. Travelers tip on dining Breakfast 4 blocks away at the Egg Works on Flamingo. We loved it and we will be back. Nice pool and rec room area. The room is a nice condo with a living room/dining room, full kitchen, bathroom and one or two bedrooms with walk-in closets. The Las Vegas crowds aren’t here yet.A condo for a hotel room price This time share is in a brand new section of Las Vegas, walking distance from tons of shopping and nice restaurants.

. Travelers tip on recreational activities Red Rock Canyon is a great place to visit. There were several eating places very close. The location was far enough away from the strip to be quiet and was a close enough to enjoy the sights of Vegas.Great Place to Stay The room was nice and clean and the bed was so comfortable.

. Absolutely recommend Cliffs at Peace Canyon! Cliffs at Peace Canyon is very family oriented - would definately bring my family there again.Singing Praises Upon arrival was pleasantly surprised - the office personnel were friendly and helpful, the resort is beautiful and quiet with many ammenities, and the condo was nicely furnished with a fully equiped kitchen, living and dining room, bedroom and bath plus full laundry facilities.

Travelers tip on local attractions Close to Red Rock Park. Would stay again and recommend to anyone. Morning coffee is in the lobby along with a nice pool and hot tub for leisure. We have a 5,3 and 1 year old and slept comfortably. We needed a nice clean inexpensive 2 bedroom condo with all the amenities of a hotel yet a low rate. Great place to stay off the strip. Our family of 5 loved the 2 bedroom condo.

But after notifing someone they did come and spray! Overall the place is great!...However the only problem we had is the ants that swarm the hotel, you couldn’t put a drink down for 2 mins without a swarm of ants all over it....The Cliffs The Cliffs is a great place to stay, it’s quiet and 8 miles away from the strip.

. Wonderful BBQ area where you could have a party for a group. Plenty of kitchen space to cook. An easy way to save money would be to take their shuttles to the strip and to local grocery stores. It is a condo, and it was easy to keep organized because the closet space was more than I ever expected. Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay They send in housekeeping after 3 days, so plan for that. Everyone wants to take another trip to the Cliffs. The prices are more than reasonable for what we got. It was great having a place to go away from the noise of the strip. I have always stayed on the strip before, but chose The Cliffs because we were traveling with a large group, including small children. We didn’t try any of them because we were spending a lot of time at the pool relaxing. It was quiet, comfortable, family friendly, clean, beautiful, and they had many activities for the guests.WOW Wonderful! This was the best place I have ever stayed in LV.

. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. The provider for the hotel had a problem and there was NO service for 2 days. Only problem was being a businessman I must have internet service.Away from the crowd This is a nice place and its away from the hussle & bussle of the Strip.

I would stay again in a heartbeat!. Close enough to the strip if that is your thing (and they have a free shuttle) and close to the red canyons.Beautiful! Away from the noise and crowds of the strip, this hotel is a very nice condo - with full kitchen, living room etc.

Excellent value.Great value Everything you need to feel at home.

. In short a hassle-free stay. Everything in the unit worked, people were nice,low-key.Everything was great The location of the Cliffs was perfect for us; golf nearby, convenient access to Vegas yet not in downtown.

Travelers tip on local attractions Exciting. When I visit again I will book The Cliffs Outstanding all around.

Will return!. Nice, clean, spacious, good pool and jacuzzi area, and really inexpensive! Also well located for Red Rocks, although if you want to go to the strip I believe they have a shuttle. I was in a one bedroom condo, which is huge, with full kitchen, sofa bed in living room, and TV in both living and bedrooms.Great value This was my second stay at the Cliffs; I was in Vegas to rock climb at Red Rocks.

. This was the only uncomfortable part of the stay. They are fairly persistent about getting you to attend but are polite if you say no. presentation on their other properties.even laundry detergent! We’ve already promised that if we end up in Las Vegas again, we’re staying here! Keep in mind, this is a time-share property, so you will be asked to attend a 90 min... The place pretty much had everything you would need. The beds were comfortable.QUIET My family and I (2-adults 2-pre-teen children 1-teen)rented a 2-bedroom unit and were amazed at the amount of room for all of us! The condo was well kept and maintained...Much preferred over the Strip.

