Reviews

. That’s Vegas, I guess. My only complaint is that there were people upstairs who were awake and talking (loudly) all night long. The folks at the front desk were very accommodating.Very Nice Overall this was a nice, clean hotel.

It worked for us!. Travelers tip on saving a few bucks Free shows are great (there are 4 in Vegas), but if you want to watch some with pricey tickets, go look around the agencies (and location of the show itself!) a few hours before they start to get even a 50% discount. The pool is small, but opened for 24 hours, if feel like jumping in before / after a long day. These are all minor things, we were overally very happy with our stay here. Also, since it was our first time in Vegas, we did not realize, how far the hotel is from the Strip, we need to use the car to get to the city, which meant, one of us could not drink. Also we found some clothes of another costumer in the drawer, which was a bit surprising.30 am, if you gamble during the night, this is ’early’. The very few areas to grow would be: the breakfast was fine, but I wish they would offer it later than 9. We also took advantage of the free wireless internet, and the free long distance calls. We used also some discount, which expedia was offering, so our stay was a good deal.It was a great hotel! We were surprised how nice hotel you can get in this price category: the receptionist was friendly, we got a booklet of vouchers from him to one of the local Casinos, the room was not noisy as we expected reading other reviews.

Very Clean Clean room and good rate for Saturday night.

If you plan to travel the strip alot you definetly need a car!!!!... Travelers tip The best / fastest way to get to the strip with out chatching traffic is by using streets that run parallel to Las Vegas Blvd.S : Great hotel if your traveling with children. P.... The perfect hotel for someone with a car in Vegas.... Staff was curtious and friendly.Comfort at a Great Price !!!!!!!! Great price and better that I expected! I was unsure of what to expect due to the cheap price , the hotel was nice , clean & quiet just about a 10 min drive from the strip .

Travelers tip on saving a few bucks Great deal for a low price. The only drawback was it’s proximity to a crazy nightclub, but it was a very safe hotel as well. The rooms/beds were excellent and the free breakfast provided was perfect! It is a short distance to the Vegas strip. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a 4 star hotel at a 2 star price.Pleasantly Suprised I was pleasantly suprised at the newness, comfort and quality of the hotel for the price we paid.

Thank you!. Tom at the front desk and everyone who works and manages at Microtel were kind, helpful, and pleasant. We liked being close to the Strip but not on top of it. The hotel suited our needs with the fridge, microwave, breakfast, comfortable breakfast area, laundry, and outdoor dining area.Satisfied our needs excellently My mother and I went to Las Vegas to pick up my new baby daughter (adoption).

. We truly enjoyed our stay and we look forward to our next stay. The complementary breakfast was perfect with hot and cold food as well as coffee, juice and milk. The bed was extremely comfortable and like sleeping on my own bed at home. Our room was very comfortable, clean, roomy and with the 42" plasma tv it was like being at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel had only been opend for about a year and a half, it looked and felt like it had just opened.Microtel review My husband stayed at Microtel for our anniversary weekend.

. Travelers tip If you are returning on the bus, make certain you get off at the Outlet Mall and not the first mall you come to. The Deuce bus was fun and we didn’t mind the walk.00. We had a "suite" with sitting room, and all amenities for a great "Expedia" price! We didn’t have a car so walked through an indoor mall to catch the bus to the strip for $3. It was very nice.Off the beaten path We were at Microtel, Las Vegas, to meet up with our Elderhostel tour the next day.

. Inexpensive rates, especially considering free breakfast, free internet, free long distance, fridge and microwave, pleasant staff, good location only a few blocks south from the airport, and one block off the south end of Las Vegas Blvd, making quick access to anywhere you want to go.Yet another nice stay I’ve stayed at the Microtel repeated for a reason.

:). Just remember, its an Inn, not a casino hotel. It was a really nice place. :) It felt like we were ripping off the hotel because of the special/cheap price we paid thru Expedia. TV was nice. No chairs though. It was just that window sitting area and a long ’sofa table’ type of thing. There wasn’t a normal size table with chairs. Nice cushioned bench sitting area in front of the window. The lighting and mirrors behind the bed made the room seem larger and brighter. We had a standard room which came with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Beds were real comfortable. Can get a pool towel from the front desk. We had the pool to ourselves at 2am. Lots of condiments like butter, ketchup, jam, syrup etc. There was milk, coffee, apple juice and some other type of juice, tea bags. I got to choose from breakfast potatoes, pancakes, sausage patties, bagels, muffins, several types of cereal.Nice place! I really liked the free breakfast.

