. Travelers tip on shopping Ikea is very close, within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable! My only problem was there was no plug in near the bed, but other then that it was a nice stay.Very nice, affordable hotel in a great location! The hotel’s location was perfect! In walking distance of Ikea and restaurants even the mall! Though for shopping you would probably want to drive.

.Highly satisfied My stay at the Hyatt was great, whenever I’m the area I will be staying at the Hyatt.

. It was nice not to have to call down to the front desk to ask for additional pillows. This hotel had 8 pillows per bed.Had enough Pillows Have you ever stayed at a hotle that only gave you two pillows for a queens size bed.

Location of the hotel and staff at the hotel can’t be beat!. I have no plans to stay any other place when visiting this area.Excellent choice We have visited Chicago twice, Oct 2008 and Nov 2008, and each time we stayed at this Hyatt.

. There was no notice that it would be under renovation.Under renovation The hotel was under renovation which was unexpected.

. The old rooms are just old.Make sure you request a newly remodled room Remodled rooms are really nice.

Reccomend you stay elsewhere. Outdoor pool was inbetween buildings and therefore without any sun. Building exterior was ancient. Whirlpool was closed. Sports bar was not open. Fitness center was dismantled. One star at best Most of the rooms were under construction, so all guests were in one area.

. Nice fitness center and lap pool. One of the elevator doors would not open for us, but we were only stuck for about a minute. The air conditioning and heating unit was a little slow in getting to the desired temperature but it eventually did get there. As far as the hotel room was concerned, it was nice. The conference room was exetremely cold though. The hotel was a nice place to stay and attend a conference.....It was a good hotel but.

. The hotel’s closeness to great shopping is a big plus and is the reason why we stayed there. I did like the Arts and Crafts period theme in the lobby and hallways. It was really nothing special. The room was just a standard two double bed hotel room that was OK.Pro--close to Woodfield Mall; Con--older hotel and small room I’m not sure if this hotel was worth the money.

. I would not spend this kind of money at this hotel/chain again. I’ve had more comfort and ease at "lesser" considered places. I expected much more convenience and room amenities from an "upper scale" establishment such as this one.Disappointed We were extremely disappointed with this hotel as a whole.

. Travelers tip on recreational activities Great park with walking trails and amazing wildlife.East meets West close to shopping really convenient to everything great walking trail close by.

. If it was not for the non-smoking policy of the hotel and the terrific beds -- I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers. Room was cleaned and had the terrific beds Hyatt is known for -- however, there was no mini-bar in our room, no exhaust fan in bathroom to reduce steam from shower, bath room was extremely small -- and maids "forgot" to leave hand towels/wash cloths -- not the service I expect from a Hyatt. There was no valet service or bell hops for that matter. Although the folks at the front desk were accomodating -- there was no effort to go beyond expectations.Fine -- but not up to Hyatt’s standards Had this hotel not been a Hyatt property -- the review would have been higher -- however this property is not up to Hyatt’s standards in our opinion.

. It was clean and comfortable.Comfy Night’s Stay The room was quite big.

. She makes amazing drinks. Travelers tip on dining If you go to the bar in the hotel, make sure you ask for Betty. I woke up feeling stiff and bruised. It was so firm that it was uncomfortable. The only problem I encountered was the bed. The hotel room service was amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive.Great Staff The staff at this hotel went out of their way to ensure a good experience.

. A nice addition to your destination. Travelers tip on shopping The second largest mall in the US is right across the street. The shuttle to the mall made an extra trip, the front desk was helpful in several ways and the staff was always pleasant.Short and sweet I only stayed at the Hyatt Regency Woodfield for one night, but it was a very pleasant stay.

. We had limited time in the morning and felt stretched to have to find something reasonbly priced for breakfast. It would have been very helpful for have a simple continental breakfast offered with the room.Very quiet for good restful nights.

. Plenty of dining and local attractions. Travelers tip on shopping Woodfield Mall directly across the street. The uncleanliness I observed made me doubt what the naked eye couldnt see. Plenty of pillows but the mattress was outdated, the comforter and window and shower curtains were stained.Needs to be updated I found the room to be too small and outdated.

perfect!. some clubs are really closed to the hotel, an the shopping mall is just across the street.I liked it good ocation.

.East meets Mid-west Asian inspired hotel with amenities and convenient to shopping and the airport.