. Will definitely stay if in the area again. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The location was nice and it was great being off the strip.Great place to stay Everything was great! We had an one bedroom condo that was perfect for our family.

. We had a great worry free week-end here. It was located close to shopping and restaurants and less than 10 miles from the strip. The property had a pool, spa, work out room and grills for cooking. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. There was a washer and dryer right in the unit. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a fully equipped kitchen.Everything you needed in one place.

Too much to see and do!. We had a rental car - I wouldn’t be without one here. A nice couple walking got us back on track. Our GPS took us to a dead end in the middle of nowhere. (You can see the Stratoshpere from the balcony)We had a bit of trouble finding the resort from the airport. The strip was only a 8 minute drive. Plus great specialty shops.Kohl’s, Target, Albertson’s, ect. Great affordable shopping nearby. The pool area was great! Albertson’s (close by) has a great fresh seafood department - try a lobster on the pool area grill! Honestly, I know it is hard to know where to stay - I am particular - it was perfect! There were 6 of us from age 23-50 we all agree - we will go back! We felt staying off the strip but close was a great decision due to the cost. Best memory: My 25 year old son told me he loved waking up to the smell of breafast! Can’t get that in a hotel! Morning on the private balcony overlooking the lovely resort was so peaceful. It was nice cooking breakfast in the kitchenthat overlooked the awesome mountain behind the resort. We had a two bed/two bath-appreciated the seperate living spaces. Please trust me when I say - Stay at the Cliff’s! I can’t imagine what more you could want! Beautiful views! Friendly hotel staff! Clean comfortable nicely decorated rooms.

. I will book this hotel for the next trip. Will definitely go back Relax and quite! No need to go out and eat unhealthy food as I was able to cook my own meal and brew gormet coffee.

. Nice place if you don’t want to deal with the crowds on the Strip. Nice pool. They have a shuttle service to the strip. Don’t look for any free meals but there’s several restaurants around, but to far to walk to.Nice place but far off the Strip These units are kept up pretty decently.

. Nice pool and spa. We loved the 2 bed condo feel compared to a hotel room.Very Satisfied We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and quiet away from all the hubbub of the strip, but not too far.

especially your pricing Close to churches and restaurants....Cliffa at Peace Canyon Las Vegas Very impressed.

Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay This was a great place to stay for the money! Spacious and comfortable!. The overall grounds were beautiful, we enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi quite a bit. We were there for a soccer tournament so it was great to have spacious rooms, a kitchen, washer & dryer. We’d go back again and stay longer This was a perfect place to stay for our family.

. 20 minute drive to the strip. Surrounded by family friendly dining and shopping. Travelers tip on dining 20 minute drive to the major soccer complexes in Vegas. (Our boys are Seniors) This was an extreme bargain and is perfect for sport teams.I am just sad that we found the Cliffs on our last team trip to Vegas. While I enjoyed the work out room & the use of the computers. The boys enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub and the pool table. Also, to have the ability to wash the uniforms in our suite was awesome. We were traveling with a sport team and it was so nice to have the space for 4 kids + 2 adults to sleep comfortably. The sofa in the living area pulled out to a queen bed. In all there were 3 TVs and a DVD player, plus a boom box for our use. The kids slept in the bedrm with bath on one end, and the parents slept on the other end in a master with a HUGE bath and walk in closet. Our "room" was a 1200 foot 2 bed, 2 bath condo with a full kitchen with a full sized fridge, a gorgeous dining area, and a split master plan.Fabulous for Families & Teams We were completely astonished at this fabulous hotel.

this is the place to stay!... within 15 mins, you’re there! It was a great getaway! WE enjoyed the little time we spent there! Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay For 3 or more nights and accommodations for 6... The fwy was easily accessible to get to the strip. The 2 rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean! The walk-in closet was a plus! Too bad we only stayed for 2 nights! Would highly recommend to families with children and are non-smokers...Great for getaways! The Resort / Hotel was beyond our expectation! The weekend price we paid for was a great deal! Away from the strip so it was affordable.

. RESERVATION WAS MADE AT THE LAST MINUTE & IT WAS NICER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE, BUT THE PRICE SURE JUMPS UP ON THE WKENDS.GREAT VALUE IMPRESSED W/ACCOMDATIONS.