. Definitely skip it (pretend its not included) and go somewhere else. It was like eating breakfast at a 7/11. It was absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend it to anyone unless you intend on dying from sugar or cholesterol related diseases. Cons: The one bad thing was the breakfast buffet. $20 got me to Center Strip. $10 might get you to South Strip. Or at least a cab. But I think you can get a bus to the strip from the mall next door. Not walkable to the strip. Location was quite south, next to the Outlet Mall. Free local calls, and free wireless Internet are also a bonus. 24 hr pool and fitness center for those who like that. Much much more then the 5 or 6 channels you normally get in a Strip Hotel. There were also a ton of TV channels to choose from. I had a sink, mini-fridge, and microwave in my room which came in handy. It was clean, spacious, and well kept.Very Nice Stay Micro-Hotel in Vegas was quite nice for the price.

. The hotel appeared to be new and was very clean, yet pet friendly. They also gave us a coupon book for a near by casino. The clerk was very helpful with directions and offered a coupon for a free bottle of wine with dinner at the restaurant next door.Great Comps! Great customer service during check-in.

. Overall, I don’t recommend this place. One employee at the front desk was rude and dismissive. I felt no privacy and the snoring couldn’t let me sleep. You can hear everything in detail. Other than that, it has no sound insulation in the walls and in my two-day stay, there was a major snorer in the next room. This hotel has two good things going for it: A good hot breakfast and very competitive pricing.Virtually zero sound proofing in walls.

. Overall a very good option and value. The breakfast was pretty good except the the pancakes which were stale and crunchy. Easy access to freeway. We’ll go back Inexpensive non-casino stay off of the strip.

. Really great place to stay. Close to several restraunts, and just a short drive down the street to the strip. I’ll stay here again, even if it’s for vacation. Could exercise in morning, eat hot complimentary breakfast with newspaper, and use free Wifi and phone calls. and microwave.Great place to stay Nice rooms, quiet, comfortable, with convenience of refrig.

. Travelers tip on saving a few bucks get a coupon at the check in for a free bottle of wine at a great local italian restaurant situated right across the hotel and enjoy a romantic evening with your wife. we will definitly go back.. Right next to an iconic italian restaurant and the great las vegas outlet.Great hotel at a great price friendly staff, clean bright fun rooms, pool open 24 hours a day, free continental breakfast.

. We wont stay again. Travelers tip Its a fine hotel but the paper thin walls suck, stay somewhere else. It is new hotel so its nice but when you want to sleep and you get woke up at all hours. You can hear everything from the rooms and in the hall way. The second time we stayed just because we had already had it booked but asked for top(3) floor and it still was horrible for the noise. Then in the middle of the night poeple were in the hall talking.Walls are paper thin!! You can hear everything stayed 2 time and both was hell for sleeping We stayed twice, the first time we stayed on the 2 floor and heard the people above us all night.

Staff not very friendly Travelers tip on shopping right across the street. It was ok The room was clean but small the a/c didn’t work right.

. Liked that we were given a room on the first floor next to the exit, made it really convenient to walk the dogs.Good price & pet friendly Good place to stay, staff was great, nice rooms.

. Pet Friendly.24 hour indoor pool.

. This is not a place to stay without your own transportation. Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay Other than the outlet mall across the street, there are no attractions within walking distance. Being located a block off the main street makes it a bit difficult to locate after dark. The free wi-fi is unusual for Vegas and there are none of the "resort fees". Reasonable price for non-casino hotel. Room was not large by Las Vegas standards, but large enough for me traveling alone. Flat screen TV with good choice of channels. No luxury but attractive and comfortable Nearly new building.

KId friendly and adult piece and quiet!. Economical priced with a bang for your buck giving you a smoke free hotel suite with a free breakfast buffet. It is about 5 minutes away from the begining of the strip. The most thing i liked was that throughout the hotel it is smoke free!!! Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay I highly recomend this hotel for it’s local entetainment featuring the Las Vegas Outlets of 150 known stores including the Disney store. Just like it says a suite. The free brekfast is good the standard room we stood in had a microwave, coffe maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and board, flat screen tv, mini kitchen, sofa bed, etc. The staff is very nice and helpful. I love that it has an indoor heated pool and work out gym to work off everything you eat while your out in Vegas. I will most defenite stay there again. I love how it is located to lots of known restraunts and crossing the street is 150 outlet stores including Disney. Can’t wait to go back! It is a bit away from the Las Vegas strip but it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the begining of the strip.

.OK but noisy the room was clean and new, but the walls are too thin, i woke up every time somebody enter/exit a room in the hall.

great bang for your buck!!...walking distance to factory outlets...take advantage of delicious breakfast buffet...plenty of parking...less than a mile from airport car rentals...away from strip and quiet...very comfortable...very clean...Would Definitely Stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites Again!!! our visit was from dec 6-8, 2008.

We got our moneys worth and more!. The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of choices. It was not too far from the strip but yet still maintained a quite, safe environment.Top Rate Hotel We were extremely pleased with this hotel.
