Reviews

. I’d go back. Everything else was very nice. The other one did. The only thing that didn’t work so well was one of our magnetic strip keys didn’t work the greatest. The room was great and we enjoyed the pool.Overall impression The location is very convenient to Provo and BYU.

. The rooms need some repair.Nothing special even for super 8 Service was descent.

.Good value The hotel lost hot water the first morning I was there, so the cold shower was a little unexpectedly "eye-opening"! Otherwise, they’re a very curteous staff, and while not fancy, a good value for a quick stay convenient to BYU.

. Very pleasant staff. It’s an older hotel in need of remodeling and refreshing, but they do the best with what they have, and you can’t beat the price and convenience to BYU. The room was clean and comfortable overall.Good value, nothing fancy The outside facing rooms are a little drafty in winter.

. There were pluses: complimentary breakfast, cookies at night, and close to a few fast food places for munchies. Also, there were quite a few teenagers staying in the motel the same time as us, and the motel staff did nothing to quiet them down (the teenagers ran around yelling until 3 AM). I had a room right by the pool, and heard a buzzing from the pool 24/7.So-so Stay The check-in time was unbearably long (perhaps they are short-staffed).

. Could use better bed’s Breakfast was ok.I think this is a good hotel for the money.Good for price Had a very good stay.

. we made our own bed with the full size sheets they brought up to us.m. So at 11 p. It had not been changed. When we turned the sheets down, there was a great big pee stain on the bottom sheet. not real comfy. There were no roll aways available or other rooms, so one of us slept on the floor. When we checked in ( i booked a room with 2 queens, as there were 4 of us) we got a room with 1 king bed.Disappointed i chose this hotel because I’ve stayed in Super 8 before and it was very nice and clean and friendly.

.Close to BYU stadium Room smelled of smoke.

. I saw several staff bustleing about keeping everything clean and stocked, and they actually had a few small dining tables in an actual dinning area. The breakfast was simple cerial dispencers and oatmeal packets, but they also had waffle makers with a batter dispencer yum. It was actually a little nicer than I expected (having been in my local super 8, eww) it was nice and clean, the beds were comfey, the shower was clean and working well, check in and check out were very fast and easy.A good night’s sleep Me and my husband stopped here on our way out to Vegas, one of the cheapest options.

I called the front desk from my cellphone and had one of the front desk people walk out and escort me back inside, which they were more than happy to do! As a woman by yourself, just play it safe!. When I went to the pool area at 9pm (dark outside), I felt uncomfortable leaving the area because it is not attached to the building, it is in a separate building. Travelers tip I was traveling alone- female by myself. For the money, you can’t beat it and there was even a USA today outside my door in the morning. This was to be expected though. I have stayed in nicer, more expensive places that did not have those! The room was clean and VERY large, but the decor was dated. I was very surprised to find cookies when I checked in along with a free continental breakfast and a full pool and whirlpool with a small workout facility. This was one of the few lesser expensive in the area and was trying to cut corners with cost. For the calibur of hotel this is, this is a very nice place! I stayed here for work and wasn’t sure what to expect for a Super 8 motel.

. Blood on the bedspread. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Holes in bathroom door, patched bathtub.Disappointed Bathroom was not completely clean.

well nasty! Travelers tip on saving a few bucks Not worth the $$$ you save to stay at this hotel... There was mold in the shower and the hot tub an swiming pool was. It felt as if there was a dampness to it.Nasty The carpet was gross.

. The continental breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.Great Service The hotel was clean and confortable.

. Travelers tip on local attractions You don’t have to fight the trafic before or after the game. Easy walking distance, half a block, from BYU Stadium.Good hotel for the price, closest to BYU Football stadium Not as nice as other Hotels in area, but you can’t beat the location.

. I would stay there again.Liked It This hotel is very near BYU, very convenient and clean.

. Breakfast was pretty good.Good enough It’s getting a little rundown but overall just fine.

. And get to the breakfast room early or you have to wait a long time as parents make individual breakfasts for each child. Travelers tip for business travelers Request a 2nd floor room and get to the breakfast room early-The weekend was quiet but Monday a lot of families checked in and the noise level from children above us jumping off beds and running up and down the halls squealing caused a night of lost sleep. We will have to return to Provo this year and definitely plan on staying here agin. The staff was attentive-warm and professional-All of our needs and requests were handled promptly and to our satisfaction. The fitness room and internet access in the business room were a huge plus, also. The breakfast each morning was a time and money saving feature-the selection was great, everything was fresh and the waffles were a definite highlight! We appreciated being able to wash clothes on-site in the clean and well-maintained laundry room. Everything was clean and well-cared for.Exceeded our expectations The facilities, amenities and customer service far exceeded our expectations for a 2-star motel.

The hotel smells strongly of Pinesol, but there are other things that would smell worse! The pool was nice for the kids. The hotel staff worked well with us to get us an ajoining room with our teenagers. The breakfast is OK, waffles are a nice plus. The walls are a little thin, and it’s noisier on the weekends.Good choice for a budget hotel We have stayed here before.

. also it has a jacuzzi! who’d a thunk it for a budget hotel? continental breakfast was slightly sub-par with only fruit and cold cereal, otherwise would have given it 5 out of 5. My room was unusually large, with a full-size 3-seater sofa and a decent-sized mini fridge and freezer.Surprising amenities for the price i just chose this hotel for its location across the street from the university and low price and was pleasantly surprised by its amenities.
