a little weirdThe room looked newly remodeled, the bathroom was old. The property was a little weird half the rooms in 1 section were closed off with tarps over the windows. The room was clean
Travelers tip on saving a few bucksHuge college town,no real nice hotels, stay cheap to drop off and pick up studentsRating:4
Yes, I would stay here again!Everyone that works here, that I have run into, will do EVEYTHING w/in their power to make your stay comfortable. I do recommend this hotel. Except for the two flys in the room---when I told them about the problem, they sent someone down immediately to move my luggage to a new room room. Also they did get the ammenities for me that I had forgotten. When I couldnt find food, two different employees were willing to go to a place that they trusted so that I wouldnt get food poisoning on the road. The room that they switched me to---oh dear heavens, I dont even sleep that well at home--the matress and pillows, I thought that I died and went to heaven. Yes, they bent over backwards to help-----:)Rating:1
NEVER stay here! Its not worth it.This place is a dirty ****hole. Clogged tub and sinks. Pot smell everywhere! Stains on the walls and tub. Rude dirty people. Its right out of a murder scene from CSI. DO NOT under any circumstances stay here! Yes, its the cheapest place around, but for a reason. Its not worth the savings. Im warning you ...
Travelers tip on saving a few bucksThere is a gorgeous natural park which has camping and log cabins. Stay there for the same price!!Rating:2
felt unsafeThe room itself was nice but because all the other rooms were boarded up, I feel so unsafe especially at night. I think they need to close one part of the hotel where all the rooms are boarded up and not rent those rooms. Cracker Barrel is right next door too so that made it a little barible.
Travelers tip on diningright next to Waffle House and Cracker Barrel.Rating:3
This is a motel under contructionI had expected a hotel and find it was a motel. The motel is also under construction and mostly vacant. The lobby is well done and the room was comfortable. I certainly had security concerns since it was a motel 2 miles from I-81, and also under construction.Rating:2
Low quality Ramada!I definitely would not stay here again. Our toilet seat was broken and the overall all appearance of the hotel was low class. Room small and you could barely turn around in the bathroom. Ramada should reconsider branding this hotel as one of their own. Much lower quality than I expected of Ramada.Rating:5
Very AccomodatingThe staff was wonderful and saw that each of our needs were met. We had everything we could want in a room, and it was clean and neat.
Travelers tip on diningThere is a Cracker Barrel adjacent to the motel, and several nice restaurants nearby.Rating:3
Not impressed.Motel is older. Noisy--rooms not insulated in between. Could hear ajoining room noise. Needs remodeled. Have none. OK spot just to sleep. City is nice.Rating:4
Clean and comfortableVery clean with friendly and helpful staff.Rating:2
Very BasicThis is a motel, reminded me of Bates. Very minimal, if you are looking for somewhere to lay your head and absolutely nothing else! Then this is the place. Room was very basic but for the most part clean, although a little tatty. Breakfast buffet was available in reception, which was like walking into a truckers canteen.
Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stayIts reasonable and right on the highway, but if your looking for a drink at the bar, room service or a restaurant after a long drive...look elsewhere!Rating:4
nice place to stayvery comfortable bed.Rating:5
Great Deal for a Great HotelThis hotel was awesome for the price paid! Usually when I stay in a "cheep" hotel I expect a little less but this one was awesome! It was clean, nice, and the service was great! They even had a nice continental breakfast!Rating:4
Good valueThe Ramada gave us everything we needed without the costly frills we wouldnt have used anyway. Good proximity to local restaurants and the Green Valley Book Fair. The desk clerk handled my requests courteously and efficiently.Rating:5
Convient and good valueWe were there on personal business. This Ramada was conviently located to where we needed to be the following morning. It was a plesant suprise when we saw how spacious and clean we found the room to be. Would definitely stay there again if the need for a place to stay in that area ever arose again.
Travelers tip on diningThe proximity of the "Cracker Barrel Old Country Store" was a definite plus. It was right next door.
