The bad side of the hotel was that the pool deck was under maintenance, but hopefully when you go the pool will be in service. The location is great, withing walking distance from Coco Walk, a shopping place, with lots of places for food and drinks.Sonesta at Coconut Grove: great value We stayed 3 nights at the sonesta.

The Sonesta Bayfront Hotel Coconut Grove is my second home!. I am no stranger to this hotel and I look forward to staying here again. The room was very clean and neat, and the staff was also very friendly. The bed was comfortable. I was upgraded to a deluxe room with a kitchen and a balcony and that just made my vacation right there.Very Impressive!!! This is the 3rd or 4th time i’ve stayed at the Sonesta Bayfront Hotel in Coconut Grove, and this hotel continues to amaze me with each stay/visit.

Travelers tip on dining Try the Jaguar restaurant in the Cocowalk area, just about a block from the hotel. I asked for a quiet room away from the noise of Cocowalk, and it was perfect. Our room was excellent (deluxe city view), roomy with a nice-slized balcony that had a wonderful view of the city and the Key Biscayne marina. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful, decorated in a contemporary style.Beautiful hotel, great location Had an excellent stay.

I believe it should be the Management who should have their brains desinfected ! Don’t stay in this hotel for holidays. If you are a smoker and smoke in the room, you will have to sign a document agreeing to pay of $250 for "desinfection". Tiny pool on the 8th floor (if your stay is for holidays, forget it) beside a tiny restaurant and a bar which hardly can serve 5 people ! The normal rooms are tiny (forget it if you are two) and I had to up-grade to a larger one. Decoration try to be Art Deco, but hall ways look like a hospital.Overated Hotel Overated hotel, does not deserve its 4 stars.

This was a gift for honeymooners and they loved it! My friends loved their one night stay! They were very impressed with the hotel!.

. Nice restaurant if you dont feel like going out or nice for breakfast as well. It is trendy to a point. People know you, very convinient and fast valet parking. I like this hotel , specially at the summer rates, it is very well located for me, you dont feel like you are in a huge hotel, you get to your room very fast.Great value, great location.

If youre looking for more to do- id stay over in south beach, though. ?the name-good food and coffee.for breakfast there was a great little french rest. girls-make sure youre a size 1!because thats all the sizes the stores have! . We could hear the music from our city view room on the 11th floor, it didn’t keep us awake but it might bother some. Travelers tip on nightlife There is an abundance of nightlife that goes on into the wee hours of the morning. We plan to stay there again. We walked around all the little shops; every thing is very close. Room service was great and so was breakfast upstairs. The room was small but the king bed was great and the bathroom was more than ample.Will be back, great location We had a wonderful visit, there is a fabulous restaurant and pool area on the 8th floor overlooking the bay and marina and the hotel is in the heart of Coconut Grove.
