Reviews

. Louis. It is very close to Busch Stadium, Edward Jones Dome, the Gateway Arch, and several other attractions in downtown St. Travelers tip on local attractions Great hotel location. The staff was very accomodating and helpful.Nice Hotel Fantastic Hotel.

. The new stadium was one of the best I have seen.it there anything else... Travelers tip on local attractions Baseball. Will go back soon.Great Hotel Professional, Professional, Professional Every aspect of our stay at this hotel was wonderful.

Five Stars recommendation!!..Hotel staff extremely professional and helpful. Louis. We would recommend this hotel to all that are heading to St.Louis’s most popular destinations.Elegant and stately it is within walking distance to St. Louis is a marvelous hotel.Impressed ! The Renaissance Grand St.

. Travelers tip on local attractions See as much as you can it’s a nice city. Great location.Nice Hotel to stay Hotel was nice clean staff were friendly.

. Use the parking lot behind the hotel and you will get a discount. Travelers tip on local attractions Don’t both with hotel valet parking as you have to give them at least one hour notice to get your car. I recommend getting the package that includes the breakfast buffet as it is well worth it and you get two for the price of one.Great downtown location If you are looking for a downtown location that you is within easy walking distance of Busch Stadium, the Arch, Lemuir Casino or Union Station, the Renaissance Grand is a great place to stay.

. Busch Stadium and the Arch are within walking distance which was great.Great Hotel Great hotel!!!!! Travelers tip on local attractions Not much to do around the hotel.

Travelers tip on recreational activities right next to Edwards Jones Dome (Rams Stadium) and within walking distance to Lacledes Landing and Busch Stadium (Cardinals Stadium). Valet service was also great - very handy especially since the road out front was under construction. The front desk customer service was very fast and friendly.Very clean and very fast customer service This had to have been one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in.

.Enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Lovely hotel! Would definitely stay here again.

. Overall I am very satisfied with the hotel. Location was very good. My only complaint would be that the room was small for the price I paid.Small room for the price The staff at the hotel were great, very friendly.

Stunning!!. Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay Take the time to look up at the architecture around the hotel.... Thanks for the memories! We will stay again. The front desk staff were also very attentive and professional. That’s how at "home" she made us feel. It was if we had known her for a long time. The restaurant staff was attentive and our waitress was a beautiful Chrisitan woman. I told everyone at the reunion about this hotel and they were not even aware of this jewel. The bed was comfortable and the interior decorating was superb. We were not disappointed! The room was large and the bathroom was huge. I wanted her to experience staying in an piece of history. Louis and arrived one day early to tour the area. The most beautiful hotel! This hotel was absolutley gorgeous! My daughter and I has a family reunion in St.

. Central location to downtown, arch, baseball & football stadium.Great Room Great motel.

. A phone call took care of the issue quickly though. My only issue with the hotel was that housekeeping did not do a good job keeping our bathroom stocked. The concierge desk was terrific at providing recommendations and directions to a variety of places around town. It was within walking distance of many downtown attractions.Great downtown location The hotel was in a super location.

. So I suggest if anyone would like to stay there do not assume, have you requirements confirmed early.Overall was good There was no refrigerator in the room although there was a provision for one.

.Great hotel aacross street from convention center Staff extremely professional and helpful.

. Very confortable bed and pillows and great service from the staff. Convenient to America Center and nearby activities that could be fit in to short jaunts around a busy conference. Louis! Great hotel with great views of the city.Great time in St.

We will use this hotel again and again!!. We were amazed at the cleanliness of the hotel and also the treatment we received while staying there.Wonderful Hotel My husband and I were on a business trip and stayed here because it is right across the stree from the America’s Center where our conference was being held.

. Terrible Hotel. So we turn around and was forced to valet-park at $27. A valet told that we could self-park, so we went to the garage only to find out there were no spot left to park. Parking was a disaster, as well. If there was a party of 6 in the front of the line, they would let the entire customers in line wait, even though there are many empty tables for smaller groups. There was a very long line, and the server was not taking names. Breakfast was the worst experience ever!. The place was filled with loud convention people; the service at front desk and restaurant were slow and not professional; no mini-bar; plastic cups instead of glass; no attractive decor in hallways, etc. So this summer, I went back there only to find out that it is no longer a kind of place I would enjoy staying. I stayed at this hotel 4 years ago, and was quite happy.I will not stay there again.

. It was great having the extra room especially when traveling with children, but the beds wern’t quite the most comfortable as you could expect sleeping on a sofa bed. The room amenities had a Dining Room table and a kitchenette. The room was about three times bigger than a normal room however only had a murphy bed and a pull out couch. This had it’s pro’s and cons. They ran out of double beds and they upgraded us to a concierge suite.Overbooked The Hotel was great however it was overbooked when we arrived.

. Ask for a larger room that can accommodate a roll away bed. Room was clean, workout room had lots of treadmills. They found a room that had just been cleaned and put us up on the 19th floor. Upon check in, we asked to upgrade to a bigger room that could accommodate a roll-away bed in addition to the two double beds.Great place, great workout room and pool Our family of five really enjoyed the stay.

. Louis is a wonderful town to discover hidden shops and restaurants. St. We enjoyed the brewery tour as well. The fresh market in the Soulard district was interesting. Travelers tip on dining Mosaic just down the street was a great place for tapas and wine. On the one occasion we found it manned, they really wanted us to dine at the hotel. Check-in staff redirected us to the nonexistent concierge. Twice we found the desk unmanned. Only problem was concierge service was lacking. The room was well maintained by the cleaning staff. Our room was nicely appointed with comfortable sleeping.2nd time around We love the historic nature of the hotel.

There are no maps or signs anywhere once you are inside! If you have small children who are adventourous, you might want to bring knee pads!. We felt as if we were truly pampered!! Travelers tip on local attractions The City Musuem - a great adventure! Study the map online or print it off ahead of time.In the Lap of Luxury This hotel was great! The front desk screwed up our reservation but did more than make up for it! The staff was absolutley amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty.

. too bad they still allow smoking in doors, but the non smoking area wasn’t too bad. Travelers tip on dining calico’s sports bar was close and the best pizza ever. the work out area and pool were very nice. when we checked in they didn’t have the bed reguest right, but by the time we finished dinner a desk clerk came to our table and gave us our room keys, nice work.Thumbs up had a nice stay, close to the metro link and the other attractions.

. Louis Expedition Great location, very easy, no hassles.St.

Lots to see!. Louis. Cool hotel bar and dining! Travelers tip on nightlife The Renaissance is also convenient for exploring downtown St. Beautiful lobby area/entrance. Very comfortable and luxurious.Classy hotel Great experience with the service and room.

They’re all fantastic and it’s just about a 15 minute car ride to get there. Louis at the Renaissance again! Travelers tip on dining Visit the restaurants in the Italian district called "The Hill". Can’t wait to stay in St. They made dinner recommendations and reservations for us, told us about where to catch the metro and were SO nice about everything. The concierge staff was absolultely, hands down fantastic. We have a 3 month old daughter, and came back to the hotel the following day after having been out all day to a set of extra towels and washcloths because the staff obviously noticed from our gear that we were traveling with a little one. Can’t wait to go back! The room was well appointed, and the check-in was fast and friendly.
