Reviews

. I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was attentive to an amazing degree, and they accomodated every request I made with speed and attention to detail. Louis, and the Ritz-Carlton became my refuge.Oasis of Peace and Comfort I had a difficult series of meetings to attend in St.

A treat!. Louis Excellent, convenient centrally located. The place to stay in St.

Unbelievably Perfect I’d recommend this hotel, it was the best hotel stay I’ve had in a LONG time.

Louis and the Ritz Carlton in Clayton is consistently the best!. Louis I have stayed in a variety of hotels in St.Top of the heap in St.

.Not satisfied Service was bad, the spa was ridiculously terrible.

.Great location and service Everything was great.

. Travelers tip for business travelers Bring an extension cord & power strip so you have a place to plug in and charge your computer, cell phone, ipod, etc. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. And why are there no accessible plug-ins for your laptop and phone charger? I had to move and crawl under the desk to find an outlet.Needs updating The rooms need updating.

.Great hotel Loved it.

wonderful hotel in outstanding area!...Most fabulous hotel! Amazing and Fabulous as always.

The bed was very comfortable!! Travelers tip on dining Loved the restaurant and cigar bar!. the balcony view was lovely. Will return soon This was the swankest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time.

:(. The lobby smelled of cigar smoke the entire weekend we were there.Too much smoke Lovely room and great service from the staff.

If you want to splurge get a massage and ask for George!. Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay The Fitness center is wonderful! As a guest you can work out, take a sauna and steam and swim in the indoor pool and no additional cost. It is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting anyone at Washington University. The fitness is state of the art. The sushi bar in the lobby is wonderful and the brunch on Easter Sunday was fantastic. The hotel has alot of character, grandeur and a homey feeling. Louis is like going to visit your favorite aunt at her beautiful suburban estate. Can’t wait to go back! Staying at the Ritz in St.

. Louis. Travelers tip on dining Miso - best sushi in St. The view from the balcony was exquisite and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back Everything was perfect.

. I can’t wait to go back again. staff was very friendly and the hotel was very upscale. and for the price it is way above other places I have stayed at for more money.Awesome Hotel and Staff I loved this hotel, it was by far the most comfortable and pleasant stay I have ever had.

. Extremely clean and well kept. Grant’s Farm was a great family place. Unbelievable seats on the 50 yard line. The Swing band in the lobby was fun and they were great help in securing tickets to the Rams game.Great Service The hotel was great.

. Ask for higher floor with view.Nice Stay Welcomed at check in with a lemon drop martini! Hotel met expectations.

The Sunday buffet is not to be missed; go hungry!. Louis! The quality of the accommodations, amenities, service was all excellent. Will always stay here when I visit St.

. The exception to our experience was the Sunday brunch: tasteful, elegant, pleasant staff, just what one should expect for the whole stay. Louis standards: $18 a day. Self-parking was exorbitant for St. Even though there were four of us in the room, they only left 2 chocolate squares in the evening, which is not a biggy but is so unlike the Ritz, always attentive to details. The room was OK but not special. Decent gym. The pool is pitiful but it did not seem the deter the kids. The lobby is always busy and noisy, either with a function or a special meal. This was the first Ritz we ever stayed in which the staff does not customarily greet the guests in the hallways. It ain’t that ritzy It does not feel like a Ritz.

Travelers tip on dining good sushi in lobby. service was great, though. not too sure we’d go back..... we are yuppies that like to splurge on awesome rooms.. lobby was awesome! room just old. not nearly as plush as we thought.... reminded us of grandmothers.Room not what we expected room furnishings old, wallpaper old, peeling in some areas.

. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and the evening events transform the Lobby into a happening place with entertainment, a Sushi bar and a lively setting.Very Comfortable Well located, and very comfortable.

. I will stay there again. We spent alot of time at the pool with other children and I used the way above average spa services.Very good hotel and kid friendly The Ritz is always going to have great service and this particular hotel was very accomidating for the my son.

. We did not have to leave the hotel to have a good time. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the Ritz very much.Very Ritzy We felt welcome from the minute we arrived until we left.

. We’d go back again and again. The pool/work out room and facilities were great. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Louis This was the BEST stay we’ve had a hotel.Best Hotel in St.
