There aren’t a ton of great restaurants right around the hotel, but this one is a good one ! It’s listed in the little information booklet in your room !. Excellent deep Dish Pizza. Travelers tip on dining Giradano’s pizza is just a couple blocks away. The hotel’s location is excellent as well. And I didn’t have to spend a fortune for it. And this was by far the best hotel I stayed at. I go to Chicago every year for a Bears game(the last five years in a row). The free continental breakfast was a nice touch. The room was extremely clean, the front desk staff was more than helpful and friendly.Simply The Best Value ! Tremendous Hotel ! Everything was PERFECT !!!!!!!!!! This hotel is absolutely tremendous.

. No room for swimming laps. Pool is small, but if you have ’little ones’ it is all you need for them to have some fun splashing around. You will be able to fill the kids up with good food to start your day of sight-seeing off right. The continental breakfast is extremely comprehensive. We were able to feed the kids very well in the morning which gave us a lot of flexibility in managing the city for the day. However, the continental breakfast is one of the most comprehensive continental breakfasts I have ever seen in my life. Thin walls, small pool, no bath tub, had a crib for only one of the two nights we were there. If you want the hotel to be more, you need to go somewhere else. If you are here on business and just need a place to sleep and be left alone, you will be fine. I could have spent $20 - $30 more per night and been in a hotel that was rated with more stars. Just because a hotel is located in Chicago does not mean they have the right to charge in the same range of above average hotels. I wished I had given the critical comments some more weight.Take the mixed reviews seriously Before I booked the hotel, I read the reviews and saw the mixed comments.

The free wireless was a bonus to be able to access the internet to find a restaurant we had heard about for years. It is located close to Chicago’s best landmarks.
