    A nice place to stay

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and would not hesitate to stay here again. Room and amenities were very nice and the free breakfast and happy hour snack were good.

Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay

Ask for a room away from the train tracks and utelize the kitchenette by buying a few things at the grocery store.

Really great hotel to stay at

We stayed three nights here and had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were clean. They had a kitchen area with a big refrigerator, which we didn’t use but would be a very good thing if we had planned for it. The pool area was very relaxing. We loved the happy hour too. The staff was also very helpful. And our room was along side the train tracks, but it didn’t wake me once. The only negative was that while the breakfast was very abundant, it didn’t taste very good :) In the end, this was a fabulous, inexpensive place to stay!

Go out and buy snacks and drinks from a grocery store or Walmart because you will have a full size refrigerator. Don’t worry about breakfast food, though, because they have a full breakfast every morning.

Nice room, but lacking all over

This hotel did not live up to the Hyatt name. While the room was very nice- clean and comfortable, the almost non-viewable TV (fuzzy and constantly loosing reception), along with busy trains going by the window every 15min or so (train tracks about 50ft. from my room), made this an uncomfortable stay. The outside condition of this hotel, along with the lobby resembled a Super 8 or Motel 6. It would be acceptable if it was the only place in town, but there is better for the money.

Travelers tip on saving a few bucks

free hot breakfast -nothing special but does the job.

    Excellent Hotel

It was a great experience. My family was on vacation and it was nice to have 2 separate rooms to let the kids sleep in. We were aware of the breakfast buffet & social hour but what we didn’t know was that the social hour was a whole meal Monday-Thursday. It was great! Saved us a lot of money because we didn’t have to eat out every night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

    Very comfortable

This place was great. Our room was very comfortable and there was a full kitchen (no oven but everything else). A full breakfast was included. We were there for fun but it would be a great place to stay on business for an extended stay. There is a free happy hour with food and drinks on weeknights.

    Waiting in the rain

We arrived around 2pm to find that our room was not ready. We waited in a rain storm for over an hour until it finally was!

    Excellent airport service

We got in late and had to leave early, and their shuttle service was great. They followed me to the airport late that night to drop off the rental car, so that we would not need to in the morning. (They were also picking up a flight crew.) The service in the morning was every 45 minutes.....

Comfortable, clean rooms and convenient location

We stayed here during a short trip to Colorado Springs last weekend and were very impressed. Check-in was fast. Our room was very comfortable, with a flat-panel tv, kitchenette (full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, stove burners, coffeemaker - and stocked with dishes/silverware, too!), nice bathroom, and sitting area with a couch (which we noticed had a pull-out bed) and desk. The hotel is located next to railroad tracks, and we heard trains going by a few times during the night, but other than that it was very quiet. The location is convenient in that it’s located right off I-25. Most importantly, we were able to bring our well-behaved, non-barking dog and still felt welcome just the same. Highly recommend!

Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay

Breakfast is served from 7-10. I’d advise getting there before 9 if you want the full selection of food. Our second day, we got there around 9 or 9:30, and the fresh fruit was already all gone.

    Great Place!

Very nice hotel. We stayed only for the weekend and enjoyed our stay very much. Large comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a great location. The woman who was in charge of the breakfast bar was great! My partner doesn’t like cheese and for breakfast they were serving cheese omelets. We mentioned this to the woman and she promptly went and made up a batch of scrambled eggs with no cheese. Outstanding service!!
