    Good bargain

Though this motel is suffering the effect of age (witness a broken faucet handle) it is clean, well-kept, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, with many pillows for watching the big-enough TV. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Nice room, would stay there again.

Was a very nice room, on the small side, but very comfortable. Looked clean & neat. Suprised how quite it was. The desk clerk was friendly & helpful.

    Travelers tip on shopping

Close to Burnsville shopping center & easy to get to.

    Great Place to Stay

This hotel has a vey friendly staff; they are also willing to help with anything that they can. The room was very clean and the pillow top beds were comfortable. They also have complimentary coffee all day long. We like to stay here because it is close to the Mall of America and there is a smaller local mall that is great for shopping as well. We will be back this summer for our annual trip to Valleyfair Amusement Park.

    Travelers tip on shopping

The Burnsville Center is only one mile away and the Mall of America is only twelve miles away.

    WOW - This was bad

Republican convention was in town, so our options were limited. Showed up and the hotel looked fine on the outside and the lobby was small but not bad. The room was disgusting. The toilet paper holder was ripped off of the wall and the floors and walls were dirty. The shower had a black rim around it and the toilet was the same. Ran out of toilet paper on Sunday morning, went down to the front desk and they said they had been out since Friday and didn’t have any. Are you serious? And you didn’t go and get any? A fellow customer offered me a box of cleanex (thank you). I called for the front desk and noone answered. I tried three times, apparently no one cared to answer it. The front desk said they had trouble staffing cleaning help. No kidding. I honestly don’t think they wash the sheets after someone checks out. Expedia - I beg you to move this from two stars to one, or better yet, stop offering to book this hotel. It was awful and disgusting.

    Travelers tip on nightlife

If you stay here, get out of the hotel as much as possible. There is a Hooters near by and a steak house.

    Very disappointed

I stayed at the LivInn Suites in Cicinattie last year and it was awesome, so I igured thie would be he same. It was not at all. First off, the nonsmoking room was surrounded by smoking rooms, so the hallway and room still reeked of smoke. We saying something to the front desk, the just said "Its a non smoking rom, what more do you want?" It was even coming through the vent in the bathroom from the room next door. Then there was the not well cleaned bathroom. There were hairs in the bathtub and a large ring of scum around the drain. Also, the blinds coving the window was missing several slat and in the moring the sun would wake you up as soon as it came up. Overall, I would not suggest wasting your money by staying here.

    Good overall

Good hotel, close to the interstate, gas stations and restaurants. A 10 minute drive from twin cities, but not bad considering its cheaper to stay there. Quiet area. The rooms were not fantastic, but comfortable and clean, free wifi as well. Fridge and microwave.

    Travelers tip

Driving in Twin Cities can be tricky, lots of cars, smog, and can be very hot in the summer.

Okay for being inexpensive and a last-minute booking.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for our traveling purposes. The hallways were dark and a little creepy. The room was okay. There was no hairdryer or coffee maker in the room. The building seemed a little old and in need of some updates. The staff was friendly. Overall the place was fine considering the room was fairly inexpensive and we spent very little time there.

    Good for a nights stay

Hotel check-in was a long process over 15 minutes and we were the only guest checking in at the time. Room was clean but, the queen beds and armore were to large for the small room. Hard to walk around, small bathroom. Good stay if you only need the room to sleep in. Beds were new and comfortable.
