. It’s too expensive for what you might expect but a good place to stay.Not cheap for a Sheraton I have stayed in a lot of hotels in the past few years and this Sheraton is too expensive compared to other Sheratons.



. An ocean-facing room connected to a corner suite has a king bed, two queen beds, and a sleeper sofa. The corner suites have access to adjoining rooms which make them great for large families. Those two points plus the friendly service will bring me back for another stay. Both rooms had wonderful views of the ocean and the most comfortable beds I have slept in. All the staff I met were friendly and happy to help. However, the manager was most gracious: he had me moved from a standard room to a corner suite and sent up a complementary wine and cheese tray. I had a minor disaster there, the room had a bad water leak while I was away. The paintings and furniture were generic, and the TVs were large but older tube types. The room appointments were adequate and functional. I noticed a couple of minor stains on the carpet, and the windows were dirty from the ocean salt. As for negatives, the hotel has some age and was not spotless. The accommodations were very comfortable and the views of the ocean were beautiful.A very comfortable stay This hotel was a delight.

. Travelers tip Make use of their pool area and beach. Only complaint is the room had a very strong mold odor.Average Hotel was average.



I realize that it is the end of the season for this hotel, but this experience won’t bring me back. I was charged with water, I didn’t use because I had my own, and the front staff informed me that it had already been charged and they couldn’t do anything about it. When I reported this to the front desk, they didn’t write any of the information down and informed me that that was engineerings job and they would be sent to look at the room. Floors were very dirty, toilet needed to be fixed, door lock on sliding glass door leading to roof was broken, lamps were broken. The room wasn’t clean.What I found I have stayed at this hotel before so I expected to have the same service.
