best stay ever in bostoneverything form check in to check out was perfect. Beautiful and clean. We usually leave a hotel and have a few complaints but this was the best stay ever, couldnt complain even if we tried, and we usually stay elsewhere in the city (close to this hotel) and we will always go back to the Sheraton Boston.
Travelers tipmall and food are in the hotel, and walking to fenway was fast and easy. Safe to be outside late at night as well.Rating:5
The best location in Boston! The Sheraton not only has wonderful services, but it is by far the best location for a hotel...in the center of downtown Boston and attached to the Prudential Center. Its a great stay!Rating:5
Great hotelGreat hotel with this convention center! The fitness center had good hours and a great pool.Rating:5
impressed with the hotelThe hotel was beautiful and accessible to where I needed to go to for this trip.Rating:5
Would Love to Return! Our room was wonderful! The view of Boston and the Charles River was something that will never be forgotten. The bed was soooo plush and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Travelers tip on local attractionsGo on the Duck Tour--it is so much fun!!! If it is baseball season, go to Fenway Park to see the Red Sox!!!--GO SOXRating:5
Great stay.Within walking distance to Fenway, will use next time we go to a gameRating:5
Fantastic Location, Great ViewsWonderful hotel. We were lucky and got a room on one of the top floors, and the view of the city was spectacular!Rating:5
Exceeded our expectations. The hotel exceeded our expectations, esp considering how busy it was (Red Sox game and Kennedy funeral). All staff that we encountered were professional, helpful and welcoming.Rating:3
Good locationThe location is good and the view is noce, too! Very convenient wherever you want to go. Free wirless internet and computers in the lobby are also a great plus. The fee for in room Internet is acceptable, so if you want to use internet at your room its also an option. However, my room looks old and I think the carpet should be cleaner.Rating:5
Great location for visitors to BostonThis was a hotel I enjoyed coming back to at each days end. The beds were comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. If you are interested in taking a city bus tour, you are in luck as 2 companies have stops in front of the hotel. Convenient to great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.Rating:4
Beautiful HotelThe hotel is in a great location if you are planning on going to a game at Fenway Park. It is beautifully decorated. The front desk staff were very friendly. The only complaint that I had was actually with the room ... when my children pulled back the sheets to get into bed there was a toe nail clipping in bed and there was a smudge of chocolate on the bottom sheet. Other than that I thought the hotel was lovely.Rating:5
loved it !!!Perfect location. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed.Rating:4
Stay in BostonThis hotel has a great location, with shopping and dining in easy reach. Check-in was quick and staff was friendly. Housekeeping staff was terrific! Parking prices are outrageous, though, and I moved my car after the first day. Guests should be given some kind of a break on parking.Rating:3
not is secure for abroad peopleIs close to Manhatan, almost 10 minutes by subway, but the neighbour looks dirty and not is secure for abroad people. Is close to two Subway stations, both look realy dirtyRating:5
Nice hotel but a little pricey...We stayed one nite to visit the city since my daughter is going to school close by. We wanted to stay someplace "centralized" so I chose this hotel. The hotel was quite nice, comfortable rooms, nice decor, etc. As there was no where close by for breakfast we ate at the hotel..WAY overpriced for the average joe...parking is very pricey too...recommend self-parking which is attached to the hotel anyway--its a little cheaper and somewhere else for breakfast!Rating:5
Home in BostonIf you want a place to call home in Boston, this is it. It is close to all of Bostons attractions. I especially liked that you can easily walk to Fenway Park.Rating:5
A great place to stay!Weve stayed at this hotel several times and keep going back. The rates are more than competitive, the rooms more than adequate (theyve recently renovated some areas), the amenities are good (except they really do need to renovate and update the fitness center), and the location cant be beat -- its near T stations and is literally connected to the Copley Square shopping mall, which is fabulous. Parking is a bit pricey, but theres a garage down the street for half the price if you dont have a ton of luggage.
Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stayTake advantage of the location!! The hotel is easily accessible from the Mass Pike.Rating:5
The best! Fantastic location!Went to Boston to visit colleges with my son this summer. This hotel is perfectly situated for Northeastern and BU, both just a short walk away. Also, connected to a great shopping center with several dept stores and great restaurants. This was a huge bonus! Never had to go outside if we didnt want to- just walk across the second floor hallway. Room very comfortable and much more stylish than I expected for a Sheraton. Couldnt have asked for more!Walk a few blocks to great Newberry St shops and cafes too.
Travelers tip on saving a few bucksThe breakfast buffet in hotel is pretty pricey, over 20 dollars a head .. walk over to the shopping area for several light breakfast dining spots and save LOTS!Rating:4
BostonNice Hotel to visit area. Good location to Fenway, Boston Museum of Arts. Second floor mall and plenty of places to eat. Staff was very friendly.Rating:4
Good price for such convenient locationWe stayed there for July 4th weekend. The hotel is within walking distance to Charles River to watch the firework.Rating:3
Great for the Fourth of JulyWas a great place to be for the 4th of July fireworks. Walking there was nice. Check air conditioner, check what you can see outside your windows if you have children. Make sure the faucets are on and working.Rating:4
This is a best bet in Bostoni stayed at the Sheraton Back bay in Boston over the 4th of July weekend. The staff was so helpful w/ maps and directions and printouts for the local activities. it helped to maximize my stay. The only drawback was that there was no room safe so i had to hold on to all valuables.
Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stayCheck with the conscierge.Rating:5
Great location! This hotel was adjacent to several malls, a Dunkin Donuts right downstairs was awesome! The hotel was under rennovation, but no noise noticable...also Staff Rocked! Just ask and u receive!
Travelers tip on recreational activitiesThe Duck Tour is a Must! It gives u an overview of Boston in a compact tour...Rating:5
Great weekend getaway. My son and I traveled to Boston for a summer music camp. This was our first trip to Boston. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a mini-suite with an incredible view of the river. The room was spacious and newly updated. The concierge was very helpful and all of their advice was right on, from restaurants to best ways to get around, depending on where you were going. This hotel is in a great location, everything is within walking distance.Rating:5
Great ExperienceGreat hotel. Theyre remodeling the North Tower but the South Tower is in great shape still. My daughter was with me and she really enjoyed an evening in the pool after running around Boston all day.
