. Overall it is a cheap average hotel to spend couple nights while exploring San Francisco and surroundings. Breakfast: cereal, bagels, muffins, milk and cofee; do not drink a fruit punch: it is just colored water. The restroom however is rather old, needs remodelling. The room was clean and spacious.Not impressed Hotel was so-so.

Would def stay here again!. Located minutes from San Francisco International, we were able to take public transportation right from the hotel to downtown SF. Every room has wireless internet, also. The building was well taken care of; the rooms were clean; and the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area.Excellent place to stay near San Fran It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel and I say this after a few bad experiences at other establishments.

. On the last night the toilet stopped up so I could not even use the restroom. The following night my key to the room did not work and I had to go get it programmed again. The man at the desk when this occurred told me it was a management problem. The hotel has a sauna, but no info on whether the use is free for guests or not so I didn’t bother(Sauna in California? come on). The breakfast was very simple(cereals, bagels, no fruits)and the most important feature in the breakfast room, where you didn’t want to spend a lot of time, was obviously the TV. (like: don’t ask me, we don’t have them). I had a slight communication problem with the receptionist - he refused to understand my "euro" English when I asked where I can buy a road map of California.Use it if you must It is useful to speak Spanish in these parts of SF (I don’t).

Rooms were clean and in good repair; front desk service was friendly and helpful even though I got there 20 minutes after the lobby closed.Good for a quick stay The hotel is very easily accessible to and from SFO, you don’t even need to get on the freeway from the rental car garage.

. Travelers tip If you don’t have transportation to the airport, ask the desk clerk to arrange it for you ahead of time. Sad, because this could be a nice place if well kept up. At least the hot tub worked, but given how run down everything else was, I didn’t trust it to be clean. The bed was lumpy, and the bedding was coarse. The bath mat was a dingy gray, with blue stains. The sauna was broken and so were all the vending machines. The furniture in the room was torn and frayed. The place is falling apart. If so, factor the cabfare into the cost of this motel. Given how awful San Francisco traffic is, many teavellers do without a rental car and use mass transit or cabs. However, it has no courtesy van. A second positive is that it is close to the airport.Falling Apart One good thing about this hotel is that the people at the desk are friendly, courteous and helpful.

.... I would look elsewhere for my next trip. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good but is in desperate need of a refurbishing. The carpet in my room had several dark set in stains and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.Needs some TLC Was once cute, however, it is now showing alot of wear and tear.

. No nearby breakfast places. The free breakfast does not start until 7am - too late for me as a businessman who needs to get going to early meetings. The free wireless internet did not work on second nite of my stay and front desk had nobody avail to reset their wireless network, so that was frustrating.Passable Hotel is clean and neat, bed comfy.

. Travelers tip on dining There is great thai resturant over on grand avenue downtown south san francisco. We had a nice stay and the parking seemed secure as well it is under the hotel and there are camera so it feels like your car is less vulnerable then in an open lot. They had a little breakfast area which was ok, cereal, coffee,muffins, tiny bagels and croissants. the room was clean the bed was a king and comfortable. It was quiet, most importantly because the planes seem to take off a bit more in the other direction.A Good Hotel In This Area We have stayed at sveeral hotels in this area and found this to eb the best so far.

. Also you can get picked up at this hotel for various sightseeing tours so you will ebd up saving taxi faire as well . I also recomend buying lunch in San bruno to save your bulk of money for a San Francisco dinner . When I go back to CA I would definitely stay here again . The other great thing is that this hotel is soooo close to airport , it’s a time saver and nice location to catch your flights . There are many restaurants nearby and it’s 5 minutes from south San Francisco and 15 min from Fisherman’s Wharf . One of the nicest thing about this hotel is where it is located . The continental breakfast was a lot nicer than some and has a good variety of pastries and cereal . The service was very nice and helpful .The bed is very comfortable and the lighting in the room was great . The room was very comfortable with a refridgerator , microwave , ironing board , iron , and hairdryer.Lovely hotel with easy acess to San Francisco This hotel is very nice in general .
