Reviews

I will be back very friendly.

. Travelers tip on dining Johny Rockets is just around the corner, there’s also a Cheesecake factory, a Hooters and an all-you can-eat place named The Knife serving argentinian steaks. The bad side of the hotel was that the pool deck was under maintenance, but hopefully when you go the pool will be in service. The location is great, withing walking distance from Coco Walk, a shopping place, with lots of places for food and drinks.Sonesta at Coconut Grove: great value We stayed 3 nights at the sonesta.

. the room looked like a college dorm room. This should not be considered a 4-star hotel! The price was too high and the room accommodations were disappointing.

The staff was very helpful. There are great places to eat nearby.View of the Bay was excellant. The rooms are great.20 minutes drive from Miami.Very nice stay Nice hotel.

Good Hotel for the price good price, close to shops and restaurants, but far from Miami beach Travelers tip on dining Good food at the Jaguar Restaurant in Cocowalk shop area.

Walking distance to almost anything. Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay Great location. Can’t wait to go back Great all round service.

The Sonesta Bayfront Hotel Coconut Grove is my second home!. I am no stranger to this hotel and I look forward to staying here again. The room was very clean and neat, and the staff was also very friendly. The bed was comfortable. I was upgraded to a deluxe room with a kitchen and a balcony and that just made my vacation right there.Very Impressive!!! This is the 3rd or 4th time i’ve stayed at the Sonesta Bayfront Hotel in Coconut Grove, and this hotel continues to amaze me with each stay/visit.

......They make you feel they really care! Travelers tip on local attractions Walk around and enjoy...make you feel at home! We where there for a week and because of the influenza A N1H1, we had to stay 2 weeks.....Really a nice place to stay Excelent Location, good breakfast, nice view, very good staff.

Sony Nice Location Little Pricey Parking Expensive.

Love the place. Can’t wait to go back Had a great stay.

. Lots of dining in this area. Fantastic ceviches, great pisco sours, and interesting entres. Travelers tip on dining Try the Jaguar restaurant in the Cocowalk area, just about a block from the hotel. I asked for a quiet room away from the noise of Cocowalk, and it was perfect. Our room was excellent (deluxe city view), roomy with a nice-slized balcony that had a wonderful view of the city and the Key Biscayne marina. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful, decorated in a contemporary style.Beautiful hotel, great location Had an excellent stay.

. Plasma screens in every room and the staff is great. Grove, Very Clean and worth the stay.Sonesta Located in the heart of C.

. The room was in excellent condition very clean the service was great also. The only problem is the hotel’s restaurant food is all from Peru. Shopping centers around you can walk to.Great Hotel My stay at the Sonesta was wonderful, beautiful bay view.

.m. It is worth the extra dollar to reserve a bay view-Cocowalk’s DJ’s are not playing the local club scene because they are not ready for prime time-yet able to play their "mixes" until 3:00 a. Perfect for the business traveler seeking a bit more, but less so for the tourist seeking pampering (or directions to the best beaches and restaurants!) Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay The other reviewers are correct.m; and the business center automated and self serve. However, the front desk staff found it difficult to give the most simple travel directions or club and restaurant recommendations; the pool is quite small and often crowded by 10:00 a. It is well located, elegant and clean.Either Or, Neither Nor The Sonesta is a condo-hotel but it is less hotel than a condo.

Overall, I look forward to staying at the Sonesta Bayfront Hotel in the near future and the Sonesta Bayfront is definetly the best kept secret!. She gave me a hard time with an issue that I had concerning the parking there, but the issue was resolved and taken cared of by another staff member.SWEET! My second trip here was also a good one however, I did have a problem with one of the staff memebers at the front desk...... I was even upgraded to a Deluxe room. The staff was very friendly and also catered to my needs, and saw to it that everything was to my liking. It was an experience to remember. I’ll never forget the first time I stayed here. My home away from home. I have had the privelege and honor of staying at the Sonesta Bayfront Hotel twice now, and let’s just say that it is my second home.My Second Home! The first time I stayed at this hotel, I neglected to comment on my stay here, so I will comment on it now.

I believe it should be the Management who should have their brains desinfected ! Don’t stay in this hotel for holidays. If you are a smoker and smoke in the room, you will have to sign a document agreeing to pay of $250 for "desinfection". Tiny pool on the 8th floor (if your stay is for holidays, forget it) beside a tiny restaurant and a bar which hardly can serve 5 people ! The normal rooms are tiny (forget it if you are two) and I had to up-grade to a larger one. Decoration try to be Art Deco, but hall ways look like a hospital.Overated Hotel Overated hotel, does not deserve its 4 stars.

This was a gift for honeymooners and they loved it! My friends loved their one night stay! They were very impressed with the hotel!.

. I can definitely recommend... The only downsides are the lack of free parking close by which i gather is normal.Great place to stay in the Grove Friendly staff, excellent rooms, view and facilities.

Great hotel and a minutes walk to coconut grove It has just enough of everything for a stay Travelers tip on dining Everything you need is in walking distance at coconut grove less than a minute and on weekends the pool is taken over by famed niki beach.

. Nice restaurant if you dont feel like going out or nice for breakfast as well. It is trendy to a point. People know you, very convinient and fast valet parking. I like this hotel , specially at the summer rates, it is very well located for me, you dont feel like you are in a huge hotel, you get to your room very fast.Great value, great location.

GOOD HOTEL,BAD POOL SERVICE THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE,MY POOL EXPERINCE WAS THE WORST,THE LOUNGES WERE ALWAYS WET,NO ONE AT THE POOL,NO BAR SERVICE,YOU HAD TO HOPE THERE WERE DRY TOWELS,MY ROOM WAS VERY NICE,THE BATHROOM SINK BACKED-UP,THE SINK WAS CRACKED,.

.Very nice Hotel!!! Parking is too expensive.

. Bice in cocowalk was good. If youre looking for more to do- id stay over in south beach, though. ?the name-good food and coffee.for breakfast there was a great little french rest. girls-make sure youre a size 1!because thats all the sizes the stores have! Travelers tip on local attractions Vizcaya is a must- we should have gone to biscayne bay though! Monty’s on the water for happy hour- great raw bar and drinks w music. lots of very expensive shops. cocowalk-just like any other outside mall. hotel was clean, and close to everything.00/day parking! ther eis a parking lot across the street , but by the time you get there you just want to get to your room. make sure you are aware of the 25. the staff at the front desk was not to friendly though. try to get a room not facing the ’coco walk", we had to sleep w the tv on bec the ’boom boom ’beat of the club was heard.Nice hotel the hotel itself was very contemporary=nice art work.

. We could hear the music from our city view room on the 11th floor, it didn’t keep us awake but it might bother some. Travelers tip on nightlife There is an abundance of nightlife that goes on into the wee hours of the morning. We plan to stay there again. We walked around all the little shops; every thing is very close. Room service was great and so was breakfast upstairs. The room was small but the king bed was great and the bathroom was more than ample. Will be back, great location We had a wonderful visit, there is a fabulous restaurant and pool area on the 8th floor overlooking the bay and marina and the hotel is in the heart of Coconut Grove.

Sonesta,Coconut Grove 100% Awesome Place To Stay,We Almost Didnt Want To Leave The Hotel! Highly Recommended! Travelers tip Rental Car Is Must.
