Mirage Las Vegas and Cirque Du SoleilThe Mirage hotel was very nice and the air, show, and hotel package from Expedia was an outstanding deal. The only negative aspect of the hotel was that the floor was not vacuumed very well and there was some shredded paper stuck in the carpet. This small problem would by no means keep me from staying there again. The hotel staff was very friendly. Everyone made a point to say hello, go morning, etc. This made the big hotel feel much more personal which is a huge plus for me.
Travelers tip on local attractionsThe highlight of the trip was the Cirque Du Soleil "Love" show in the Mirage. I am not a huge Beatles fan and I dont go to a lot of shows but the Love performance was unbelievable. My wife and I sat in the upper part of the theater(the cheap seats) but I think we had as good a view as the people sitting in the premium seats - maybe better. The sound system will knock you socks off and the hour and a half show will leave you wanting more.Rating:5
WowWe were upgraded to a penthouse suite for a small fee per night and was it ever worth it! We saw awesome shows the best of all being the 20th anniversary concert with Slash and friends. Second row, the best party/concert ever! We never left the Hotel to eat, all the resturaunts there are first class. The service was excellent and we cant wait to go back. We,ve stayed at the Mirage every time weve visited and would never stay any where else! Thank you Mirage!Rating:5
Best stay in LV yet! Thanks so much for making my husbands 40th birthday celebration in Las Vegas a hit. We had a fantatsic time - the hotel is exquisite and the service is superb. Thanks a million!!!
Travelers tip on diningFIN is AWESOME!!!! They totally respected and catered to our vegetarian needs - the food was OUTSTANDING!!!Rating:5
would go to the Mirage again on future visits to VegasexcellantRating:4
Lots of Funhad a great time at the hotel and pool. Went and saw the Beatkes show which was great! Drinks are expensive at the pool, but it is Vegas.Rating:4
Good Experience and ConvenientWe found the Hotel to be very nice and staff very friendly. You dont really spend that much time in your room. We would definitely consider this Hotel again when we return.
Travelers tip on diningVery expensive.Rating:5
Very Good HotelGreat location; very good and friendly service; great pool area; good food. We would definitely return.Rating:5
Great tripThe room was outstanding with all the extra bells and whistles. The cleaning personnel was invisible, slipping in and out in short time and restoring our room to original conditions. The room was so quiet we thought we were the only ones on our floor.Rating:5
a wonderful experienceWe were very satisfied with the Mirage. Friendly helpful staff ( the bell staff are a wealth of information) Food was plentiful and great in the buffet,BLT and California Kitchen. Gorgeous pool! Our room was spacious and clean, with a great view. The foliage was exceptional and professionally maintained. Very fun week.
Travelers tiptake good care of your feet...lots of walking. Also anything goes in vegas as far as apparel. Drink lots of non alcoholic beverages...its dry in vegas!Rating:5
wonderful timethe only thing i was suprised with in Las Vegas was the cost of the food. everything else was great.
Travelers tipWe were disapointed with showtime transportation service. When we arrived we were told to wait at a certain area for the shuttle. It was 98 degrees and they did not show up for 2 hours. we chose to pay another company an additiona amount to be taken to our hotel.Rating:5
Everything was Great! The room was very clean, the restaraunts were excellent and everyone there was very courteous and polite!Rating:2
Not impressedWay to expensive- breakfast was $54.00 for eggs & french toast plus the $14 ojRating:2
Never stay here againThe hotel itself was very nice. The service was horrible the staff acted as if they were doing you a favor letting you stay at their hotel. The food was also lousy at the buffet. The Carnige deli food was excellent along with the sugar shop. The dolphins and tigers were beautiful, but not worth spending money to stay at the hotel. I will never stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.
Travelers tip on local attractionsVist the dolphins and tigers even if you are not staying at the hotel. Makes the walk through the casino worth it.Rating:4
very nice, will be be lookinking forward to a return.our stay at the mirage was great.we are looking forward to going back.the hotel and pool areas are very well taken care of.if you have never stayed here you are really missing out on a true vagas experience. We stayed in a suite, with a strip view, very nice is an understatement.Rating:5
Loved itThe hotel had everything you would need. The pool was beautiful. Security was present , but not obnoxious. The room was comfortable and clean. The service was excellentRating:5
Absolutely loved this resort and will be going back!I have no complaints about the Mirage at all. Everyone/Everything we ran into or did was more than what we expected. I will definately be making arrangements for another trip to Vegas and The Mirage.Rating:4
Great for vacation, not for business.Great place to stay for a business trip. Close to the Sands convention center and a lot of great restaurants. Overall the hotel is very clean and up to date. Our only complaint is having to pay $15 for internet service. It seems that is the norm for Vegas, but it shouldnt be. I fail to see why you should get gouged for internet when everything else is so expensive in Vegas. It made the doing business part of our trip harder than it should be.Rating:5
Hope to make it back againMy daughter an I had a great time, this was her first time in vegas, she hopes to come back soon with her husband. We ate in all but one restaurant food was grest and more than enough. the room was just right, service great.Rating:5
Great hotel! Would stay there again! This was our first time staying at the Mirage (and we have stayed at many hotels in Vegas) and it is now one of my favorites. I love the location of the hotel as it is near many places we like to go in Vegas. The rooms were wonderful and the staff was very friendly. And, I especially loved the new Burger place! I would recommend this hotel for sure!Rating:4
Loved the HotelWe enjoyed the hotel so much. It was quiet, clean and spacious. The decor was beautiful and our view was spectacular. We would definitely consider staying here for our next business trip to Vegas.Rating:5
First time Vegas VacationThis was mine and my husbands first trip to Vegas and we had a wonderful time and LOVED the Mirage! The hotel was beautiful with the tropical feel. The bed was a little firm but very comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was having to travel through the casino to get to your room, although it seemed like that was the case with all the hotels we visited. The staff were all very friendly. I had a Desert Stone Massage in the Spa and loved it. Highly recommend the Spa. Pool was beautiful. Didnt do the Dolphin and Tiger habitat because we had to pay extra for it. Also excellent location because many of the other nice hotels were around the Mirage.
Travelers tip on local attractionsRent a car and go see the Hoover Dam. Beautiful. Its only 45 min. away from the strip and its a nice little side trip. Renting a car can save money compared to booking a tour. Plus you can go at your own pace.Rating:5
Beautiful OasisThe Mirage is a beautiful hotel. The staff was great and the bed was so comfortable. I would stay here again and would highly recommend others to do so.Rating:4
Fun VisitVery nice hotel. The house keeping staff was one of the best we have encountered.Rating:5
Very PleasedEverything was clean and luxe. All that I dealt with were very curteous and helpful. No complaints!
