. They also charged our card for incidentals and THEN refunded the charge after we checked out but not until 2am the next day. When we got there, there was a charge for this, one for that and their reason was it normally would have been charged but when booking online for some it doesn’t apply the charge.Not impressed There were unexpected charges.

. It was in need of some maintenance, like paint and I can deal with that, but it was cruddy & needed a good scrubbing & shampooing that I can’t deal with.Needs a good cleaning The price was good & you could tell this used to be a very nice hotel.

. Also no mini frige or microwave - we had to take our own. The bed was good and the air conditioning worked well, but the whole stay was w/out a shower curtain! They asked for one and got no repsonse. Stayed there Mon-Thurs.No shower curtain My son and husband stayed here at the last moment- now we know why there were rooms available.

. Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay This Ramada Inn does not live up to the Ramada reputation and we would recommend travelers choose another destination for an overnight stay. The bathroom mirror had not been cleaned from the previous occupant, and the bathroom sink drain was rusted and did not close completely. Cigarette burns were present in the bed spreads, the shower fixtures were not mounted to the walls any longer, and there was water damage on the ceiling, walls, and door of the bathroom. The carpet was coming up from the floor at the joints and was not vacuumed after the previous occupant. When the front desk was notified, the response received was that an iron is not guarenteed for all rooms (very unhelpful and unfriendly). In the room, there was an iron holder mounted on the wall, but no iron. When we arrived we noticed the smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby and the hallways.Ramada Inn, Pocatello, ID We chose this hotel because it was rated positively by AAA.

It was fine A good price for a fine hotel, nothing fancy but the breakfast was a deal!.
