DisappointedOur screened door had a large holes in it so that you werent able to leave the door open. Also, the bottom sheets on our queen sized bed were either twin or double sized. The bottom sheet didnt cover the bottom of the mattress. The last 6-8 inches of the mattress at the foot of the bed was bare and it was very uncomfortable.Rating:3
Good valueThe hotel offers a great view of Siletz Bay. Theres an elevator for the convenience of all guests. My elderly mother appreciates that and enjoys the continental breakfast, especially the waffles and abundant coffee. Upon arrival, there were no hand towels or wash cloths or tissue in the room. There was a broken cover on one of the electrical outlets. These things were quickly taken care of. The lighting in the room is dim with low wattage bulbs used throughout. For older people that might be a problem. But, overall, a good value and we enjoyed our stay.
Travelers tip on diningThe crab melt sandwiches at Kyllos are a favorite and a must for any visit to Lincoln City.Rating:5
Nice view of the bayThe view was great looking out to the bay and the location was close to the shopping outlet and not too far from the casino.Rating:4
We will go back to this hotel! We really enjoyed our stay at Siletz Bay Lodge! We found their room to be clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed their breakfast every morning! The waffels were great! The staff was friendly and knowledgable about the area. The fresh baked cookies everyday were also a great way to end the perfect day on the beach. For those of you with children the bay is a great safe place for them to play and it is only a short walk along the bay to the ocean if you want to experience the waves of the ocean. Mos Resturant is right next door with great views of the bay! Make sure you have a bowl of Mos famous clam chowder. Siletz bay is a great place to allow your little ones to play without the worry of large waves dragging them out to sea. Also plan for cold weather, the weather changes quickly and can catch you off guard.Rating:4
Bring your own pillows! This hotel overlooks the beautiful Siletz Bay. The water was clean and calm, the sandy beach behind the hotel quick and easy to access. The hotel was clean, and the hospitality from the front desk staff made us feel very welcome. The room had a beautiful view of the Bay, we could watch the birds in the morning, and hear the ocean crashing on the beach off in the distance. This hotel is located on the south end of Lincoln City, and it took less than a half hour to go to Newport where we spent most of our time. The only thing I diddnt like about this hotel was the pillows on the bed were as flat and comfortable as sleeping on a rock pancake. I would reccomend bringing pillows if you want the most comfortable night sleep.

Great value, great locationWe came stayed here for the sandcastle competition. The room was clean, and staff nice. It was the perfect location. Beautiful view of the bay outside our window, sandcastle competition was on this beach. We saw people fishing for crab, seals laying out on the rocks, and walked the beach finding a great assortment of rocks and shells. We appreciated clean accomodations for this value.
Travelers tipClose the window before morning or the smoke from the previous nights beach fires will overtake the room.Rating:5
Great location & a great staffThe staff was very accommodating and also provided us with numerous restaurant recommendations. This hotel is in a great location, right on the bay, and with beautiful views.Rating:4
Friendly, helpful serviceOur Thanksgiving 3-day stay at the Siletz Bay Lodge was very satisfactory. The desk help was very friendly and quite helpful. The view was lovely, the room clean. They do not have their own wireless internet, but we were able to connect to a nearby hotels service in our rooms. Overall, it was a good stay. The price was reasonable. We would stay there again.Rating:5
Great View of the BayGreat view of the bay with a lot of wildlife and the ocean in the background. Able to step onto the beach from the motel for long walks. A couple of places to eat within one block walking distance.Rating:5
Beautiful & convenientAmazing view - I think all rooms look out over water. They misplaced my crib request but were swift to bring us one. Friendly staff. Continental Breakfast & rentable movies in lobby. Mos restaurant right next door - good casual place after a travel day. Not serene but I was glad for a place my 16 month old could be a little loud & messy after being cooped up in the car. Wished we couldve stayed longer to enjoy area - looked like some quirky boutiquish shops and if bundled-up, walking along the uncrowded beach would be breathtaking.Rating:4
Definately would go back! The location was great for us, right on the Siletz Bay, perfect for wading out into shallower water for young kids, perfect for beachcombing at low tide. The room was clean and comfortable. The microwave & fridge were a plus. The room had a nice view of the bay and a nice sitting area with loveseat and coffee table. The contenental breakfast was good with choice of belgian waffle, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, juices, and coffee. I wish there were some protein and fruit choices though. I think it was a good value. Very reasonalbly priced. My only wish was that they had a pool or fitness room.Rating:4
Comfortable hotelOur two-night stay on the uppermost floor was pleasant, quiet and comfortable. A smallish deck/veranda overlooked the bay, and a view toward the ocean. Our double queen room was spacious and clean, though overdue for new carpeting. Continental breakfast was fine, though most food items came individually packaged, resulting in much trash that could be cut back via bulk offerings of cereals, etc. Hotel staff we encountered were pleasant and efficient. Recommended, and particularly a value for us at the deal we found for a ninety-nine rate before taxes.Rating:5
Will Go AgainVery pleasant staff, clean rooms with great bay view..good location. Breakfast was modest but all fresh and kept stocked. We will stay again our next trip.
Travelers tip on diningMake reservations at area resturants prior to your visit. Mos next door has great chowder and long lines. Kylos and Pier 101 also have long lines but worth the wait
