. On the morning of check out, there was an elevator malfunction which caused the fire alarms to go off and the hotel had to be evacuated.A major inconvenience We were delayed check in for an hour which was an inconvenience since I had dinner reservations that couldn’t be altered.

. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Dallas. The service was great, the staff was courteous and helpful and the entire facility was clean and well kept.Great stay I foiund everything about the Sheraton to be high quality and beyond my expectations.

. For some reason, they were always confused. The only snag in our stay was when we were dealing with the front desk. I would only go to breakfast if you plan on eating a lot. The breakfast buffet was nice, and for the price it should be. (The bedroom doesn’t allow for much walking, but the living area was fine for us and two kids. We thought the room was clean and appropriately sized for a suite. After approximately 20 minutes of waiting, the front desk was able to accommodate our reservation. We had reserved two double beds, but for some reason one king was reserved.Great Suite Hotel after checkin We checked into the hotel for Labor Day weekend.

. it exceeded my expectaions and was well worth the $20. i felt like i was in a rainforest. Travelers tip on local attractions the dallas world aquarium was unbelievable. They even provide the morning newspaper right outside your door. if you get the room with the living room sleeper it is also very comfotable to sleep on. one in the living room and one in the bedroom. it had 2 flat screens. The room had the most amazing bed with a down comforter and plenty of pillows. It is exactly 2 miles away from downtown.AAAMMMAAAZZZIIIIINNNGGG!!!!!!!! I recommend this hotel to everyone.

=). It was a good stay for us. The restaurant food was very good, and their staff was very accommodating. The shuttle service to locations within 5 miles was very convenient. The bed was awesome one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. There was some musty smell in parts of the Hotel as well.Awesome bed!!! Other than carpeting stains, which bother me, the Hotel was beautiful.

. We dropped about $20 for 2 small glasses. The overall stay was great, but I would not recommend room service for your kids who want chocolate milk at 10:00 PM. The kids loved that they offer both an indoor and an outdoor pool. It was a family friendly hotel and the employees were all exceptional. I would recommend the hotel to individuals who want comfort and cleanliness without excessive expense.Very friendly service Will go back again.

. When I checked out 7 hrs later the day shift were more professional and pleasant.So so I checked in very late due to delayed flights, the night staff were not very friendly.

The amenities were more then expected. Our view was of Downtown Dallas (from a distance of course) and the night lights made for excellent ambiance. An individual balcony in each room. A bed so comfortable you feel completely relaxed and refreshed after waking. Two, yep I said two 32 inch wide screen HD TV’s in the room (1 in living area, 1 in bedroom). It was large, clean, very comfortable work area. Is even romantic too~~ :) I had chance to stay here for 5 days and I have to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our room.Very nice and cozy.

. We got a very good deal on the suite price by booking through Expedia. The restaurant is good for breakfast, but we were not impressed by their dinner food. The hotel has a nice pool and gym.I would definitely recommend this hotel Our suite was very clean and equipped with everything you might need - from the ironing board to the microwave and coffee machine.

Great Hotel! If you want to travel in style and comfort this is the place to be!. Transportation from the hotel and back is very convenient and reliable. Room service was fast and the food was good. Staff was friendly, helpful, and very accomodating. Their standard rooms are all suites and they ooze elegance and comfort. I got a great price through Expedia and it was by far one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.Pure Comfort I would recommend this hotel to any one traveling to the Dallas area.

. Cheap rate when we booked it, but it ended up not being a very good deal after all. And no, I did not leave the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, although they kept assuming that must be the issue. And then when I called the front desk to at least bring up some clean towels, they never apologized and treated me very condescendingly. After the second night, we specifically asked at the front desk to make sure they cleaned the room, but it didn’t happen. But, we stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned once. When you oped the door to the bedroom it touch the bed. The rooms were to small to be considered a suite.Not what we expected This hotel is in a nice general location and lobby is very nice.

. We really enjoyed the restaurant and bar staff too, very friendly! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or leisure in Dallas. They even provide their own pick-up bags which was great. They have a lot of grass and open space surrounding the hotel which makes traveling with pets very easy. I travel often so I bring my pets everywhere and this hotel was fantastic! They treated us like nomral guests and didn’t place us on an isolated pet floor where all of the rooms have that strange odor. Most hotels charge a non-refundable fee per pet which is quite expensive. The pet deposit is refunded upon check out if the room is in good condidtion. They are hands-down the most pet friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. The best things about this hotel are its location, the low hotel rates, and their pet policy. Everything has been upgraded, the decor is very nice. It is not the standard Sheraton. Better than expected This hotel was recently renovated and is very nice...Great rate, Pet friendly.

When we got back to the hotel the evening of the 2nd day and the room still had not been cleaned and we called down to the desk the people that we spoke to did not even apologize.Didn’t clean room during stay The hotel is nice and well furnished but our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay despite asking at the desk in the morning of the second day to make sure that it was going to be cleaned that day.
