Reviews

. The last 6-8 inches of the mattress at the foot of the bed was bare and it was very uncomfortable. The bottom sheet didn’t cover the bottom of the mattress. Also, the bottom sheets on our queen sized bed were either twin or double sized.Disappointed Our screened door had a large holes in it so that you weren’t able to leave the door open.

. Travelers tip on dining The crab melt sandwiches at Kyllo’s are a favorite and a must for any visit to Lincoln City. But, overall, a good value and we enjoyed our stay. For older people that might be a problem. The lighting in the room is dim with low wattage bulbs used throughout. These things were quickly taken care of. There was a broken cover on one of the electrical outlets. Upon arrival, there were no hand towels or wash cloths or tissue in the room. My elderly mother appreciates that and enjoys the continental breakfast, especially the waffles and abundant coffee. There’s an elevator for the convenience of all guests.Good value The hotel offers a great view of Siletz Bay.

.Nice view of the bay The view was great looking out to the bay and the location was close to the shopping outlet and not too far from the casino.

. Also plan for cold weather, the weather changes quickly and can catch you off guard. Siletz bay is a great place to allow your little ones to play without the worry of large waves dragging them out to sea. Mo’s Resturant is right next door with great views of the bay! Make sure you have a bowl of Mo’s famous clam chowder. For those of you with children the bay is a great safe place for them to play and it is only a short walk along the bay to the ocean if you want to experience the waves of the ocean. The fresh baked cookies everyday were also a great way to end the perfect day on the beach. We really enjoyed their breakfast every morning! The waffels were great! The staff was friendly and knowledgable about the area.We will go back to this hotel! We really enjoyed our stay at Siletz Bay Lodge! We found their room to be clean and comfortable.

Travelers tip on local attractions Oregon Coast Aquarium Yaquina Beach and Lighthouse Sea Lion Caves Depoe Bay Historic Waterfront Bring or buy a kite for fun with kids!. I would reccomend bringing pillows if you want the most comfortable night sleep. The only thing I diddnt like about this hotel was the pillows on the bed were as flat and comfortable as sleeping on a rock pancake. This hotel is located on the south end of Lincoln City, and it took less than a half hour to go to Newport where we spent most of our time. The room had a beautiful view of the Bay, we could watch the birds in the morning, and hear the ocean crashing on the beach off in the distance. The hotel was clean, and the hospitality from the front desk staff made us feel very welcome. The water was clean and calm, the sandy beach behind the hotel quick and easy to access.Bring your own pillows! This hotel overlooks the beautiful Siletz Bay.

. Travelers tip Close the window before morning or the smoke from the previous nights beach fires will overtake the room. We appreciated clean accomodations for this value. We saw people fishing for crab, seals laying out on the rocks, and walked the beach finding a great assortment of rocks and shells. Beautiful view of the bay outside our window, sandcastle competition was on this beach. It was the perfect location. The room was clean, and staff nice.Great value, great location We came stayed here for the sandcastle competition.

. This hotel is in a great location, right on the bay, and with beautiful views.Great location & a great staff The staff was very accommodating and also provided us with numerous restaurant recommendations.

. We would stay there again. The price was reasonable. Overall, it was a good stay. They do not have their own wireless internet, but we were able to connect to a nearby hotel’s service in our rooms. The view was lovely, the room clean. The desk help was very friendly and quite helpful.Friendly, helpful service Our Thanksgiving 3-day stay at the Siletz Bay Lodge was very satisfactory.

. A couple of places to eat within one block walking distance. Able to step onto the beach from the motel for long walks.Great View of the Bay Great view of the bay with a lot of wildlife and the ocean in the background.

. Wished we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy area - looked like some quirky boutiquish shops and if bundled-up, walking along the uncrowded beach would be breathtaking. Not serene but I was glad for a place my 16 month old could be a little loud & messy after being cooped up in the car. Mo’s restaurant right next door - good casual place after a travel day. Continental Breakfast & rentable movies in lobby. Friendly staff. They misplaced my crib request but were swift to bring us one.Beautiful & convenient Amazing view - I think all rooms look out over water.

. My only wish was that they had a pool or fitness room. Very reasonalbly priced. I think it was a good value. I wish there were some protein and fruit choices though. The contenental breakfast was good with choice of belgian waffle, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, juices, and coffee. The room had a nice view of the bay and a nice sitting area with loveseat and coffee table. The microwave & fridge were a plus. The room was clean and comfortable.Definately would go back! The location was great for us, right on the Siletz Bay, perfect for wading out into shallower water for young kids, perfect for beachcombing at low tide.

. Recommended, and particularly a value for us at the deal we found for a ninety-nine rate before taxes. Hotel staff we encountered were pleasant and efficient. Continental breakfast was fine, though most food items came individually packaged, resulting in much trash that could be cut back via bulk offerings of cereals, etc. Our double queen room was spacious and clean, though overdue for new carpeting. A smallish deck/veranda overlooked the bay, and a view toward the ocean.Comfortable hotel Our two-night stay on the uppermost floor was pleasant, quiet and comfortable.

Kylo’s and Pier 101 also have long lines but worth the wait. Mo’s next door has great chowder and long lines. Travelers tip on dining Make reservations at area resturants prior to your visit. We will stay again our next trip. Breakfast was modest but all fresh and kept stocked.good location..Will Go Again Very pleasant staff, clean rooms with great bay view.
