Cant wait to go backWe had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the staff was helpfulwith any questions we had. We also enjoyed the nice clean pool. The food was good in their restaurant.
Travelers tip on diningWe enjoyed the Rooster in Clarkston for lunch one day and the food and service were excellent. We enjoyed watching fishermen fish for steelhead on the Snake River while we were having lunch.Rating:1
DirtyThe hotel looked dirty. It smelled musty.Rating:5
Terrible RoomOur room was like a cave due to inadequate lighting, a bulb out and only a window to the interior of the hotel. I couldnt wait to leave the next morning. The tub didnt drain properly and to top it off the underside of the bed comforter was in an unsanitary condition to put it in a more delicate way. They have tried to make the hotel appear nice, yet they have sagging mattresses and sheets that feel like a fine-grit sandpaper. Overall, a bit disappointment.Rating:4
Nice Hotel, but a few tipsHotel was very nice and updated. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The restaurant service was terrible-the waitress said that there were no wine glasses because they were all dirty so we had to wait 1/2 hour after ordering a bottle of wine to get any. Ran out of lamb my son ordered, but didnt tell him until 1/2 hour after we ordered, kept having to ask for water, etc. etc. But after we finally got our food it was delicious. Our room was right by the front desk so it was very noisy-groups coming and going all night long. The work out area is in a completely different building so we didnt bother. Overall, I would stay there again, just not eat in the restaurant, and I would make sure to get a room with a better location.Rating:1
Poor HousekeepingThis was a very dirty room - the beds were not made correctly, the bathroom walls had streaks of dirt and the cups were dirty. It was a mess!Rating:5
Lewistons finestThe service and staff were wonderful. The room size was incredible and was very clean. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Travelers tip on diningDowntown restaurants were great. Good food and service.Rating:1
GrossRoom was really really unclean. Beds not changed full of hair as well as dirty bathroom.Rating:5
Nice hotel in a great settingWe stayed here because Pullman area was full - next time we will stay here even if there is space in Pullman. Lewiston is a much larger town than Pullman-Mocow area (where the universities are located) so there is much more to do. Also the road connection between Moscow and Lewiston is excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all the facilities you could ask for in a more expensive hotel.
Travelers tip on diningThai Taste restaurant in Lewiston is simple and good, West of Paris restaurant in Moscow is outstanding but make sure you make a reservation.Rating:5
would definately go backEverything from the staff, the facilities, and accomodations were great. Definately a must stay enviroment while in Lewiston. Good restaurants within 2 minutes of the hotel.Rating:4
Satisfactory, friendly serviceGreeted by friendly staff, and assigned a fair room with a view of the parking lot, which was fine as I was there on business. Carpet in hallways could be cleaner, and had to go to 1st floor for ice, but will stay there again. I did not make it to the Pub, but will try to do so next time.Rating:4
Best hotel in the area!Hotel is in the process of remodeling. Most rooms are brand new. They are spacious and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.Rating:5
Very nice and clean. Our room was huge.We had a king sized bed in a very large room. Everything was clean and the front desk staff were very courteous. We would recommend the Red Lion in Lewiston to our friends and will stay there again if the opportunity arises.Rating:2
Not the best in LewistonHotel lobby & elevator were grimy. Soap scum around tub. Carpets old. Painters missed lots of spots. Noisy right next to freeway. Lights illuminating building shine into rooms, even with blinds closed.
Travelers tip on diningThe Rooster Restaurant was the only place we found that took advantage of the river and nice evening climate. Food ordinary but good. Great service.Rating:3
Hotel was nice but needed updatingHad some issues at check-in. They lost the reservation and were looking at the wrong month. Key did not work. Room was clean and comfortable but carpets were stained both in the room and elevator. Good meal in the dining room.
Travelers tip on diningVery nice brewpub attached to the hotel. Beers were very good.Rating:3
Not the Best PlaceExpedias reservation were not received by Red Lion. I was charged... Hotel made accomadations in their Seaport Club Rooms for us, which were once college dorm rooms. They said they were remodeled but just repainted only. No security for the intoxicated group at 3:00am. Room service was good though they didnt pick up the food tray down the hall during the whole weekend.

noisyThis hotel had the noisiest heater fan I have ever heard in a room. I still cant believe they would install such a contration in a newer hotel. There was no way to turn it down. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. They did a real fancy job of making the beds and stacking the four pillows all in a row but their efforts were thworted by a hole in the exposed part of the sheet. Both the finish on the sink and the tile floor has seen their better days. When I got into the shower the water was warm then became cool then finally warmed up again. The elevator was so soiled it looked like they has been hauling cattle in it. There was no ice machine on the 3rd floor so I had to go down to the first for it.
